Both Time and Space

This post is basically a continuation of my previous post, IKON Destiny Eyes. I think the title pretty much explains the main focus of the post - IKON's amazing Destiny eyes! For this entry, I wanted to focus on the fashion, which is not apparent in the previous one.
Giz Seorn of GizzA, just recently released this gorgeous mesh 'Jumper'. This creation is beautifully made, as all of Giz's creations are, and has a natural flow to it. I adore the chic, but relaxed feel to this jumper.The perfectly rendered texture adds to it's sense of movement. The 'Jumper' comes in a ton of colors. One especially nice feature of this creation, is that each jumper has a choice of two color options via HUD. I am wearing the brown 'Jumper', but the other HUD option is an Aqua tone. In my previous post, IKON Destiny Eyes, I spoke about all the gorgeous jewelry I was wearing. In these images, you can see some of the additional items I spoke about. I mentioned that AvaGardner Kungler (of Kunglers) recently released a gorgeous new collection, called "Primavera". It is composed of brilliant necklaces and rings that have a very organic feel to them. Think of over-sized and bejeweled wild flowers and fruit flies. I know these may sound like strange elements for a jewelry collection, but they are extremely stunning! For this post, I wearing Ava's 'Khloris' necklace and ring set in golden .

I wanted to add some other jewels, so I chose creations from Caelan Hancroft's (of Cae) divine new mesh collection called "Kasbah"! I love the exotic feel of this lovely collection. Since I was already wearing Ava's (of Kunglers) exquisite 'Khloris' necklace and ring, I chose to wear Cae's 'Kasbah' earrings, ring and bracelet for a sense of completion.Yes! I love accessories! Especially jewelry! Just so you know, the 'Kasbah' set is texture change (via script), which is always a bonus! The 'Kasbah' set is a FaMESHed exclusive this month, so make sure you TP over there and check it out! The new round of The Arcade Gacha Event has started and is well underway! Even though this is not an Arcade inspired post - Trust me, I have plenty of Arcade inspired blog entries and images on their way- I figured I would mention the wonderful creations I'm wearing from this incredible event anyway! I am wearing a 'Triple Pyramid Studs Leather Cuff' in nude that is from Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. I am in love with these cuffs! They are edgy and classic at the same time. I am also wearing (Well, more like holding) another creation from Giz Seorn of Gizza. It is her 'Summer Bag' in daisy. Both of these accessories are most definitely worth trying your luck on. No matter which item(s) you win from the gacha machine, they are all gorgeous. This post should have been up sooner, but I was not satisfied with my pics. I actually went back and made a totally new portrait pic, which I still don't like. It seems like my images are getting worse, as opposed to better. I know my current health situation is not helping, especially with my lack of posts.
Anyway, Jin Elfan of Leverocci/Belgravia, just created some brilliant new items! For this post, I chose to wear one of her FaMESHed exclusives, which is the seriously gorgeous 'Paneled Patent Dress'. It is all rigged mesh and beautifully made, as always. The clean and structured lines, really make this dress a major work art. You simply must try on demo! There is also an uber chic 'Faceted Patent Dress' and 'Satin Wrap Boots', which you will see in an upcoming post.

The Team over at -Glam Affair- has also been hard at work, releasing fabulous new content. aida Ewing released more of her gorgeous Margot skin line for May's Collabor88. It comes in 5 amazing make-ups and also a 'clean' version. It is available in the Europa and India skin tones as well.

 Amberly Boccaccio, of -Glam Affair-, released a stunning new necklace, called the 'Janna Statement Necklace'. It is made of heavy metal base, and adorned with various stones. It is a FaMESHed exclusive and comes in silver or gold. It is also available in many beautiful stone options. These are two items you definitely do not want to miss!

Light!

