I am going to try not writing anything and get straight to the credits. I am having major problems with my viewer window constraints, which is causing my pics to look all squishy and weird. I was hoping this post would have gone up last night, but I am still up and have not slept. Talk about crazy and persistent! I Wake-Up In The Morning To The Beat Of A Drum...

The Summer Solstice has arrived and Summer is now officially here. Because of all this, I have not been around much this week. I was really only able to log in temporarily to check NCs and messages. So, suffice it to say, I have A LOT of catching-up to do! Not to mention more events to blog too! It is really hot and I am super tired, so I will try to keep it brief. However, I am so in love with all of these new releases that are in this post! First off, I know you have seen these new creations from Azure Electricteeth of Tee*fy all over the feeds! They are Arcade Gacha Event exclusives and have an amazing native/bohemian feel to them. In this post, I am wearing her 'Aurelia Summer High-Low Dress', 'Feather Crown Headband' and 'Leather-Made Goat Head  Backpack'. These are all items that can be won in many colors and styles via The Arcade gacha machines. This is one machine worth playing! Azure's creations are always brilliant!

I have been dying for Jin Elfan of Leverocci to release more hair. She said she was not planning on doing so, but she ended up releasing this absolutely stunning new style called 'DIVA'. The name definitely suits the hair. It is long, super straight and gorgeous. It is all rigged mesh and I am positive that she baked the hair textures, since they are unbelievably realistic and perfect! 'DIVA' comes in every color imaginable and is also available on Marketplace. So DEMO it NOW!

aida Ewing just released a beautiful new skin, called "Summer". It is a Summerfest '13 exclusive and comes in several lovely make-ups and in 2 skins tones - America and Jamaica. I sincerely hope aida releases a whole a line of this skin, since it is simply divine. I strongly urge you to check-out Summerfest '13 now and try on some demos ASAP. 

Oh! I almost forgot! Ikon Innovia just releases more awesome eyes! They are called 'Ascension Eyes' and are basically a continuation of his 'Destiny Eyes', which were available at the 'The Boutique'.I am in love with  these eyes and he created 15 new colors to add to the collection. So, make sure you go to the IKON ainstore and try some on!

Baby It's Cold Outside!

Winter is officially here and the world did not end! Yay! Unfortunately, it is freezing and am not too fond of the cold Winters here, but I love all the new beautiful creations made for this weather! I had a cute idea for this post, but it didn't really turn out like wanted it to. LOL! I wanted it to look like my avi just  threw on this fabulously cozy and over-sized 'wool cardigan' from *Tea Time* and these uber adorable 'Fair Isle Wool Mukluks' from *BOOM* (Arcade Exclusive), so she could run out and grab the paper. This is despite the fact the she is still only wearing her gorgeous new 'Catalina' lingerie from The Sea Hole . And let me just say, the 'Catalina' lingerie is definitely the most beautifully rendered and hand drawn underwear on the grid! In comes in ton of different colors combinations and for a very nice price, since it is a Collabor88 exclusive! I had picked-up these great 'Chilly' poses from oOo studio, which were a 45L advent hunt gift. But somehow, my avi looks more sexy than cold. LOL. I should of used an emoter HUD. Oh well. Major Graphic Card Problems and End of Summer Post

I know you MUST be sick of my laptop rants, but my graphic card did a final crash. Hence the lack of posts. I did find out that there was a driver update that I did not see on the website. Even though I can now log back into SL, I am still having issues. So, please ignore the crappy graphics and please bear with me. I think my laptop days in SL are coming to end. I will have to get a desktop, becuase SL just eats laptops and all their hardware.
So, LOTS of newness from  -Glam Affair- ad ::Exile::. I also missed the posting this uber cute 'Ribbon Kini' from PIDIDDLE, which was an Attic exclsuive, on time. Stupidly, I mixed the days up with another event. So, I am praying it will be available in the store or at least on Market Place.
aida Ewing's lastest skin 'Lilith' has to be my fav to date! Her features are so delicate and beautiful. And I LOVE that she has new skins tones that we saw with Cassiopea. aida works hard to constantly improve and update her skins. This is why she is one of my most favorite skins designers.

Last Day of Vintage Fair Featuring :: Purple Moon ::

It is the last whole day for Vintage Fair 2012. I was really hoping to get more posts in, but SL just would not let me. I think it is my connection, but I am not sure. Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed....SOON! It is making it impossible to blog. Anyway, on a brighter note, Poulet Koenkamp of Purple Moon Creations, created the most amazing Chanel inspired 'Jackie Vest and Skirt'. It just screams early 60s chic a la Jackie O. Elegant Steps

Vintage Fair 2012 is at it's peak! I am actually a bit overwhelmed by all the amazing creations that are influenced by so many different eras. One of my favorite finds, is definitely the 'Elegant Steps' dress from Giz Seorn of GizzA . For the fair, she created this 40's inspired dress in black, which goes perfectly with the 'Vintage Tuxedo' that she created for men. Yes, there are also many fabulous finds here for males as well. This is one event that definitely does not just cater towards women. So, I encourage all fashion forward men to get their cute pixelated butts over to Vintage Fair now! Girls, please drag your stubborn boyfriends with you when you go, so you make them get some gorgeous new clothes. Unfortunately, I know way too many men, who love to stick to just one or two outfits. This has definitely got to stop! LOL! I also must mention that GizzA is one of the very generous sponsors of Vintage Fair, who helped make this awesome event possible.
Speaking of sponsors, oOo Studios is another creator who helped make this event possible. Olaenka Chesnokov's poses are some of the best on the grid. In fact, I would definitely say the she is one of my top three favorite pose creators. For Vintage Fair, Olaenka created some really fantastic singles and couples poses. Atena!

Nevery Lorakeet always creates such beautiful designs and her latest piece is no exception. This stunning creation is also known as the 'Atena' dress. It is all mesh too! I am amazed at how Nevery can create mesh with such a diaphanous texture and so much flow. Usually, this type of look can only be accomplished by using some type of 'flexi prim'. I am truly in awe. This gorgeous gown comes in three pretty colors with a choiceof five different sizes. A definite must have!
Speaking of gorgeous new creations, Izzie Button just released a beautiful new skin called, 'Elena'. I think this is definitely one of Izzie's best skins to date. Albeit, all of Izzie's skins are fabulous and keep getting better and better with each new release. She is definitely making her mark as one of SL's top skin designers. 'Elena' comes in a ton of skin tones! So just about anyone can find the skin color of their liking. Each tone comes with one base skin. The base skin comes with four brow colors and also a cleavage option. Then she gives you a ton of make-up tattoos for eyes and lips. Izzie also gives a blush and two freckles layers. The hardest part about all of this, is choosing which combo of tattoos to use! Izzie always works hard to please her customers and she does just that. There is nothing more I could ask fpr. I highly suggest you try on a demo of 'Elena' ASAP!
Last, but certainly not least...  Truth Hawks just released two more amazing hair styles. For this post, I chose a stunning up-do called, 'Soleil'. This hair is styled to perfection and is also not mesh. It just goes to show that hair does not have to always be mesh to look absolutely lovely. In fact, one of the things I love most about Truth's hair, is that he knows which styles work best with mesh and which ones look better with regular prims. Sometimes, he even uses a combination of both! So, please go check-out Truth's latest releases and try on some demos.

Molichino at Vintage Fair

Vintage Fair 2012 is still going strong and their are tons of gorgeous exclusive creations to be found. One of my favorites is the 'Jaci Dress', from Aurelia Chauveau of MOLiCHiNO. I just love how this gown is long, slinky and just barely grazes the floor. It exudes sensuality with the strapless and low-cut bodice. I can not help but feel sexy and glamorous in this STUNNING creation! The 'Jaci Dress' comes in a lot fabulous colors. You can choose a solid tone or beautiful and graduated fade, like I am wearing in the following images. I have to say that Aurelia's mesh creations are amazing and the quality is quite high! They are so well textured and wonderfully executed. I always have such a weak spot for her lovely creations. You simply must get over to Vintage Fair and try on a demo!
I also wanted to mention that I am wearing the latest skin from Lara Hurley, called 'Claudia'. She is absolutely gorgeous! Her skin is luminous and has the most perfectly placed beauty mark. The lips are glossy and pouty. The body is beautifully rendered, as well. Please stay tuned for a full review. Suri and I Go Vintage in Baiastice!

Vintage Fair is back again! This is one of my favorite events, so I am really excited to be involved again. Keira Seerose, along with her fabulous CHIC ManagementTeam, really did an awesome job. The venue spans across three SIMs, which are filled of some of the best creators on the grid. The super talented Cory Edo (of Trompe Loeil ), created the build, which you have to see even if you are not buying anything. But, trust me, you will not be able to resist spending a few lindens. I also wanted to give a special thanks to the Vintage Fair sponsors, who helped make this event possible. This includes: Purple Moon Creations, GizzA, -Belleza-, Indyra Orginals, Trompe Loeil, Auxilliary (Aura), Cheeky Pea, oOo Studios and ColdLogic. Be sure to check them out!
For my first post, I wanted to feature one of my all time favorite designers, who is truly a classic - Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. Her creations are always beautiful and so well crafted. I truly fell in love with her all mesh Vintage Fair exclusives that consist of gorgeous halter tops with a flared trim and a matching pencil skirts. Both pieces are made of silk-like texture and are so slinky and glamorous. LOVE!
Since I really wanted to create a great first post for Vintage Fair 2012, I grabbed my good friend and blogging buddy, Suriko Leimes of The Bunneh Files. Not only is she an amazing friend, but she is a uber talented blogger, photographer and creator. She just opened-up a new store called (flaunt), which specializes in gorgeous tattoos. You must go there and take took around.

FAIL!

Grrrr...  I was not going to do this post for the end of the July cycle of Collabor88 , because I had found out that it was over earlier than I had planned. Actually, I had wanted to do this post on a couple days ago, but it took me until late last night to finish, because I am having serious issues with SL. I don't know if it is SL, my connection or possibly something wrong with my new gaming laptop. This is basically what has been going on:

- I constantly crash (people of my friends list must love this)
- Mesh takes for ever to rez (if it does rez)
- I almost always have to clear my cache before I log or I will not be able to log in.
- I crash when I teleport anywhere. I have to log in directly to each SIM I want to access
- My notecards are not saving and uploading.  So, unless I double check it, I run the risk of sending out a blank one.
- I am usually a ball of mist until most of my inventory loads. Plus, my inventory takes forever to start loading. It stays at approximately 800 items for what seems like an eternity. The fact that I have an insanely large inventory does not help matters either

I hate to complain on my blog, but this has been making it almost impossible to get anything done! Let alone take pics and post them. I am soooo FRUSTRATED! I am submitting a ticket to LL, but since I use a TPV (Firestorm), I don't think they will help me.
Now that I went off on tangent, I forgot what I was originally going to say. Oh yes, I decided to post creations from the July cycle of Collabor88, even though I had found out the doors had closed by the time I posted my pics on Flickr. But, I had spent two days on these pics, so I am going to post. These images should look like I spent two days on them, but they do not. They are awful due to all the trouble. I know a lot of these items are event exclusives, but most can be found in the designer's mainstore soon. You just may not be able to get them in colors that were made specifically for July's 'BLEACHED' theme or the great price.
Even though the July cycle is closed, the August cycle is opening tomorrow, which is the 8th. And, in case you did know, it is also Collabor88's one year anniversary! I can't believe it has already been year that I have been blogging this fabulous event! I am so honored to be a part of such an amazing team of incredible content creators and talented bloggers. I often wonder if they made a mistake, when I was asked to blog for this event. LOL! I just wanted to give a special thanks to Drinkinstein Sorbet and her awesome team - Jezibell Thorne, Sophia Harlow and octagons Yazimoto (forgive me, if I missed anyone). Thank you for making such a wonderful event possible and may there be many more years of beautiful and innovative creations!

So Bizaare!

If you have noticed lately, my pics have been lacking in creativity. I have been suffering from a massive case of blogger's block. So, I went to look for my muse or something that may inspire me. Well, along came the perfect head piece, from Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo. I am not really supposed to show this creation yet (aka the 'Bizarre flower headpiece'), since it is for the August cycle Collabor88 and does not start until the 9th. And, I know how people do not like when 'yet-to-be released-items' are shown way in advance. However, I just could not resist wearing it for this post, since I LOVED it so much!
wetcat Flux, of WetCat Poses, also helped me out by generously sending me some of her AMAZING poses. I am a serious pose snob and her poses are so well designed and natural looking. She sells wonderful couple poses and sets as well. If you use and appreciate poses as much as I do, then I must insist that you go down and check-out her store!
Another element that helped me out with this post, were some new windlights. I normally use my own or Chic Aeon's. However, I have heard so much positive hype regarding Gogo's, of JUICYBOMB.COM, new 'Studio Windlight Settings' that I had to download them and check them out for myself! Not to mention, Gogo does not edit her pics and they always look so perfectly beautiful! For a person's pics to look that fabulous, while remaining untouched, then they have to know what they are doing. Especially when it comes to lighting! Suffice it to say, I loved all of her windlights and decided on using this blue toned windlight called 'Mela the Space Queen'. Granted, these were made for studio use and I have only used them in my studio thus far. I will check-out them out 'inworld' and let you know which one's that work well in that environment too. Unfortunately, many windlights that create an amazing effect in a studio, do not work well 'inworld'.
