Marni Grut  is such an amazing designer, so it is no wonder that she is right up there with my all time favorite SL creators. As an the end of Summer approaches, Marni decided to design a few essentials to carry us into Fall. She created a gorgeous, and perfectly sculpted, 'Festival Love Top'. This piece has a lovely empire waist and beautiful detailing down the front, There is also a 'School's Out Skirt' that is adeptly sculpted as well and just too pretty for words. Lastly, Marni created the most perfect pair of denim shorts to bring this collection full circle. All of these pieces come in a ton of fabulous colors, which make them ideal for mixing and matching. Keira Seerose, designer extraordinare (amongst many other things), has just created the super fabulous and fierce 'Brigadier Dress'. What I like most about this piece are the soft and sexiness touches that Keira brings to this ultra trendy 'Military' style. This piece comes with two wear options, which is always something I love. You can wear it as a slinky 'body-hugging' mini dress. Or, you could choose the fuller prim skirt, for a more flirty feel. I absolutely love both styles. 'Les Bleuets' from 'The Secret Store

I was really excited when I saw that Maylee Oh, who has definitely become one of my favorite designers in SL,  had sent me her latest creation called 'Les Bleuets'. Les Bleuets is a gorgeous jacket that is inspired by Russian folklore with handcrafted embroideries. And, like with all of Maylee's wonderful designs, has intricate detailing and crafty primwork. Spotlight on 'The Secret Store'

Maylee Oh has quickly become one of my favorite designers in SL for obvious reasons. Her eye for detail is extraordinary and she renders her designs perfectly. I am always amazed with her adept use of shading and highlighting, which makes her pieces that much more realistic. Maylee's style is a classic, while still retaining a very sexy look.Her designs hug and accentuate the female form to a 'T'.
Now, I have few pieces that I would like to show you today. I used her amazing 'High Waisted Pants' as a base and paired them with her well known 'Mrs. Jones's Jacket' and her gorgeous 'bow'lero' bolero jacket. I also went on the accessorize these looks with Maylee's  'Evil Pride' bag and 'Black Blossom Scarf'. I hope you like these looks as much as I do. There is one very important detail about Maylee's designs that I would like to mention. She gives tons of wear options! The 'Mrs. Jones's Jacket' comes with 2 attachment points for the collar, so you can wear it with a scarf, necklace or just show off more of the brilliant button detailing. The scarf also has two different attachment points and the handbag has two different holding choices. Now, you have got to LOVE that! I always appreciate when designers think ahead a give us several attachment points for easy layering. Becuase, I know, if you are anything like me, creating additional attachment points can be very time consuming and tedious.

Summse Sands has been working her magic again with another amazing release. Since, it is the Winter season, she added the new 'Eni Sweater' to her already fabulous collection. 'The Daringly Sweater' from E! Eclectic Apparel

Eclectic Wingtips just recently release another fabulous design that is also know as the 'Daringly Sweater'. Now, it may be a warm and cozy sweater, but it has a daringly low neckline. Just becuase it's winter apparel, doesn't mean that it can't still be very sexy. Once again, I am truly in awe at Eclectic's eye for detail and overall talent. Her designs are expertly shaded and perfectly rendered. Eclectic is definitely an amazing artist. The 'Daringly Sweater' is one more incredible piece to add to her repertoire.

Izzie Button recently came out with gorgeous line of scarves just in time for the cooler weather. Now, I know SL has an overabundance of scarves this time of year, but Izzie's 'knit scarves' are something to be coveted. Not only are the textures incredibly rich and realistic, but her sculpted wraps are out of this world. These pieces are simply elegant and the perfect addition to any winter wardrobe. LiLO Glom has seriously blown my mind with her new ::::Xmas:::: Skins! Now, I am a self-proclaimed skin addict, but LiLO has completely won me over with this new line.The fact that I absolutely the love the 'Light Skin' is a true testament to her abilities, since I have always been a 'Tan Skin' kind of girl. I literally have not been able to stop wearing this skin since she sent me the review copies. *Muahs* LiLO!

The face on the ::::Xmas::: Skin is absolutely stunning! The lips are perfectly defined and absolutely luscious. The 'oh so cute' teeth are adeptly rendered, making this one of the best 'toothy' skins I have seen to date. The slightly ruddy nose adds realism to this seasonal skin, since it's look like you just walked in from the cold. We all know by now that LiLO loves to give us several wear options and this skin is no exception. For each make-up, she gives us a plain version with just lip color and a full 'Makeup' version with blush and eyeshadow.

Last Minute 'Call for Couture'

I know I have been doing a lot of whining lately about the fact that October has been the month from hell for me and that I have been very behind on everything. So, even though 'The Call For Couture Festival' is coming to an end in a few days and last bids are being taking for couture pieces, I still have few 'ready-to-wear' items that I would like to show and will be featuring for the last few days of the festival. If you haven't been to the 'Call For Couture' SIM, I suggest you get there fast and grab some of the amazing 'off-the-rack' pieces that SL's best designers have created for you.
  Marni Grut, of (Royal Blue), would definitely be considered one of SL's biggest and brightest..at least in my opinion. Her avant garde prims mixed with classic shapes, set the trends of SL and even RL fashion. So, suffice to say, I instantly fell in love with her 'Watch Me Now Jacket' paired with the 'Padded Gen Denim' jeans. I just adored the over-sized collar and sculpted shape of this jacket. The contrast of the slim and sleek jeans make this a perfect duo. This is definitely one of my new favorite outfits and one that will definitely remain in style for a long time, especially in the rapidly evolving fashion world of SL.So, enough of  my rambling, and take a look at this piece.
