Looks Like [LeLutka] Today

[LeLutka]-BLAZIN dress/purple

What to wear to wear? Do you ever have one of those days when you feel like you having nothing to wear? I literally spent hours tearing apart my enormous inventory for the perfect debut outfit that would be featured in my first post for an incredible new blog called 'The SL Style Directory'. By the way, when I say enormous inventory, I am not joking. It's just about to top off at 100k items! Regardless, I still never have anything to wear! So, I thought that if this were a RL event, I would would play it safe and go with a classic designer piece like DKNY. In SL terms, this would translate to [LeLutka] and the 'BLAZIN' dress.  This gorgeous piece was created by designer Azufr3 Catteneo. I can't get over his expertly crafted prims, which flow effortlessly as a whole with each subtle movement. The shadow detail is on another level and am in awe at how well it was rendered. This dress is simply stunning and it is definitely one piece that will stay up-to-date for quite some time. And we all know how rare this is in SL, since things evolve at a much faster pace here.
Anyway let me stop my babbling. I really do believe I am babbling since I just had surgery and have been in a narcotic induced fog for the last few days. So please bear (Or is it bare? "Wow" is the first word that comes to my mind when I think of AlaFolie. pixivor Allen's designs are simply divine. Her use of texture and prims are on a whole other level. I am truly amazed and almost speechless. It's very rare to find me without anything to say but, "wow". In the top picture, Kierra is takes me back to the "roaring 20's", while wearing pixivor's "Etamine" dress. I am wearing the "Ebane" dress, but I wouldn't say this is exactly reminiscent of the 20s. *LOL* However, both dresses have brilliantly hand drawn ruching around the bustline and an "a-line" shape. I am in awe with pixivor's expert prim work! The tassels on Kierra's dress move and sway so naturally. My dress has gorgeous ultra thin 'tulle-like" layer over a more sumptuous and silky fabric.These two dresses can make anyone woman feel like a princess.

In the second picture, Kierra is sporting the "Floralie" dress and I am wearing the "Rosa" dress. These super smart numbers have delicate straps, a heart-shaped neckline and are draped in their own rich floral pattern. Kierra's dress is a silky texture trimmed with gorgeous antique lace. Her outfit even comes with shoes to match! Who doesn't love that? My dress is more of a satin with a nice black trim. pixivor's hand drawn pleats and shadow detail are flawless. Once again, pixivor impresses me with her lovely sculpted skirts. I also must mention that these dresses fit me to a "T"! Not one edit needed! Usually, the prims are very fussy on this type of dress, but pixivor managed to find a way around this problem. She never ceases to impress me.

In the third and last picture, Kierra is wearing the "Carmen Baby" gown and I am donning the "Laura" gown. You have got to love the tantalizing red and lush textures that make up Kierra's beautiful dress. pixivor really went all out when she created the "Laura" dress. OMG! The vibrant floral pallet and delicate bustline are simply stunning. The intricate detailing on the empire waist is to die for and the adeptly sculpted prim skirt is ethereal. "Laura" also comes with the headband, earrings, necklace, bracelet and shoes! pixivor did everything for me! Styling like this is perfect for people like me, who have way too huge wardrobes, but can never find the right accessories to wear. *LOL* pixivor made things simple and easy, by creating it all for me in one gorgeous package.

With The Summer of Love Fair well underway all those shopaholics are fighting that lovely 'lag monster' we all love so much to go see the amazing goodies on offer. I couldn't resist, so here is some more yummy goodness from aDIVA Couture. Now, unlike the previous posts, these fabulous designs can be found in the store. I am bit "blogged-out" at the moment, since I have been on blogger overdrive for the "Summer of Love Fair". So I will try to make this post short ans sweet. In the first picture, I am wearing AnneJoy Paine's "Emilia Halter Dress". Not only is this an incredibly beautiful gown with it's cool colors and "chiffon-like" texture, but it also come with an amazing charm necklace. Now usually when jewelry comes with an outfit, it's not so great. However, Annejoy puts as much work into the quality of her accessories as she does her clothes. I am definitely going to wear this piece with other outfits.

