Catching-up with Kae! Featuring October Collabor88!

It has obviously been awhile since my last post! And let me just say,  it was a little difficult getting started again. I felt like I had forgot everything! So I figured that the best way to kick things off, was to grab one my closest SL friends, who could provide me with extra encouragement and fun! The super talented Ms. Kaelyn Alecto served not only as great model, but also a cheerleader. Cheering me on, since I was lacking a little bit in confidence. She also served as a great source inspiration! 

The October Round of Collabor88 is absolutely amazing and so much fun! The theme is called, Motel Spoppy! Think of Bate's Motel, or any other classic and creepy vintage motel, in shades of navy, muted purples, green, steel blue and beige! So Kae and I did our best to show off just a few of these incredible event exclusives!

I absolutely fell in love with Maylee Oh's, of The Secret Store, Anita Empire Dress. I love the doll like style with a delicate lace trim on the sleeves and a super cute ribbon belt! Kaelyn is wearing this extremely adorable Darling Dress from Tres Blah, which is has a similar girly style to mine. 

Kae and I also wore a couple of awesome hair styles that can be found at this round of Collabor88. I am wearing Bubbles Clawtooth's brilliant Scream Queen do. I love the knife effect! Kae is wearing this seriously cute Pussycat (mask included) style from Lamb Bellic of lamb!

May Collabor88 Perfect Pin-ups

May Collabor88 is here and well underway! Once again, the Collabor88 creators managed to wow me with their amazing themed creations. Just when I think they can not top the previous rounds, they prove me wrong! LOL! The theme for May is called, Milkshakes and Turntables, which is definitely one of my favorite themes to date! What exactly is Milkshakes and Turntables? It's a perfect mix of late 50's to early 60's tailored styles and kitsch with a rockabilly edge. The color palette includes shades of pink, aqua, mint, red and black.

Azure Electricteeth of Tee*fy created the following look, which sums up Collabor88's May theme perfectly! I am totally in love with her Unbuttoned Knotted Shirt, as well as these High-Waisted Skinny Jeans. As always, Azure's creations are textured and rendered to perfection, making this ensemble even more irresistible! By the way, the Unbuttoned Knotted Shirt comes with a HUD, so you can change the color/pattern of the inside top. You can also chose to wear the shirt without the inside top.
These seriously sexy Moxi Heels from Darling Monday of fri.day are to DIE FOR! I love the glamorous pin-up girl feel of these peep-toe heels, which were made to be worn with Slink's AvEnhance Feet (High). You will definitely want to grab these shoes in every color available!

Belgravia and Last Minute Collabor88 Must Haves!

Jin Elfan of Leverocci has been up to a lot of amazing things lately! Not only has she created an awe inspiring new mainstore and sim (which is modeled after the Metropolitan Museum of Art), but she also released part one of her Fall/ Winter collection. Jin is most definitely one of the TOP mesh creators in SL. Her creations are always textured so perfectly and she knows just what every woman in SL wants. Because of such keen knowledge, she created a new luxury line of mesh clothes, called 'Belgravia'. One of my favorite pieces is her 'Lila Fur Coat'! And it is not just because it has my name! It is the most realistic fur I have seen to date in SL. And, since it is mesh, it wraps around your body and flows perfectly. This coat is the ultimate indulgence and every woman must get one! Plus, I am so flattered that some one as awesome as Jin, named this uber glamorous creation after me :D So, you MUST check out the new Leverocci SIM and the amazing new releases as well. For once, I am speechless.

Indian Summer...

My brain is a bit fried from the heat today, so I am going to try and keep this post short and sweet. Luana Barzane is a still a 'new-to-me' designer, who generously passed me some review copies to check-out. Well, I loved what I saw. So, today I decided to post one of my favorite creations, called 'Indian Dress'. I simply adore the Indian print texture and it comes in such a gorgeous color combination! I love the long sleek lines of this dress and sexy tummy cut-out. This is one fabulous Summer dress! Just so you know, I would have posted more, but I have been having major problems with SL today. Giereh Thorr is a somewhat new designer for me, but has quickly impressed me with his designs. Gierehuses a lot of clean lines and bold colors in his work, which is something I love. Friday Mix-up feat. Fleshtone & Peqe

I haven't been on SL as much as I usually am  due to RL circumstances.So, I apologize for being behind. Anyway, I have a  couple of gorgeous pieces from the fairly new brand Fleshtone. If you haven't heard by now, Fleshtone is an ingenious merger between House of Fox designer, Stevenzuuh GossipGirl, and Lurani designer, Gisele Mubble. So far, the colloboration is producing fabulous results. I also couldnt resist mixing in one the laest releases from Inex Hax of Peqe. It is a gorgeous Pacific Cardigan that was orginallly released for PCF. She now has released this design for the her store in a ton of gorgeous bold colors and beautfiul textures,.
