June Colllabor88 featuring U.F.O

June's theme for Collabor88, which is To The Lighthouse, has inspired so many incredible designs for this round. The color palate of faded reds, blues, grays and lavender, remind me of past summer vacations on the the beach's of Cape Cod. The designers have created everything from relaxed cotton casuals to kitschy sailor motifs. Some of my favorite items from this round were created by the super talented Charming Meiler of  ::{u.f.o}::.She went all out and made a cool casual maxi dress, as well as this AMAZING Sailor Boyish Outfit!

Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo, created a huge Pirate and Sailor Collection for June's Collabor88 as well. So I had no problem finding the perfect Sailor Hat, which she obviously created for the sailor part of her collection. The Hat Rose is separate and can also be worn separately as a rose, like I did in previous posts. It also comes with a color change HUD that has 9 colors to choose from, making it a breeze to match with just about anything.

While I was dipping into Gyo's amazing Collabor88 collection, I found this gorgeous Shell Necklace and Earrings. In fact, there were so many wonderful accessories made for this round, that I decided to add an Anchor Necklace from (Yummy).

The fabulous one-sided braided hair is called Oceana and is yet another Collabor88 exclusive from TRUTH. I seriously love the fact that he managed to weave a scarf into the braid. The scarf's texture can also be changed via HUD. 

Please make sure you get over to Collabor88 ASAP, if you haven't already, and demo all the above items. In fact, DEMO everything that you can find there! LOL! 

Oh! I almost forgot, Snow Martiel of BenS Beauty has been releasing a ton of amazing new shoes that are made to be worn with Slinks avatar enhanced mesh feet! Her Grace Platform sandals went perfectly with this outfit! They come in a tong of beautiful colors, so make sure you grab yourself a few pairs.

Summer Time!

June's Collabor88 is another serious hit! All of the designers created "To The Lighthouse" themed items, in tones of steel blue, khaki, terracotta, beige and tan. All the light and sun washed shades that make you reminisce about past vacations at the ocean. I really LOVE this round! For this post, I wanted to create a laid back and casual feel with primarily Collabor88 exclusives, so here goes...

I am a huge fan of this relaxed Summer look from Sunami Beck of Emery. It is composed of beautifully made mesh separates, which include this-off shoulder Imogen Sweater that and coordinating Hailey Summer Shorts. Of course they can mixed match with other items, but I really liked both pieces together.

Isn't this hair AMAZING? It is the latest from Bubbles Clawtooth of Clawtooth for Collabor88, called Under the Sea.The style is absolutely gorgeous and it comes with star fish accessory, which is texture-change. You have got to love that, especially since you match it to whatever outfit you are wearing. You can also choose not wear it at all!
The talented aida Ewing of  -Glam Affair-, created a stunning new skin for June's Collabor88, called Summer! Summer is soooooooo lovely and comes in 8 summer inspired make-ups and a choice of 4 skin tones. As always, there are 8 different brow shades to choose from that are embedded into the skin. There is also a pack of 16 lipsticks on tattoo layers, so please make sure you demo this skin ASAP!

Snow Martiel of :..:: BenS Beauty ::., created these beautiful and bold Florina Necklace and Earrings, They come with a texture-change script that allows you choose just about any color imaginable for the stones. You can also choose from gold, black and silver metals. So make sure you check this out at her mainstore!
Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo, went all out again for June's Collabor88, by creating a ton of wonderful items!For this post I chose to wear her Whale Tail Necklace and Pirate Nose Earring! Both of these perfectly rendered items are available in gold and silver metals and are another Collabor88 MUST!

Oh! One more thing! Charming Meiler of ::{u.f.o}::  created these uber adorable Intro Run Slip On sneakers for The Mens Dept. I love the streamlined looked to these kicks, which can be worn with almost any casual attire. She made them in both a male and female versions that can be easily re-sized and edited to fit Slink and Just Design's bare flat feet (if you so choose). I chose to wear them sans mesh feet for once and they look great! So run and pick-up yourself up a pair in one of the many fabulous colors!

Can you see the cute anklet that I am wearing? It is another one of Caelyn Hancroft's amazing ankle bracelets. This is her Zodiac anklet and you can change your Zodiac sign via a HUD, as well as choosing from Gold and Silver metals! Another must have!

I am so excited! Ikon Innovia of IKON is now a FaMESHed regular! This means more stunning new mesh eyes, from my all time favorite eye creator! For this month's FaMESHed, Ikon released the new Promise Eyes, which are absolutely gorgeous. I love the window reflection in the eye and the details are so life-like. These are just a few of the brilliant colors available.They basically come in every color imaginable and only cost 150L per pair. The biggest problem is choosing a color, since they are all so lovely! Each purchase includes: 5 sizes of both regular system eyes, mesh eyes (can be worn without the mesh attachments too), and a convenient HUD for precise fitting, various options and different effects. The HUD is easy to use and allows for a perfect fit in a matter of seconds.You can easily change the overall size of the eye or just the iris and pupil, you can change the degree of shading on the white of the eyes, add glow and add brightness.

I have more stunning event exclusives to show you! It's becoming hard to keep up with all them, since there are so many now and even more around the Holiday Season. So, I will try my best make sure I show all my favorite creations and also make sure the event is still on. LOL. I have been talking A LOT about MIAMAI's Black Label Series of Fashion Events. One of my favorite creations from this event, is this Titania Headpiece! It was designed and rendered by the multi-talented Monica Outlander, who is also the MIAMAI's Black Label Series of Fashion Events founder and the designer behind MIAMAI .

