ISON for January C88!

The January cycle of Collabor88 is almost over, so please make sure you get over there and check it out ASAP. January was yet an another AMAZING round with the most incredible event exclusives. The theme is Raw Nostalgia, which brings sleek elegance in soft polished tones .Think pearls, silk gowns, lace overlays, and polished metals.

One of the many favorite Collabor88 creations this month, is this stunning Charlotte dress from Harry Hyx of ISON. I adore the sleek asymmetrical cut of this silk textured dress. There is also gorgeous lace detailing on the top.The dress comes in a tone of gorgeous neutral tones, so make sure run and grab it!
Harry also made this beautiful Amber hair for January's Collabor88. The soft waves are coiffed to perfection.

The lovely Ria skin that I am wearing is another Collabor88 exclusive from Shyla Diggs of Belleza, which I have posted several time already. This is definitely one of my ALL TIME favorite skins from Belleza! Shyla did such an amazing job. I especially love the lips! Ria comes in 5 beautiful make-ups in a choice of 4 skin tones (Medium, Sunkissed, Tan  and Fair). There are also several options included with skin, which include: 4 brow colors (embedded into skin), 5 lip gloss tattoo, 5 matte lip tattoos and 3 mole tattoos.

The jewelry is all from Collabor88 as well. I had such a hard time choosing what pieces to wear, since they are all so pretty and well made. I chose these fabulous long Knotted Shimmer Pearls from Maxi Gossamer, which are texture change via script. I also chose these beautiful bracelets and earrings from Caelyn Hancroft of Cae. Each part of the bracelet and earrings can be fully customized via HUD. 

This amazing new Ming Headpiece that I am wearing is from Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo. I love stunning Asian feel to it. It comes in 5 lovely colors and is available at Limited Bazaar. There are only a limited number of the Ming headpieces that you buy, so make sure run over there ASAP to get one!

I have been so frustrated lately with the new viewer and server baking issues. Plus, to top it all off, I think my graphic card is going on my laptop. So, suffice it to say, I am quite frustrated. I also started all the following pics on Sunday! It is now Wednesday and I am finally posting them! WTF? LOL! I spent hours fussing with the viewer, since I would lose detail (or whole meshes) if I zoomed out. This has never been an issue. Shadows also do not work like they used to either. I did several retakes and several different edits on each pic. This is a blog, not an art gallery. But, I just couldn't stand the quality of my images. In fact, I am still not happy with them, but sometimes you just have to put an end to the insanity!
Ok, enough complaining. Isla Gealach, of Cheeky Pea, has created this AMAZING 'Rowan Tea Spa' for FaMESHed. It is simply adorable and so beautifully rendered. I love the tea cup shaped tub and the many brilliant animations that come with it too.You definitely have to come check this set out!

I decided to take a spa day, while wearing the latest skin from Izzie Button. Her name is "Jill" and is simply lovely. As always, Izzie's skin comes with a ton of make-up options on tattoo layers. As well as freckle and brow options. Do yourself a favor and try on a demo!

This month's Collabor88 is one of the best ever! The theme is 'Mid Summer Night's Dream' and I am in love with each and every exclusive! So, please stay tuned for a lot more posts! Even though the theme for this month's Collabor88 is 'Chill Pill', which is mostly 90's retro (love this theme!), I actually found some soft and romantic Collabor88 exclusives for this post.

For the last three cycles of Collabor88, aida Ewing of -Glam Affair- has been releasing her 'Margot' skin line in different skin tones each month. For June's Collabor88, she released  'Margot' in her beautiful and delicate 'petal' tone. All the make-ups are so lovely and subtle. So, I could not resist doing a portrait of this gorgeous skin. 

Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo, created a unique an fabulous jewelry line called "Aiko" for this cycle of Collabor88. Each piece is in the shape of an eternity symbol and adorned with tiny beads. She created a whole a collection that includes a headpiece, earrings, a necklace, a bangle and a ring. Each item comes with a HUD that changes the texture the of the metal, as well as the beads. Please make sure you check out both items from -Glam Affair- and LaGyo at Collabor88 NOW!

