I have more stunning event exclusives to show you! It's becoming hard to keep up with all them, since there are so many now and even more around the Holiday Season. So, I will try my best make sure I show all my favorite creations and also make sure the event is still on. LOL. I have been talking A LOT about MIAMAI's Black Label Series of Fashion Events. One of my favorite creations from this event, is this Titania Headpiece! It was designed and rendered by the multi-talented Monica Outlander, who is also the MIAMAI's Black Label Series of Fashion Events founder and the designer behind MIAMAI .

This Titania Headpiece is absolutely breathtaking! I love all the delicate mesh flowers that adorn this well crafted piece. In fact, there is even a mask on the back side of the headpiece, which makes it much more alluring. I am thoroughly impressed with this exceptional creation! And, just so you know, this headpiece (as well as all of the other incredible creations that were seen during the show on December 7th for MIAMAI's Black Label Series of Fashion Events), will be on display and available for sale at the MIAMAI Mainstore.  

I am also absolutely in love with this gorgeous fantasy skin from aida Ewing of -Glam Affair-. This particular skin is a special "fairy"edition of her Elvi skin line. It is available in various shades of de-saturated skin tones for this month's Kustom9 event. The make-ups are so lovely and delicate. It makes for the perfect skin, especially when you want to add a bit more drama to your look. 

Last but definitely not least, is this fabulous necklace that I am wearing. It is called the Maral Necklace and was created by the wonderful Snow Martiel of ..:: BenS Beauty ::... It was created for this month's Jewelry & Accessory Expo, and is available in ton of brilliant colors. Please make sure you check-out this amazing event and all of Snow's beautiful event exclusives!

[PXL] Skins and LaGyo Jewelry For The Holiday Season!

I know that I had mentioned in a previous post (HERE) that Hart Larsson of PXL Creations is currently participating in MIAMAI's Black Label Series of Fashion Events. He created a very special, as well as limited edition, of PXL's long awaited upcoming new skin line! The new skin line is called, MIA! This limited edition MIA skin is available in three STUNNING make-ups, which reflect the color palate used in MIAMAI's amazing Black Label Fashion Event, and comes in choice of three lovely skin tones (PALE, NATURAL and SUNKISSED).

This is definitely my favorite PXL skin to date and I am seriously excited about this release (not to mention the upcoming full release). Instead of doing a normal skin review for this skin, I decided to make a portrait for each of the three make-ups. This portrait series, which includes my other favorite skin designers as well, also gives me a chance to show-off some of the wonderful jewelry released this month. All of the incredible creations that were seen during the show on December 7th for MIAMAI's Black Label Series of Fashion Events, will be on display and available for sale at the MIAMAI Mainstore. Monica Outlander, who organized this event and brought it to life, did an AMAZING job and is such a brilliant artist! You can pick-up the MIA BLACK LABEL EDITION skin at both the MIAMAI and PXL Mainstores.
I mentioned that this portrait series also featured some of the most beautiful jewelry released this Holiday Season - Well, it is rather obvious in above the picture, don't you think? The necklace and earrings were created by the uber talented Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo. They are both part of her awe inspiring 'Matilda Collection', which can be found at Collabor88 this month. I am truly amazed by all the hard work and intricate mesh details that make-up both the necklace and earrings. They are literally works of art! The necklace and earrings are available in 7 beautiful color combinations, which reflect Collabor88's December color palate. I highly suggest grabbing them all! Gyo even created crystal tears, which are color change via HUD. Stay tuned for more pieces from this collection in upcoming posts!

PXL's Limited Edition MIA for MIAMAI's Black Label Fashion Series of Events!

The creatives of MIAMAI have gathered together for the fourth year of their triumphant Black Label Series of Fashion Events. PXL will be participating in this special event by releasing a Limited Edition series of our upcoming MIA skin line  for this awe inspiring 4 part fashion show. After the shows are over, this exclusive edition of MIA will be available for sale at the Black Label event venue and in the PXL Mainstore too. MIA Black Label Edition is comes in stunning make-ups and is available in 3 skin tones (PALE, NATURAL and SUNKISSED).

