Just So You Know...

I wanted to a apologize to all the designer I blog for and for to my readers(if I have any..lol) for my lack of posts. I have been fairly ill the last couple of months and if that is not bad enough, my laptop has been overheating as soon as I start SL. I cleaned the dust out of my laptop again, so I hope this helps. I am also working my way back to being healthy. So, in the meantime, ai am doing my best to post as much as I humanly can.

AVENUE Fashion Week featuring *LpD*

It is time for the Spring/Summer AVENUE Fashion Week 2013, which will be filled with tons of amazing fashion shows that feature some of SL's most talented designers. Since I couldn't be at the shows in the RL, this is definitely second best! My first preview and post for AVENUE Fashion Week, is a fabulous '*Queen* Dress White Dress' from Nevery Lorakeet of  *LpD* If you long full gowns, this is definitely perfect creation for you. It is further accentuated with an amazing mesh corset. Since AVENUE Fashion Week does not officially start until March 31st, you will just have to wait for all the info, if you wish you purchase this gown.

Wild Honey

Still getting over being sick. Blah! At least I can dream about laying in the warm spring sun. I am wearing a bunch of super cute new releases. One of these items is is this awesome new 'Hangover Tank' from Kallisto Destiny of Drift. Not only is this a fabulous tank, but it is also a wardrobe MUST! The tank comes with   HUD that allows you re-color the tank in 15 gorgeous colors. If you want give the tank bit more feminine flair, it also comes with an optional ruffle layer that you can just add-on. Marry Lemur of Overhigh  has also been releasing many amazing new creations. I am in love with these short and sexy, but still very pretty, 'Barachiel' shorts. They come in a yummy assortment of fresh Spring pastels. I also have been meaning to post this EPIC 'Warmer Muffler' sweater from Morphine Janick of [monso]. I think the design and textures are really outstanding and definitely another wardrobe staple, like the tanks and shorts.
Skin Fair 2013 is still going on for a few more days and I still have more skins to show you too. For this post, I chose a Skin Fair exclusive from Carina Larsen of Amacci Skin  called "Rayna". Carina always makes lovely skins with a hand painted to look to them. She spends a lot of time shading and highlighting her skins in all the right places, which is why this is definitely a favorite of mine!
And last, but definitely not least, Isla Gealach (of Cheeky Pea) created this awesome outdoor 'Sara Garden Set'! It comes in 3 stunning colors, which are perfect for the season. I seriously love how the bed is constructed of what would look to be old found objects and put together in a shabby chic way. It also comes with a picnic blanket and basket. And if you love great animations, Isla always gives tons of options. It even comes in a PG or ADULT version too! I have been sick the past week, so I will try to make this post as short as possible. I have this gorgeous 'Bibbe' dress, which was created by Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice  It is an Arcade exclusive, so this definitely one item that is well worth trying you gacha luck out on. Sissy also just released these fabulous 'Athena' pumps. What makes them especially cool,  is the fact that they come with and without a sock option. If you choose the sock option, there is a HUD with tons of colors and textures for you too choose from.
Gyorgyna Larnia FINALLY created new full release for Spring that is called, 'Fran'. It is made up beautiful vinyl bow adorned headbands, scarves, belts and bangles. Skin Fair Review Part One

There are so many wonderful skins to be found at 'Skin Fair 2013'. So, I figured I would do it in 'Portrait Styled' sections. For this post, I decided to feature the gorgeous new skin, Mya, from Tricky Boucher of -Belleza- . Mya is available in 5 gorgeous skin tones and 10 stunning make-ups. She comes with blond, dark and red brows, which are embedded into the skin. In addition, Mya comes with 7 optional lip tattoo layers, a cleavage layer (tattoo and shirt) and also a hair base tattoo (blonde, dark and red). It is obvious that Tricky worked hard to bring a different look to this skin. The shading and skin definition is superb. I also noticed a change in lips shape, which is also quite beautiful too.
 I also decided to feature rebeca Dembo's, of CandyDoll, latest Skin Fair creation, called Hanna. Hanna comes in 4 lovely skin tones. Each tone comes with a hair base, teeth option and cleavage option that is embedded into the skin. Hanna also comes with 4 freckle tattoo layers.The freckles are an especially nice bonus and are beautifully rendered too! I really love the fresh faced skin and perfectly defined lips that Hanna has to offer.

So much going on right now! You have Fashion For Life and The Skin Fair! Both events were the inspiration for this post. Hmm! Where to start? I am going to try to make this post as brief a short as possible, since I have been dealing with a Firestorm bug, which made me think my graphic card was going. So, I know some of these image are not my best.
I have had this AMAZING 'Cutout Leather Dress' from Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice, It is a FaMESHed exclusive and seriously gorgeous. I especially like the intricate detailing on the collar.