As I mentioned in my previous post, Ikon Innovia just released more stunning new eyes. They are called  "Ascension Eyes" and are absolutely STUNNING! I am wearing the "Deamon" color for this post. So, please make sure you try on a demo ASAP!

I guess this is pretty much a 'Look of The Day' type post. It is mix of amazing new releases and some fabulous not-so-new releases. The main inspiration for this post, is this gorgeous 'Formal Blazer' from the uber talented Jin Elfan of Belgravia/Leverocci. It is a fairly recent release and also an updated version of her former 'Sleek Blazer', which is sadly no longer available for sale. As always, Jin's textures are perfectly rendered and portray a huge amount of realism. The 'Formal Blazer' is an inventory MUST have! Speaking of Belgravia MUST haves, I am also wearing Jin's sublime 'Patent 120' pumps, which I have already written about in previous posts. Not only are these shoes beautiful, but they are made to be worn with Siddean Munro's (of Slink) rigged mesh feet in 'medium' height. It goes without saying that these are two more items that your SL wardrobe can NOT be with out!

One of my favorite things about classic blazers, is that they can be worn in so many ways. They can be worn with more classic and formal attire, or you can play them down with jeans and shorts. I obviously chose the latter. I have a tendency to show more formal looks, so I wanted wear something more casual. I decided to pair the blazer with these charming belted denim 'Scallop Shorts' from Toast Bard of (fashionably dead). I had been meaning to blog these amazing shorts for so time now. Toast is another one of SL's texturing geniuses, who makes the most stunningly hip clothes. The shorts were a Collabor88 exclusive a couple of months ago, but I am almost positive they are available her in mainstore by now. Please do yourself a favor and check-out all of her delightful creations.

I needed a top to complete my ensemble. As most of you know, I have a rather large inventory...to say the least! Sooo, I dove in frantically and tried on as many different styles as I could think of. I finally decided I wanted a bustier-like top. I had found this fantastic 'Dash Cropped Chain Bustier' from the talented Dakota Buck of Whippet & Buck. I had no idea I had even had these amazing bustiers in my inventory. Suffice it say, I could not resist putting them! Dakota Buck and Twiggy Whippet are two extremely brilliant creators and have played a huge part in SL fashion. I had not heard much news from them, as far as new releases go. So, I had to check to see if they were still selling their content. I am almost positive they are and sincerely hope they release some new items too!

It is time again for another round of the 'Whore Couture Fair'. For this month, Shyla Diggs of -Belleza-, created a lovely and exclusive edition of 'Mya' for this event. She is available in all skin tones and just so pretty to look at. Please make sure you grab a demo!

I also chose to wear this alluring hair style from Tabata Jewell of Vanity Hair, called 'Vendetta'. I simply adore the coy and sexy side-part that partially covers one eye. It added just the right amount of innocent sensuality to my look.

Oh! I almost forgot the namesake of my whole post! Adorkable Peapod of Adorkable Poses, made these beautiful and clever poses for The Arcade. They are are called 'Gacha Blooms' and feature one of my all time favorite flowers as a prop - lavenders. There are ton of different poses that you can win, so make sure you get over to The Arcade to try your luck!

Pretty Things

I am going to try to make this post brief. I have more awesome recent releases to show you  for the Summer season. I am wearing this gorgeous new mesh 'Structured Blazer' from the Maylee Oh of  The Secret Store. This jacket is perfectly designed with two cuff options. You can wear it with the cuff of the jacket sleeve showing or without. It is also also lined with a lovely floral print. The jacket is a FaMESHed exclusive this month and comes in a ton of yummy colors. You simply MUST try on a demo now!

I paired this jacket with two more or my favorite recent creations. Harry Hyx of ISON, just released this sleek and sexy mesh 'Slit Pencil Skirt'. I felt that the clean lines of this skirt mixed very nicely with the structured feel of this jacket. The skirt is available in a ton of colors, both bright and neutral, and is a also another MUST have for your wardrobe. 

I needed the perfect top to go with these impressive pieces, so I chose this fabulous mesh 'Kasia Studded Top', created by Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. I felt it followed suit with my theme of streamlined and modern designs. The 'Kasia Top' is available in two textures - studded and pinstriped. It comes in a vast a array of wonderful colors and matching shorts too. Do yourself a favor and go check them out!