In the second picture, I am donning the "Mandy Bikini Lingerie Set". This is delightfully rendered lingerie set is covered in pinks an neutrals. And, to top it all off, it has several wear options as well. You can wear it as an ultra sexy bra and thong. It can be worn with a very sheer cami. And it can also we worn as a bikini. The bottoms can be as revealing as thong or a bit more modest paired with boyshorts. A definite summer "must"!

In the third and last picture, I am sporting aDIVA Couture's " Misses Jones". Not only is this one of my favorite summer outfits yet, but it is also a group gift to members. Annejoy is very generous when it comes to her loyal fans. This particular piece is so adorable and flity and is perfectly clinched with a gorgeous leather belt. It also comes with an even more amazing "Sculpted Straw Tote". I think you all know my now, that I LOVE handbags, so this was a wonderful surprise.

Parading in 'Pesto'

Things have been pretty hectic in the Demented Divas Camp latley so it was nice to relax a little and slip into some of Pesto Portland's outfits and chill. Pesto is the owner and designer of Pesto Apparel and what a talent she has, bringing us yet more yummy delights to add to our wardrobes. The Bolero Jacket Im wearing in Pics 1 & 2 comes with two options which is always a plus for me. If your feeling daring the Nipple Tape is perfect choice and for the more conservative look the White Top option is the way to go. Sporting prim cuffs and collar this is a worthy addition to any inventory as it is so versatile and comes in a choice of 12 delicious colours. The SupaMiniSkirt again like the Jackets comes in an array of lucious colours with 15 to choose from, so you really are spoilt for choice. Although the skirt is rather short it still stays away from that 'Slut' look which I really dislike. With careful use of textures and prim I have to say fitted me perfectly for a change this sassy little number is definatley a head turner. Last but not least is the SummerTeeShirt which comes in 12 scrumptious colours and is perfect to go with almost anything. With a choice of layers this again like all of Pesto designs is a worthy addition to any inventory. Broken Doll was name that Kierra and I were not too familiar with until Marja Languish sent us some pieces to review for the "Summer of Love Fair". Thank you Marja!Wow! Were we in for a huge and wonderful surprise! Marja has very unique style that is a basically girly with an edge. She uses very delicate and eloquent textures, which appeals to my feminine side. Then she takes things to another level, like with the "On the Farm" outfit. I love the ultra frilly "farm girl" look, but Marja adds the droplets on blood as another dress option. This is definitely favored by my darker side. And we all have a dark-side that is just waiting to come out! He-he!

Summer Of Love Fair - Part 1

The Summer of Love Fair will be between Midnight GMT July 17th (as July 18th breaks) until August 8th and is brought to you by Keira Seerose and her team CHIC Management.
The Fair's aim is to help raise awareness of Mental Health Issues and many of the top designers have come together to showcase items not available elsewhere until after the fair is over. The adorable babydoll tops come in a selection of delicious shades making it an ideal piece to mix and match with almost anything. The Beachside dresses are again perfect for the summer and have a fresh and clean feel about them. Callie Cline has become a bit of a fashion icon in SL. She has been going strong in SL with her creative designs, with even more catchier names, for quite a few years now.You got to love her spunk and her humor, which makes her designs even more adorable and delicious. Callie is one of those rare designers who can make woman feel and look sexy with out going over the top. Sh truly knows what works with the curves of the female form. In the top picture, I am displaying one of Callie's newest releases, called "The Little Glitter Dress". It is certainly the quintessential sexy little dress with just enough glitter to make it pop. One can not help but feel amazing when strutting their stuff in the ultra-mini. As you can see in the pics, the dress comes with two style options. You can wear it with long sleeves or as a tank dress. It also comes in several yummy colors. I paired the dress with Callie's "The Rock Diamond Bangle". What woman does not want to be draped in diamonds? The bracelet is carefully crafted with just enough diamond and absolutely no bling. The dress and bracelet are a definite "must have" for any wardrobe!

In the second pic, I am cooling off and looking posh in the "St. Tropez Cafe Swimsuit Ensemble". Not only do you get this fabulous one piece but you get the amazing hat as well. This set was nice change of pace for me. SL seems to be inundated by bikinis at the moment, so this classic one piece was very refreshing. This is also a definite "must"!

In the third picture, I am taking on a different tone. I am wearing "baBy’s boDaciOuSneSS paisley party belt dress". Try saying the 5 times in row and very fast! This gorgeous design is draped in an intricate paisely texture and has a bit of a Spanish flavor to it. Once again, Callie's signature styling is seen throughout this very feminine dress. I paired this dress with Callie's "Happy Flats" that are also in a black and white paisley. These super cute flats are adorned with a "with a heart shaped" rock that make them more like jewelry than a shoe. And of course, I couldn't help but wear "The Rock Bangle" once again.

In the fourth and last picture, it's beach part time! Callie's super slinky "Kaleidescope Summer Bikini" fits my body to "T". And if that isn't enough, this bikini comes with a everything needed for a beach party! It includes Callie's trademark glitter sunglasses, hoop earrings and beach blanket. It also comes with bottle of "Corona", an umbrella, transistor radio, inner-tube and beach ball! Have party, will travel. I GACHED WAY TOO MUCH at "The ALBERO SUMMER GACHA FESTIVAL"!

The "ALBERO Summer Gacha Festival" is now open! I have a bit of a problem with gacha machines, becuase like the slots at Vegas, I just don't know when to STOP! So, to make this trip a bit easier on my wallet, I gave myself a "gacha challenge". I could only play each gacha machine ONCE and then create some outifts out of what I got. Welllllll, as you can see, I didn't hold true to the "challege", since I kept getting odd colors or colors I don't really like or wear (i.e baby pink and powder blue). But, except for the hair from "Tiny Bird" and some handbags from *MayoNaise*, I did pretty well. Actually, I did okay, since the top pic has me looking a bit like one giant piece of cotton candy.*LOL* Regradless, these are just such a sampling of the great gacha finds I acrrued on my visit. Just so you know, except for the [Letuka] skin, Zaara bangles and poses, everything pictured here is pure GACHA luck!

:PESTO: is YUMMY! And I am not talking about the sauce! Pesto Portland is the talented designer behind all these cool and sexy creations. I just love Pesto's use of vibrant colors and eye-popping textures, which make her clothes extra appealing and very appetizing. Her sleek hand drawn details and carefully crafted prims, hug the lines of one's body perfectly. Pesto knows how to show just enough skin with out making her clothes look trashy and cheap. I think you know who some of these designers are, but I won't mention any names.

In the top two pictures, I am wearing Pesto's ultra-cute "LazyTankDress". It certainly is the perfect dress to slip into during these hot and lazy summer days. The dress has a super high mini that justs screams HAWT! The "neat" patterns are just so delicious that it makes it almost impossible to choose which one I want to wear. I was also very impressed with Pesto's flawless prim work on the skirt. This is such a rare find with this type of tank dress. I didn't have to edit the skirt one bit, which as you know by now is a BIG issue with me.

In the bottom two pictures, I am sporting Pesto's "LowDenimShorts". These also come in a fabulous array of colors and show just enough back to be alluring and not slutty. The shadowing and highlights on the shorts are done with an adept precision that brings the denim to life. I switched off pairing the shorts with the "OpenBoleroJacket" and "CroppedTankTop". I have a "thing" for bolero jackets and Pesto does this short sculpted jacket justice. The jacket comes with 4 layering options to suit your needs. It comes with a more modest layer that includes a white cropped tank. It comes with just the jacket, so you can layer it with another top of your choosing, liked the "CroppedTankTop", or no top all. If you are feeling especially risqué, the jacket also comes with a "nipple tape" option. You can wear the Bolero jacket and tape as one "jacket layer" or you can opt to wear the separate "nipple tape tank" layer. I hope that makes sense. *LOL*

If you are feeling a bit too heated, then the "CroppedTankTop" is an awesome choice that can be worn with just about anything. There are several brilliant colors to choose from and and come with a sensual"nippled version", which really doesn't need and explanation. If you are a more modest type, you can wear the "unnippled" version so there is no nipple shadowing. It's just nice and smooth.
