 I haven't been sleeping well lately, so I am seriously burnt out and really can not think too clearly at the moment. So this blurb will need to be brief, because I am just not making sense. We have some fabulous new releases! Gia Pawpad, of "LoQ Hair", created a gorgeous new long hair 'do' (aka 'Martini'), which is topped off with an uber chic 'faux' fur hat (It could be real fur, but I am pretending it is faux fur. So I can feel better about wearing it. Plus, I don't want peeps throwing virtual red paint on it, while protesting the of wearing virtual fur that may have been made out of furries or nekos :( ). Back wearing Black

It seems like forever since I have done an actual post. I have spent the last few day setting up my new laptop!!!! Yay! So far so good. I can run and jump, while wearing mesh and having shadows enabled, like I were on a low setting on my previous laptop. My only disappointment is with the graphics of the mesh viewers. I had been so in love with Kirsterns Viewer that it was really difficult to find a viewer that could compare. So, I had a lot of playing around to do with settings and such on about 5 different viewers. Only to find that, unless I am photographing mesh, I am going to try and use Kirtsens as long as I possibly can. I know Rome was not built in a day, even in SL( I know... lame joke), and the mesh viewers will be amazing in a few months. SL moves fast like that. Anyway, I figured I would test my new system's skills at the stunning New York City SIM. The new  CHADO COAT DRESS, from the uber fabulous Applonia Criss, was the perfect piece to go with this seriously chic place. Applonia's designs just keep getting more amazing with each new release! My First Post With A Working Laptop! This is also feat. *Mimikri* and "LoQ Hairs" from Hair Fair 2011!

Wow! I couldn't believe how fast it took me to complete this post with a working laptop! No crashes, no freezes, no overheating, no extremely slow rez time and NO frustration! Yay! Anyway, I think I found the perfect combo of creations to go with this first post. I have finally been able to style and takes pics of a couple of my favorite designs from Mimikri Kit! I love her classic sexy style mixed with a tiny bit of bohemian flare. This is always a perfect mix for me. I have been long time fan of Mimikri's designs, so it really is an honor to work with her fabulous creations.
I also got a chance to post some amazing new hair styles, which you can find at 'Hair Fair 2011', from the wonderful Gia Pawpad of "LoQ Hairs". I have always loved her hair styles, but let me just tell you.... Gia really outdid herself with this release! Her texturing is on a whole other level and the designs are stunning! I am really in love with her new collection.
You will also notice that I am wearing a fabulous new pair of 'Koda Platform Pumps' from Stevenzuuh Gossipgirl of Fleshtone. These new shoes are incredible! They definitely satisfied my massive shoes addiction, at least for a couple of days. They come  in ton of brilliant colors and you definitely need them ALL!

LiLO Glom has been on a major creative streak lately, while releasing quite a few amazing new lines of skin. One of her latest and also one of my favorites, is the 'Cry' skin. Obviously, the skin has tears and gives the look of one crying. However, what sets this skin apart from many of the other tear adorned skins, is that the face isn't smeared with tons of mascara. Don't get me wrong, this can be a very dramatic look when needed. But I love the clear and pure look of the barely there tears, which are rendered so perfectly. Plus, LiLO also gives you a non-tear make-up option as well.

Speaking of options, we all know by now that LiLO gives us plenty. Besides the two make-up options, there is a hairbase, cleavage and shiny or matte skin wear option.

The Latest from "LoQ Hairs"

Gia Pawpad just recently released three gorgeous new styles that are a must for every girl's inventory. Like all of her other previous releases, Gia's latest designs share the same sleek and polished feel. Even her loosely tied chignons maintain a sense of polished elegance. So, where to start? I love them all equally! I guess I will begin with 'Baileys'. 'Baileys' has a perfectly tied side-chignon that looks as if it were created effortlessly. The bun is complimented by long layered bangs, which sway to the side quite beautifully....

Next we have 'Grappa Pieva', which I absolutely adore. I love the punky wide-set "faux-hawk" on top of "corn-rowed" crown. To soften the look, there are loosely placed tendrils, which make this style irresistible
...

Last, but certainly not least, we have 'Tequila'. I love how Gia names her hair after great drinks. 'Tequila' has a more tightly fastened side-chignon with softly falling wisps of hair. This is definitely one look that will go with anything in your wardrobe.....

Waking-Up.....

I wanted an easy feel for my LOTD post today. It all started with this gorgeous 'Scarf Belt' that Maylee Oh, from the 'The Secret Store', so generously gave to me. I know I am only wearing one of the colors in this post, but they come in 5 more brilliant colors and also come equipped with two attachment point options. I love when designers do this for us, becuase there is nothing worse (when pressed for time) than having to create a new attachment point for layering.

So, since I had this fabulous 'Scarf Belt', I needed something perfect to go with it. I have had these 'Balcon Lounge Pants' and 'Lollia Top', from {Mon Tissu}, just dying to be blogged. I also just received some new releases from "LoQ Hairs", which you will see in up coming post, and fell in love with the 'Baileys' up-do. LiLO Glom just came out with a gorgeous new skin that has very lovely Asian features, rightly called 'Asin'. I always love when skin designers come out with a more ethnic and exotic skin. It is always a nice change from typical Caucasian attributes. Even though 'Asin' is slightly different from LiLO's other skins, it still exhibits the same sensual and well defined lips. The eyes are adeptlly rendered and have a beautiful almond shape. Like all of LiLO's creations, 'Asin' comes in 3 skin tones: dark, tan and light. It also comes with the same variety of wear options that LiLO has become known for. For each skin, you have plain version and more made-up version. You also have a hair base option too.