The Liaison Collaborative's 'The Boutique' is here again! You can find some of SL's best designers with amazing event exclusives at an even more amazing price right here! One of these awesome designers is Tricky Boucher of -Belleza-. He is offering his stunning skin Ava in 5 exclusive make-ups for just 600L per tone/make-up. Ava is definitely one of my favorite -Belleza- skins to date. Her skin is absolutely luminous and these make-ups go perfectly with this seasons colors. Just take a look at the close-up below. MOLiCHiNO for AVENUE Spring/Summer Fashion Week Part 1

Aurelia Chauveau of  MOLiCHiNO s definitely on my list of  'SL's Top 10' designers. She has managed to consistently win me over with her perfectly rendered mesh and sleek designs. So, suffice it to say, I was ecstatic to find out that she was participating in 'AVENUE's Spring/Summer Fashion Week 2013'. For this post, I chose her gorgeous 'lemur gown'. It reminds me a lot of Valentino and you can not help but feel amazing when wearing it. I definitely recommend trying on demo and visiting this awesome event!
I am also wearing a brand new skin from PXL Creations, called "Jade". Unfortunately, since it is an April Collabor88 exclusive, it will not be available until to April 8th. I thought Sophia was my favorite PXL skin, but Jade has truly won me over. I love the youthful face that is reminiscent of Sophia and the perfect lips. The lips have a similar feel to GAIA, which I adore, but Hart created a whole new texture and shape for them. The body, as always, is perfectly rendered. Jade will be available in 4 different make-ups in the NAT(ural) skin tone. I am sure there will be more tones and make-ups to come, when Collabor88 is over (*hint hint*). I have been sick the past week, so I will try to make this post as short as possible. I have this gorgeous 'Bibbe' dress, which was created by Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice  It is an Arcade exclusive, so this definitely one item that is well worth trying you gacha luck out on. Sissy also just released these fabulous 'Athena' pumps. What makes them especially cool,  is the fact that they come with and without a sock option. If you choose the sock option, there is a HUD with tons of colors and textures for you too choose from.
Gyorgyna Larnia FINALLY created new full release for Spring that is called, 'Fran'. It is made up beautiful vinyl bow adorned headbands, scarves, belts and bangles. Isabella

The March cycle of Collabor88 is officially open! When I think of the theme and color palate of this round, it reminds me of Spring gardens and tea parties! It is full of lovely pastels, floral and other romantic themes. One of my favorite creations from this cycle, which is also a rose inspired all mesh collection, is from Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo. I am not just saying this because I work for her. LOL! Gyo truly captured the essence and mood of this cycle with her 'Isabella' collection. 'Isabella' is made-up of stunning headpieces  beautiful necklaces, delicate earrings and rings. There is also a very special dress, which is a collaboration between LaGyo and GizzA! It is all absolutely gorgeous! Plus, for this post, I got together with the extremely talented Loulou Teichmann  She created this amazing set that we are all posing on and in front of. So, I really can not take much credit for all the beauty you will see in the following pics. Here is your LM:

One For The Road

One last quickie post before the January cycle of Collabor88 comes to an end. I absolutely adored this 'Tulip Dress', which is from Eclectic Wingtip of Eclectic Apparel. Her all original mesh creations are some of the best that can be found in SL. Belgravia and Last Minute Collabor88 Must Haves!

Jin Elfan of Leverocci has been up to a lot of amazing things lately! Not only has she created an awe inspiring new mainstore and sim (which is modeled after the Metropolitan Museum of Art), but she also released part one of her Fall/ Winter collection. Jin is most definitely one of the TOP mesh creators in SL. Her creations are always textured so perfectly and she knows just what every woman in SL wants. Because of such keen knowledge, she created a new luxury line of mesh clothes, called 'Belgravia'. One of my favorite pieces is her 'Lila Fur Coat'! And it is not just because it has my name! It is the most realistic fur I have seen to date in SL. And, since it is mesh, it wraps around your body and flows perfectly. This coat is the ultimate indulgence and every woman must get one! Plus, I am so flattered that some one as awesome as Jin, named this uber glamorous creation after me :D So, you MUST check out the new Leverocci SIM and the amazing new releases as well. For once, I am speechless.
