A Hippo Named Wanda

I know, cheesy title! But, I could not resist. Gyorgyna Larnia created the most incredible jewelry set for the April cycle of Collabor88. It has a bit of quirky tribal feel and is adorned with a large hippo. This may sound strange, but it is absolutely fabulous. Each part of the necklace, earrings and ring (which is available at TDR FUSION) are all texture change via HUD. They come in a choice of gold and silver metals too. You need to TP over to Collabor88 , so you can see the whole LaGyo collection! It also includes amazing belts and headpieces in funky colors too!
I am also wearing this gorgeous ArianaCutout dress from Fleshtone. It is a Limited Bazaar exclusive, so I am not sure if it is still available. But it is definitely worth checking-out! Stevenzuuh Gossipgirl really created an outstanding dress that I absolutely adore. I hope he decides to release it more colors.
[PXL Creations] finally released the full line of his beautiful Sophia skin! It was definitely well worth the wait! Sophia is absolutely stunning! Hart Larsson created the most perfect face and body! She comes in 8 gorgeous skin tones and 30 new and updated make-ups, which you can mix and match.You absolutely MUST try on a demo NOW!
Oh! I almost forgot! Baiastice  which was closed for SIM renovations, is open again! The new build is AMAZING! Not to mention, Sissy Pessoa has a ton of new releases to go with the new build as well. I apologize for the massive delay in making this post. Unfortunately, my laptop was severely overheating and I needed to address the issue ASAP. I will have to bring it in again to the repair shop for another upgrade as well. Does this crap ever end? LOL!
 Anyway, I do have more exciting news... Gisele Mubble, of Fleshtone, created this AMAZING 'Mariah' dress for Limited Bazaar. It is available in two different lengths - an uber sexy mini and a stunning full length style. I am also seriously in love with the fact that the dress is yellow! Yellow is not a color I would wear in RL. I love neutral tones for my RL wardrobe. I do add a splash color with accessories though. So, whenever I see such fabulously bright colors in SL, I can not resist them! I am not sure if the dress is still available, since it is a limited item. I sincerely hope so. Once again, I sincerely apologize for this post being late and hope you can still grab this item.
Since I was in a bit of an ostentatious 'blonde' mood (note the awesome BIG hair from Vanity Hair), I felt that the 7Sins GREED gacha skin from [PXL Creations], was the perfect match! Just recently, Hart Larsson released a beautiful new series of gacha skins, which reflect each of the Seven Deadly Sins. The skins are based on his 'KATE' skin line and comes in the NAT(ural) skin tone (just in case you want to buy his lush or lolas tango appliers to go with this skin). I have to say, the detailing in this series is incredible, especially since they are gacha skins. I find that some gacha skins do not compare in quality to their regular skin lines. The skin's make-ups for this series are also neutral enough to be worn as an every day skin too. The skins are 100L per play, so I highly suggest that you get cute pixelated butt down to [PXL Creations] and try your luck!

In The Flesh

Fleshtone  has created some amazing pieces for the Fall season. From beautiful fur trimmed shrugs to slinky little dresses, the Fleshtone Team always delivers classic, sexy and very feminine creations that I simply adore. For this post, I decided to feature two designs from Gisele Mubble of Fleshtone . I chose this fabulous 'Birdie Fur Trimmed Shrug' and this uber chic 'Hyuna Leather Skirt'. Both items are mesh and come in several different sizes for the perfect fit! You really must do yourself a favor and check-out all of the fabulous clothes and accessories at Fleshtone .
I also wanted to give a quick heads-up regarding the skin I am wearing. It is the November group gift from Filthy Skins and it is stunning! If you are not already a Filthy group member, I highly suggest paying the small fee to join. Each month, Alexandra Barcelos always releases a lovely skin gift, which makes being part of this group well worth it. I also recommend taking a trip down to store just to try on some skin demos. Darkest Before The Dawn

Once again, I am posting an event exclusive that is only available for a few more hours. Like my previous post, I had planned to have this blogged a couple days ago. But amidst all the Superstorm Sandy chaos, I lost power and cable. So, was not able to do as planned. Anyway, I adored this 'Costume Ball' exclusive from designer Zoey Gabardini of Paper.Doll. It is called 'Magic V2' and makes for a very sexy high priestess! It is an ensemble that comes with gloves, a bustier, a skirt and even blue flames that flow out of your hands (I did not wear these for this post though). The 'Costume Ball' has some really amazing creations from SL best and brightest, so I encourage you to RUN!
I chose to compliment this outfit with one of PXL's 'Halloween Gacha' skins. I am not sure if they are still out, but I think they are. Hart Larsson created the most amazing faces and make-ups for this series. They are all absolutely brilliant and one of the best Halloween skins I have ever seen. Last Few Hours of CINEMA!

Happy Halloween everyone! I proud to report that I survived 'Frankenstorm Sandy' and am back in NY. I had wanted to post this a couple days ago, but due to the storm I lost power and cable. Not necessarily all at the same time. Anyway, I had to post this awesome ensemble from PIDIDDLE, which is a CINEMA exclusive and also perfect for a Halloween post. It is called 'Undead Perfection Esemble. The whole set is composed of a 'Death Mask', plastic surgery marks, a bodysuit and nails. This is basically what happens to a person when they die during a boob job and come back to life as a zombie. You got to love the idea! Well, I am not sure if that was the inspiration behind this creation, but this is my interpretation. So, let me stop my babbling, so you get to CINEMA NOW!

BELGRAVIA!