When does this event start? Today - December 7th 2013

1st public show: 1.15 pm – 2.15 pm SLT
2nd public show: 2.30 pm – 3.30 pm SLT

Every attendant will be required to wear a mandatory outfit that will be provided upon reaching the event location.

Due to the nature of the event, the spots on the sim for each show are very limited ; however, we are providing different means to follow the show for those who can’t get in:

Two For The Road - The Last Hours of Hair Fair 2013 feat. Miamai and blush!

I am down to last few hours of Hair Fair 2013. There are just too many amazing creations to be shown and I can not help myself. I apologize for anything that was sent to me that I did get a chance blog. It was not because they were not gorgeous, it was just matter of the amount of time I had. I will surely use your creations in upcoming posts! I really want to go into detail about Monica Outlander's (of Miamai) incredible "updo"s that are perfect addition to any couture wardrobe, but you will have to see for yourself. There are flowers in the hair that are changeable by HUD and are also re-sizable. So, they will match just about anything in your wardrobe!

.blush.! is new name, but the designers who created this brilliant new hair line are not. It is a collaboration between Nyu and BOOM! I am really excited by these two amazing design teams getting together to make hair. Here are just a couple examples of what you can find at Hair Fair 2013:

Feels Like Fall

The cooler weather has now hit New York. So, I decided to finally make a post more geared towards Autumn. I know, it is time. I love the warm weather and am trying to hang-on to it as a long as I can. However, I am really excited by all the Fall fashion. For this look, I chose the 'MIDNIGHT GRAPHIC KNIT DRESS' from Applonia Criss of CHANTKARE . I simply adore this sleek long knit dress with a deep "V" neckline. It is sexy and fabulous, but still keeps you warm. I added this gorgeous 'Fur Cosack', which was just recently released from Jin Elfan of Belgravia. If you have not already heard, Belgravia is the new luxury line from Leverocci. You simply must see her line of high end pieces. Pure indulgence! Speaking of Leverocci, Jin also realesed a new skin line, call 'Cara', which is so so stunning! It comes in 5 skin tones and a ton of 'add-ons' for each skin. You get several eye make-ups, brow options, lipsticks, cheek enhancers, breast dehancers, breast enhancers and freckles. I know I am forgetting something, becuase Jin thought of everything! I particulary like that she included breast dehancers, becuase I usually find the base breasts on many skins to be too big. I may be odd, but I prefer a smaller boobs in SL. LOL! So, I am overjoyed when a skin designer gives me that alternative. Oh! I am wearing the skin for this post too! I really love how unique Jin's skins are. They really look unlike no other skin I have seen in SL. They are very soft and striking at the same time. Anyway, let me stop blabbling and I hope you like what you see!

Last Day for Hair Fair 2012!

I am so sad that  Hair Fair 2012 is coming to close today :( It is definitely one of the highlights of my SL year. Fortunately, much money was raised raised for 'Wigs for Kids' and all the creators were showing their best styles. Once again, I would like to commend Sasy Scarborough, and her amazing team! And, since it is the last day, it is officially 'Bandana Day'! So, I encourage you go sans hair and wear one of the fabulous designer bandannas (found at the SIM entrances) or just work a bald head. As far as I know over 2 million lindens have been raised for 'Wigs for Kids'. However, that was quoted awhile ago and I know it has to be much higher by now. I will announce the final results after  Hair Fair 2012 has ended.

Spring is just around the corner, although it feels like Spring already in NY. And, since the weather can be a bit rain ridden this time of year, trench coats are a wardrobe must! machang Pichot, of Aoharu,  has created a gorgeous line of 'Spring Trench Coats', which are also made of mesh. machang's texturing is amazing and perfect. Her talent mixed with the mesh medium, makes for one gorgeous creation. The coats come in 10 lovely colors and 5 different sizes. Please maker sure you try a demo before buying!