I am so sick of feeling crappy and am hoping for a speedy recovery. I figured I would start with a relatively easy post that just contained one image. However, nothing is ever fast or easy with me. LOL!, I tend to unnecessarily fuss over stupid things. I had this fabulous mesh 'Giant Dish Hat' that was created by Amberly Boccaccio of -Glam Affair-. In comes in a ton of stunning colors and is available at the L'Accessories event.
Speaking of -Glam Affair- goodness, I am wearing the beautiful new Margot skin, which was created by aida Ewing. It is a Collabor88 exclusive and comes in a choice 6 gorgeous make-ups, a ton of brow colors and also a 'clean' make-up option (which I am wearing). All the make-ups come in the America tone. It is not too dark and not too pale, so it should be a perfect skin tone for most. I really hope aida decides to create a whole line of this lovely skin. I was hoping to get this post up last night, before the Cosmetics Fair was over, but I failed :(. I chose to wear one of aida's amazing Margot full make-up tattoo's from this event for this post. However, you never know, she may decide to sell them in the -Glam Affair-  mainstore.
FINALLY! After much waiting, Kavar Cleanslate of Exile, just released a bunch of new hairstyles! This was a LONG awaited release and now we know why it took so long! It seems that Kavar was working on a new HUD system for his hair! There is a HUD for each color set (ie, dark blondes) and for each hair color (ie, Hollywood), there are 8 streaking options. You simply must try on a demo and see all the fabulous looks that you can create. I am wearing the gorgeous 'Desperately Wanting' hairstyle in the below image. However, due to the pose and camera angle, I was not able to show it off in a nice way. I ended up altering it with a ton of brushes in Photoshop, in order to give it a finished look. Especially since my glitchy avi was obstructing it's lovely flow. I will have to wear it in another image to show you just how awesome it is. In the meantime, you probably should just go try on demo and check-out all the great new releases!
Oh! I hope you can see the beautiful 'Perky Bowkerchief' from Aranel Ah of *BOOM*. It comes in every yummy color imaginable. There are 2 short styles, 2 long styles and 3 attachments points. It is indeed the perfect accessory to dress-up any outfit or no outfit at all, like below.

A Hippo Named Wanda

I know, cheesy title! But, I could not resist. Gyorgyna Larnia created the most incredible jewelry set for the April cycle of Collabor88. It has a bit of quirky tribal feel and is adorned with a large hippo. This may sound strange, but it is absolutely fabulous. Each part of the necklace, earrings and ring (which is available at TDR FUSION) are all texture change via HUD. They come in a choice of gold and silver metals too. You need to TP over to Collabor88 , so you can see the whole LaGyo collection! It also includes amazing belts and headpieces in funky colors too!
I am also wearing this gorgeous ArianaCutout dress from Fleshtone. It is a Limited Bazaar exclusive, so I am not sure if it is still available. But it is definitely worth checking-out! Stevenzuuh Gossipgirl really created an outstanding dress that I absolutely adore. I hope he decides to release it more colors.
[PXL Creations] finally released the full line of his beautiful Sophia skin! It was definitely well worth the wait! Sophia is absolutely stunning! Hart Larsson created the most perfect face and body! She comes in 8 gorgeous skin tones and 30 new and updated make-ups, which you can mix and match.You absolutely MUST try on a demo NOW!
Oh! I almost forgot! Baiastice  which was closed for SIM renovations, is open again! The new build is AMAZING! Not to mention, Sissy Pessoa has a ton of new releases to go with the new build as well. This post is long overdue, but definitely worth the wait. Mimikri Kit's latest release, called "Valerie", is a gorgeous crocheted strapless dress. Mimikri's mesh is always well rendered and her textures are beyond gorgeous. I definitely urge you try a demo now!
There are also some amazing new releases from the April cycle of Collabor88. The theme is "Kitsch". I can just imagine how much fun all the designers had, while making their creation for this quirky theme. There is a beautiful new skin from -Glam Affair-, called "Margot". As all of aida Ewing's skins, she is absolutely stunning! The face is to die for and she has the most perfect pouty lips! I could not resist wearing this skin for this post. Make sure you try on demo ASAP!
I also chose to wear another Collabor88 exclusive for this post. It is a fabulous new hairstyle from LaViere, called "Gisele". Azure Electricteeth not only makes some of my most favorite clothes on the grid, but hair as well. This style is long, chic and sexy. MOLiCHiNO for AVENUE Spring/Summer Fashion Week Part 1