If you LOVE Leverocci then you will definitely LOVE their new luxury brand, Belgravia. Leverocci's gorgeous all mesh and high quality designs are seriously amazing. However, if you are looking for something a little less casual and bit more upscale (it is hard to get more upscale than Leverocci) then Belgravia is just what you need. They just released a new collection for Fall and Winter, which consists of sumptuous furs, classic trench coats, super high leather boots and uber sexy corsets. And, to make this new label even more irresistible, their is a new skin line coming out as well!
For this post, I decided to show-off their latest 'Kensington Trench Coat' and 'Electra Boots'. Not only are both these creations absolutely stunning, but are definite MUST HAVES that every SL fashionista should treat themselves to! From The East...

I absolutely adore this month's Collabor88 theme, which is 'Baroque'. I love the rich colors and textures and all the beautiful creations that are based on this theme. One of my favorite pieces, is from one of my favorite designers and friends, Applonia Criss of CHANTKARE . If you read my blog at all, then you know how much I appreciate Applonia's fabulous use of patterns of textures. So, this theme was perfect for her. She created a beautiful 'BAROQUE TUNIC DRESS', which come in a gorogeous array of colors. I really love the simple lines mixed with such an intricate pattern. It is a Fall wardrobe MUST! It can be worn and layered in so many ways. However, for this post I decided to keep things simple, so I could really show off the tunic. Limited Chic

There are so many events going on in SL! It is becoming impossible to keep track of them all! LOL! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE events! Especially events, where you can purchase gorgeous designer exclusives for a very reasonable price. Limited Bazaar is one of these of events, where you can purchase fabulous finds for just 150L! One of my favorite brands, who is participating in this cycle, is Fleshtone. They have two stunning dresses available, but I chose to wear their uber chic 'Marina' dress for this post. I have huge weak spot for tailored 'shirt dresses'. They always look fashionable and do not need much additional accessorising for them to look complete.
 I also decided to wear a skin that I have meaning to post for ages! I do apologize for my tardiness. As most of you know by now, I have been having major connection issues. It takes forever for me to complete one post. I went from doing one post per day to 3 posts per week (if I am lucky). This skin is called 'Isabelle', which was created by NatalieWells of Deesses Skins, and comes with a ton of make-up options, which I LOVE. She also includes teeth, hairbase and cleavage options as well. I like 'Isabelle', since she has a slightly more mature look. Now, by mature I do not mean 'old'. I just don't feel she looks like a teenager. I really suggest that you take a look a Natalie's skins. She caters to everyone. A demo is definitely in order!
OMG, I am so in love with Kavar Cleanslate's, of Exile, new 'Sober' style. I love the super sophisticated short style. It is definitely a new favorite of mine and a wardrobe MUST. I am so happy that Kavar came back from his small hiatus and is creating again. He was definitely missed! There are many new styles, so I suggest you try them ALL!

Suri and I Go Vintage in Baiastice!

Vintage Fair is back again! This is one of my favorite events, so I am really excited to be involved again. Keira Seerose, along with her fabulous CHIC ManagementTeam, really did an awesome job. The venue spans across three SIMs, which are filled of some of the best creators on the grid. The super talented Cory Edo (of Trompe Loeil ), created the build, which you have to see even if you are not buying anything. But, trust me, you will not be able to resist spending a few lindens. I also wanted to give a special thanks to the Vintage Fair sponsors, who helped make this event possible. For my first post, I wanted to feature one of my all time favorite designers, who is truly a classic - Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. Her creations are always beautiful and so well crafted. I truly fell in love with her all mesh Vintage Fair exclusives that consist of gorgeous halter tops with a flared trim and a matching pencil skirts. Both pieces are made of silk-like texture and are so slinky and glamorous. LOVE!
Since I really wanted to create a great first post for Vintage Fair 2012, I grabbed my good friend and blogging buddy, Suriko Leimes of The Bunneh Files. Not only is she an amazing friend, but she is a uber talented blogger, photographer and creator. She just opened-up a new store called (flaunt), which specializes in gorgeous tattoos. You must go there and take took around.

Last Day for July Cyle of Collabor88

Sadly, the July cycle of Collabor88 is coming to an end. There are so many AMAZING creations to be found, so you MUST go check it out before it is over. On a happier note, the one year Anniversary of Collabor88 is on August 8th! I can't believe it has already been one year that Collabor88 has been around. Drinkinstein Sorbet , Jezibell Thorne, Sophia Harlow and octagons Yazimoto have done a fabulous job of presenting the best creators in the grid at this very special event. So, thank you all!

Clawtooth at Hair Fair 2012

Hair Fair 2012 is sadly coming to an end tomorrow. Sasy Scarborough, and her amazing team, did such an awesome job organizing and building this event. Not to mention all the funds that have been raised for 'Wigs for Kids'. I won't have a final quota until after the fair closes, but the last I heard they had raised over 2 million lindens! I am sure they are way past that mark by now! So, you have a little over 24 hrs to shop, shop, shop! And, in case you did not know, tomorrow is 'Bandana Day' at Hair Fair 2012. I encourage you go sans hair and wear one of the fabulous designer scarves (found at the SIM entrances) or just rock a bald head. 
I wanted to show you another one of my favorite Hair Fair designers, Bubbles Clawtooth of Clawtooth.I simply adore his all mesh hair creations. You have short flirty and long sexy styles to choose from. You simply must  check-out Clawtooth and all the other amazing designers before the fair ends!
I also wanted to share with you the latest skin release from Inka Mexicola of Essences. Her new skin, 'INDY', is gorgeous! The skin tone is so lovely and comes in 3 different shades. 'INDY' has one base skin with 4 hair base and brow options. You also get a pack of 10 yummy lip tattoos.
Lastly, Inex Hax of Peqe, just released a super glam and body hugging dress, called 'Cajsa'. Hmm.. I wonder who this dress is named after?  I love the retro 'Breafast at Tiffany's' feel to this dress. So, let me stop rambling, so you can try on some demos now! Here are your limos:
