The New :::Winter::: Skin from *JeSyLiLO*

LiLO Glom is quickly becoming one of SL's favored skin designers. Her latest line of skin, also know as 'Winter Skin', is definitely a testament to her talent. Plus, LiLO never leaves one short of wear options. Follwing suit to her previous creations, LiLO's 'Winter Skin' has plenty! Each skin has 4 body options, which include: matte skin, shiny skin, regular cleavage and a 'breasts together' option. The face has a freckle and hairline option. And, of course,  you can wear any combination of these features. Now that is what I call options! I also wanted to note that when I say, "shiny skin", please do not get the idea that the skin is covered oil. *LOL*. It's just a subtle glow.

The eyes have a sultry look and the lips are full and luscious. LiLO creates a fresh 'just-in-from-the-cold' glow to the cheeks, which are adorned with the cutest set of dimples. I have seen a lot of tattoo layers for dimples, but not too many skins that come with dimples already. I absolutely LOVE this feature! Wow! What a week! We have had a lot of amazing new releases and a lot of very cool events happening. So, of course,I have some fabulous new releases to show you. I have an incredible new dress from HYPER CULTURE and some gorgeous and very progressive jewelry from Finesmith Designs.
Christensia Parkin has just created two new beautiful lace dresses, called 'Slecna' and 'Slecna 2', to add to her best seliing 'Black Lace Collection'.They are two ultra sexy, yet elegant, black lace mini dresses that are revealing in just the right places. These designs are a bit are 'see-through', but still maintain a sense of modesty (i.e., no need to cover-up the nipples).  Plus, Christensia gives you three different wear options for the panties, so you can decide how much skin you want to show. Both pieces are absolutely divine and expertly crafted. But, then again, I would expect nothing less from Christensia.This is the perfect dress for an evening out or you can just wear the top layer with jeans and jacket for a more casual look. Now with gorgeous dresses, come gorgeous jewelry. Finesmith Designs is one of the first places that comes to mind when I think of jewelry. Once again, Yula Finesmith has been hard at work, creating pieces that set the trends. Her new line of jewelry is called, 'In The Flash'. I like to think of it as, 'In The Flesh', since Yula has incorporated the idea of acupuncture needles into jewelry. Yula wanted to design something that only the physics of SL could uphold. This resulted in necklaces without chains and earring that plug right into the ear. This is definitely a first for SL and RL, at least to my knowledge, and the outcome is brilliant.

More TRUTH!

What a crazy week! Is it just me or is SL completely borked? I have been having issues taking pics in areas that are not, for the most part, completely empty and prims just do not want to attach to my avi, It's was bad enough when things like this would happen before I started blogging, but now this just can't happen! Anyway, what can you do? Clear cache, reboot and pray (not necessarily in that order). On a much lighter and happier note, Truth Hawks has, yet again, released some awesome new hair styles, which includes another new style men. And, since I haven't made a male avi just yet, I have turned 'Liam' into a unisex style. I have never been one for really short hair, at least on myself, in RL and SL. It always looks great on others, but I never feel completely comfortable wearing it. I have seen 'Liam' on other avis and think this style is amazing. So, I figured I would give it another shot and you can let me know what you think.

Besides 'Liam', we have three new styles for women. First we have 'Madeline', because she is my favorite style week. It's always very difficult to pick a favorite 'do' and sometimes I honestly can not. However, I love 'Madeline's' soft look and loosely wrapped side chignon. I also made a point this week of trying to show many of Truth's new hair colors, which are absolutely yummy!

Then we have 'Nina', who feels a bit 80's retro to me. Her hair is full and edgy, much like the styles one would see around the early to mid 80s. Of course, Truth reinvents this look with a much more  progressive twist, making 'Nina' absolutely  irresistible. Plus, like all the other new releases, she comes with standard version and streaked version with 63 colors/ textures to choose from. I have been going nuts with streaked version! I mean, 63 colors to choose from is A LOT and way too much fun to play with.

And last, but definitely not least, we have 'Chantelle'. 'Chantelle' is simply adorable with a partial 'updo', leaving lots of room for her perfectly wavy hair to fall. Truth designs this style in such a way that it frames the face very nicely. A 'must have' addition to one's hair inventory.

I must apologize in advance if this post sounds a bit nonsensical, since I have the flu and am pretty 'out-of-it' at the moment. Anyway, I know we are savoring the last of the warm days of Autumn, right before we start to delve into the cold of Winter. One of my favorite designers, Angelina Eizenberg has created an amazing fall collection and has some pieces that are just perfect for this type of weather. First, she has a gorgeous 'Autumn Leaf Dress'. This piece comes in 7 brilliant colors, which range from Fall neutrals to lively purples and pinks. Angelina rendered an intricate leaf texture on to this dress, which makes this one fabulous design.

Some More 'FTLO Gacha' That You Must Get!

Who doesn't love gacha machines?  To me, they are across between those 25 cent candy machines and slot machines. Once you start, you just can't stop until you hit the jackpot! They should put a warning sticker stating: "Gacha's May Be Habit Forming!".You know how it goes, you see all the pretty colors/ textures of a certain item and they are priced really low. So you figure you'll try just once. If you get the color you really want; great! if you don't; you will be cool with what you have. However, that NEVER happens. At least in my case. *LOL*. I start with one, which is almost never my favorite choice, and then figure it's so cheap that I can afford to try again. But then I get same color! Next thing you know that initial $25-50L has turned into $400L. You could have bought the fatpack twice! Just for one color! Now, I could go on and on, ad nauseum...but I know you get what I am talking about. At least I hope :p

New 'TRUTH'!

Truth Hawks just released 4 amazing new styles this week. I seriously can not fathom how he can continuously come up with not just one, but 3 or 4, unique and utterly incredible new designs each week. I guess it will just have to remain a mystery. Regardless, I really could not pick a favorite. I am in LOVE with them all! We have 'Bebe', who I feel a certain kinship with, since her hair is very much like RL hair, when not blown out straight. Actually, it was really bugging me out, because the similarities were just too much. 'Bebe' is thick and tousled with long and very natural looking loose curls. She comes in both a standard version and a streaked version with 26 colors to choose from. Then we 'Aiyana', who has a very Native American feel to her. She is thick and straight. The hair is carefully parted in the middle and then weaved into perfect braids. Now you can were the regular version of 'Ayiana', which is adorned with beautiful eagle feathers that come with 15 color change options. You can also opt to wear the plain version, which is obviously featherless, but equally fabulous. Plus, Truth included 7 shades of  face paint in tattoo layers, which definitely adds to the Native American feel. I simply adore this look. And last, but certainly not least, we have 'Nadine' and 'Nadine 2'. 'Nadine' is a sassy, but sweet, high ponytail that comes with headband that has 24 color change options and also a streaked version that has 26 colors. 'Nadine 2' is the practically identical, but comes without the headband. However, she still comes with the streaked version. Whew, talk about versatility! Whew! This week Truth Hawks truly blew me away with his 4 fabulous new styles! Two of which are named after the stars of 'Gossip Girl'. I can not pick a favorite, since they are all equally incredible. First we have 'Blake', who is long, luscious and secured with a beautiful clip that has18 color changes. Then we have 'Leighton', who comes in two different slightly different 'dos'. 'Leighton' is a partial 'updo' and has tons of lovely tendrils falling all around.