Aurelia Chauveau of  MOLiCHiNO s definitely on my list of  'SL's Top 10' designers. She has managed to consistently win me over with her perfectly rendered mesh and sleek designs. So, suffice it to say, I was ecstatic to find out that she was participating in 'AVENUE's Spring/Summer Fashion Week 2013'. For this post, I chose her gorgeous 'lemur gown'. It reminds me a lot of Valentino and you can not help but feel amazing when wearing it. I definitely recommend trying on demo and visiting this awesome event!
I am also wearing a brand new skin from PXL Creations, called "Jade". Unfortunately, since it is an April Collabor88 exclusive, it will not be available until to April 8th. I thought Sophia was my favorite PXL skin, but Jade has truly won me over. I love the youthful face that is reminiscent of Sophia and the perfect lips. The lips have a similar feel to GAIA, which I adore, but Hart created a whole new texture and shape for them. The body, as always, is perfectly rendered. Jade will be available in 4 different make-ups in the NAT(ural) skin tone. I am sure there will be more tones and make-ups to come, when Collabor88 is over (*hint hint*). I apologize to everyone for my lack of posts. Unfortunately  I have had some serious RL family matters to attend to. I hope things will improve soon and then I can get back up to my normal lazy schedule. LOL. I really do not want to go into detail about what is going on, so I won't. I just hope things work-out out well over the few days. I will be under a lot of stress util then.
Anyway, in more uplifting news, I have a lot of gorgeous creations to show you! I am so excited that cocoro Lemon has been creating again. Her mesh is seriously amazing! Of course, since she has always been on of SL's best designers, I would expect no less. For this post, I wearing *COCO*'s latest 'CroppedSweater&Shirt'. This for me is the perfect layered top. I just adore the button-down blouse with a cropped sweater layered over it, is a definite wardrobe staple. I love to layer, but mesh makes it very difficult. I love mesh, but I also miss being able to layer with ease. So this top is nice alternative.
Aranel Ah, of*BOOM*, created an awesome line of over-sized mesh 'Norfolk Tweeds' pants. I love their relaxed, but still very classic feel.
I sure most have you seen me wear the limited edition 'Sophia' skin line from [PXL Creations], which was created for the 'Around The World' event. I know many people have been wondering if and when a full line will be released. Well, just so you know, a full line is in the works! It will made up of seven skintones (like FAITH and KATE) with many make-up options and released VERY soon! I am really excited about this, especially since 'Sophia' is my favorite [PXL] skin to date. The skin is hand painted with an extraordinary amount of detail. So, I could not help but show a sneak preview of one of the new make-ups. It is the sunkissed tone with peach-glossed lips. Hart really did a perfect job! However, until the full line is released, the limited edition 'Sophia' is available for purchase in the [PXL] mainstore.

Last Day for January Cycle of FaMESHed

The January cycle of FaMESHed is sadly coming to an end. As always, there are so many AMAZING original mesh creations to be found there. The fact that FaMESHed showcases all original (ie, no templates) mesh content, is one the main reasons that I really love this event. I think it is very important to focus on all of these talented designers, who have worked so hard to bring us some of best mesh creations in SL.
Hmmm, so where do I start? E! Eclectic Apparel! E! has come such a LONG way in the ranks of SL fashion. Their design team makes beautifully rendered mesh and pays a lot of attention to detail.  Each collection gets better and better with every release. In the following pictures, I am wearing their awesome 'Xanna' pants. They are perfect for any casual (but still chic) look. They also created a 'Libby' top to go with these pants. I was going to wear it for this post, but in the middle of a styling crisis, I found something I else I wanted to wear the top with. I really love mixing matching. Unfortunately, I ran out of time and was not able to take pics of it of yet. However, the 'Libby' top will be available in E! Mainstore, after FaMESHed ends. So, stay tuned for an upcoming post with that top. It is seriously cute!
NyuNyu Kimono of Nyu, is also another FaMESHed regular. I have come to love her sleek lines and minimalist approach to designing. Her clothes are always perfect for a more sophisticated look. Her 'Button Back Shirt', is a prime example of her gorgeous creations. I paired her dress with the super sexy new 'Spiked' pumps from FANATIK, which can also be found out at FaMESHed. They come in a TON of different colors and you can choose from silver or gold spikes (via a texture change HUD).

In a Beatiful World

The weather may always be delightful in SL, even when it appears to full of snow and freezing, but I can not say the same for NY. It snowed once again last night and it has been quite chilly. The night before, my furnace decided to break and I cannot begin to tell you just how COLD my home was! Thankfully, they were able to fix it yesterday. To be honest, I really have no place to complain about this happening. Many of my neighbors in Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island and New Jersey, did not have any heat or power for weeks! This obviously occurred when Superstorm Sandy decided to wreak havoc all over the Eastern Seaboard. Knowing what all these people had to deal with, I feel like a spoiled brat if I whine about this. It still sucked, non-the-less.
I had wanted to create this post yesterday, but my hands were too cold type or edit. LOL. FYI: It is very difficult to edit via touch pad in gloves. I decided to create a not-so-new post. This last year had been very crazy for me and I had not been able to blog many of the creations I planned on posting. So, I am hoping to catch-up on a lot of posts, since my computer is running super fast again and my major viewer issues have been fixed. Yay! So, please take a look at the images and a credits.