This Titania Headpiece is absolutely breathtaking! I love all the delicate mesh flowers that adorn this well crafted piece. In fact, there is even a mask on the back side of the headpiece, which makes it much more alluring. I am thoroughly impressed with this exceptional creation! And, just so you know, this headpiece (as well as all of the other incredible creations that were seen during the show on December 7th for MIAMAI's Black Label Series of Fashion Events), will be on display and available for sale at the MIAMAI Mainstore.  

I am also absolutely in love with this gorgeous fantasy skin from aida Ewing of -Glam Affair-. This particular skin is a special "fairy"edition of her Elvi skin line. It is available in various shades of de-saturated skin tones for this month's Kustom9 event. The make-ups are so lovely and delicate. It makes for the perfect skin, especially when you want to add a bit more drama to your look. 

Last but definitely not least, is this fabulous necklace that I am wearing. It is called the Maral Necklace and was created by the wonderful Snow Martiel of ..:: BenS Beauty ::... October Madness

There have been so many events and releases this month, which makes it almost impossible to keep up! We have the Cosmetics Fair and Kustom9, just to name a few. Plus a ton of new hair releases.
Nina Helix of .Birdy Skins. released a gorgeous version of her Rose skin line for the Cosmetics Fair.

I paired the skin with one Truth Hawks awesome new releases, called Katya. I absolutely adore the texture change hat that she comes with.
For Kustom9, aida Ewing of Glam Affair released a special edition of her latest Neva skin. It is available in 5 gorgeous make-ups in the Europa skin tone.

For the first 3 Neva make-ups, I decided to wear one of Tabata Jewell ,of Vanity Hair, fabulous recent hair releases, called Say my Name. I am in love with these long wild curls. This is definitely one hair that you absolutely must demo!
I also chose this wonderful statement necklace from Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo, called Rebekah. It is a TDR Fusion exclusive and is available in gold, silver and black.

AVENUE Fashion Week is in full swing! SL's best designers across the grid are showing off their Fall/Winter lines on the virtual runways. This year, the super talented NyuNyu Kimono of Nyu is participating in AVENUE Fashion Week. Her looks focus around sleek A line jackets, tailored shorts and shirts, double breasted jackets and collared dresses with clean lines. Her whole collection is absolutely lovely! For this post I will show you two of the looks that you can find at AVENUE's Fashion Week.
The first is beautiful white Slip-on Coat with matching Shorts and Open Front Shirt. Who says that white is not to be worn after Labor Day?

The Second look is a black Double Collared Coat that has a white top built into it...

Both of these looks are put together perfectly and also represent the minimalist style that Nyu is so famous for. There are more gorgeous looks too come, so please stay tuned!

Shyla Diggs of -Belleza- finally released the full Lelila skin line! Let me just say that it was definitely worth the wait! This has to be one of my all time favorite -Belleza- skins. The make-ups are gorgeous! In fact these are some of the best eye make-ups that I have seen on any -Belleza- skin to date! Not to mention the facial features are absolutely lovely with lips to die to for. Leila comes in 12 different make-ups in 6 skin tones. Ahhh! I forgot to blog my pics!

OMG! I had been so busy with all of the events that are going on now, that I had forgot to post an outfit I had put up on Flickr practically a week ago! It was supposed to be a two part series featuring Baiastice. In a previous a post, I blogged all of Sissy Pessoa's AMAZING Hair Fair creations! I was truly impressed with the brilliant mesh hair she had made for this event. Even though Hair Fair 2013 has sadly come to an end, her hair should be available in the Baiastice mainstore soon (if not now). For this post, I chose my favorite hair style, called "Stefani".

Sissy is also participating in this month's cycle of The Boutique. Once again, she managed to come up with another fabulous creation! Well, technically it is an ensemble that is made up of mix and match separates. A gorgeous silk top, called "Iman" and a super chic suede skirt with a gold chain, called "Lima". Both pieces are to DIE FOR!

Speaking about amazing new releases, Gyorgyna Larnia FINALLY released her Summer Collection! It was definitely worth the wait too! It is made up of lovely bold metal and stone statement jewelry. She also added a bunch of gorgeous hats into the mix as well. The collection has a very organic and raw feel to it. You simply MUST get over to LaGyo now and check it out. All of the accessories I am wearing are part of Gyo's new collection! Except for this fabulous 'Spikes Clutch' from Bens Beauty.

Oh! And how can I forget JADE? Hart Larsson's long awaited releases is finally here! JADE is just too stunning for words! You will just have to go to [PXL Creations] and try on a demo, so you can see for yourself!

Last Day for Hair Fair 2013 Featuring *The Alice Project*

Yes, I am always posting towards the close of event. Why? Well, mainly because I am slow and tend to procrastinate. Secondly, someone has to remind you of the amazing creations you may have forgotten to buy or missed. Like the those "to buy" demos that are still sitting in your inventory, anxiously awaiting to replaced with the real version. Anyway, if you have not gotten around to seeing what Alice Demonia (aka AliceProject Resident) of The Alice Project has released at Hair Fair 2013, then you must be living under a mesh rock. The Alice Project was probably one of the first brands in SL to create mesh hair. I remember being seriously depressed, because I did not have a mesh compatible PC at the time and could not demo her hair. Luckily, those days are gone. Alice created 6 gorgeous new hair styles for this year's Hair Fair! They are also go with her new 'Create Your Own Pack' system. This HUD driven system includes 5 hairstyles in each pack that you can color in any of your favorite Alice Project shades. Two CYO (create Your Own) HUDs are included with each purchase - Nova and Silk. However, if the older Infinity HUD is more your speed (pre-made color options), you have the choice to buy that too! **
