Cero Style

Osterhase Yellowjacket is the owner and creator of 'Cero Style' where you can find a large range of both casual and formal wear to suit all tastes and desires. Cero Style is quite a new store to me and I recently purchased an outfit featured in the I Love 69Ls event and was really blown away by the quality in Osterhase's pieces. Lila and I were lucky enough to receive some of Osterhase's creations to preview so off we went to play in the flower fields and well swear alot when we lost our pose stands and couldnt grab them between all these flowers, but thats enough about that lets get down to business :P
In the first picture Im wearing 'Loulou' which is a sassy little number with a highly detailed bodice, collar and sleeves, which prevents it crossing into that trashy look. Both the shorts and top have detailed texturing in all the right places giving shading and depth to the outfit. Lila is sporting the "Asia Outfit with Black Leggings', which again is an extremely sexy number without crossing that Line. Again featuring highly detailed textures and prim work this is another worthy addition to any inventory. Lila and I then slipped into the 'Peggy & Dolores' dresses which yet again like all of Osterhase's designs are made to the highest of standards with the use of delicate textures and beautiful prim additions making them a pleasure to wear. Today. Friday July 23, 2010, rbcg will be re-opening it's doors! Kyrsten Jigsaw has been working hard setting everything up, so she can bring us her very unique and awesome creations....some old and some very new! I love Kyrsten's originality and sense of humor that she brings to light in so many of her pieces.You can find "kitschy" accessories like clown glasses and various "noms-noms"s all the way to amazing creations like her "If You're A Bird" dress. Krysten also has a large selection of items for the home as well.

In the first picture, I wearing Kysten's "If You're A Bird" dress in brown. The dress is simple, yet has an incredible hand drawn texture. She carefully adorns the dress with feathers, making this one delicate and interesting number. I kept thinking of the movie "The Birds" when I was looking at this dress (I have no idea why), so I grabbed Kysten's "Birdie" props that attach to you hand and ear. The bird the attaches to your ear flies around. The pictures I took, of course, look nothing like the movie "The Birds" ,or even remotely close to it, but I had a lot of fun playing with birds! *LOL* I also paired the dress with the rbcg "bohindian" bag. I have a big time bag fetish, so I couldn't resist this perfectly sculpted piece. Krysten had a lot of cute bags and totes in the store, so it was really hard to choose.

The "bohindian" bag was part of the "the indian collection", which comes complete with decor that includes a "tee pee", "makeshift fire" and "makeshift kayak". It also comes with the "indiankini" and "chief head-dress", which I am wearing, and ultra-cute accessories like the "dream catcher". So, I couldn't help but  go all out and show you some of the set-up and also this really cool bikini, whose fabric is comprised of Kysten's signature hand drawn textures. I think I had a little too much fun playing with my "have tee-pee will travel", but Kysten's pieces have that effect on you. Machang Pichot has definitely become one of my "all time" favorite designers in SL.So when I got the chance to review some of her pieces, I was ecstatic and definitely flattered. Thank you Machang! The level of detail and craftsmanship that she puts into her clothes, is a step above the rest.Even though the majority of her pieces can be "labeled' as casual, there is nothing casual about them. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and her prim work is flawless.

In the fist picture, I am wearing Machang's "FlowerStraplessDress_Rose/Whitebase". This gorgeous summer dress comes with two wear options. There is a very short version, which I am wearing and a slightly longer version. You could also wear both versions at the same time, for an even more versatile look. This fun and flirty number is the perfect summer dress. It can we worn casual with a pair of sandals and a white cotton shirt over it or dressy w/ fabulous pair of heels. I chose to wear the "NoCollarLeatherJK" in black and the "FringeWesternBoots" in black with it. All three pieces are amazing works in their own right. I just love the perfectly sculpted leather jacket, which brings that extra something special to any look. And the boots! OMG! I haven't been able to take these off! The soft "suede-like" texture and delicate fringe make this boot simply divine!

In the second picture, I wearing AOHARU's " Jeans_SkinnyStraght". I think these are my new favorite jeans and I own lot own a lot jeans. *LOL* They hug the body perfectly and the waist is is cut at the perfect height. It's not super low, where you butt cheeks show, but not super high like jeans someone's mother would wear. Machang sculpts the cuffs seamlessly, which is definitely a rare find. These jeans wardrobe "must".

In the third picture, I am sporting one of my favorite pieces, "DungareeLongShirt". This reminds me of one of my man's crisp white button down shirts that I would casually thrown on with a pair of jeans or a dress. Machang recreates this look and cinches the waist with a gorgeous leather belt. Once again, Machang's multiple use of prim attachments are created in such a way that they just wear effortlessly and move as one piece. I am truly amazed at how she manages to do this. Underneath the shirt, you will see the "MarineBorderLongTank" in red. It can be worn as a very long tank or even as dress, but I chose to wear it with another one of favs.... The" LaceRuffleSkirt". I can't get over the exquisite detailing in the lace and the way it flows w/ each subtle movement.  I chose to top this look off with the ANEXX "FringeWesternBoots" again, but in camel. Simply gorgeous.

In the forth and last picture, which is definitely not least, I am donning these really yummy AOHARU "Jeans_BoyFriend". The slightly over over-sized jeans with the rolled-up cuff, is another classic look for summer. The light color also gives it an added warm weather feel. It comes with two belt options, One is a beautiful scarf and the other a leather belt. I paired this with the "FrontKnotShirt_Washed". I just adore this extremely vesrtile top, whose wear options are endless. At the risk of repeating myself, since I am a bit speechless at the moment, I have to say that Machang just proves her talent over and over again. With The Summer of Love Fair well underway all those shopaholics are fighting that lovely 'lag monster' we all love so much to go see the amazing goodies on offer. Parading in 'Pesto'

Things have been pretty hectic in the Demented Divas Camp latley so it was nice to relax a little and slip into some of Pesto Portland's outfits and chill. Pesto is the owner and designer of Pesto Apparel and what a talent she has, bringing us yet more yummy delights to add to our wardrobes. The Bolero Jacket Im wearing in Pics 1 & 2 comes with two options which is always a plus for me. If your feeling daring the Nipple Tape is perfect choice and for the more conservative look the White Top option is the way to go. Sporting prim cuffs and collar this is a worthy addition to any inventory as it is so versatile and comes in a choice of 12 delicious colours. The SupaMiniSkirt again like the Jackets comes in an array of lucious colours with 15 to choose from, so you really are spoilt for choice. Although the skirt is rather short it still stays away from that 'Slut' look which I really dislike. With careful use of textures and prim I have to say fitted me perfectly for a change this sassy little number is definatley a head turner. Last but not least is the SummerTeeShirt which comes in 12 scrumptious colours and is perfect to go with almost anything. With a choice of layers this again like all of Pesto designs is a worthy addition to any inventory. Izzie Button does it again with style. Her "high waisted skirts" and matching snake skin belts, are another example of her bold designs with a very feminine feel. Izzie's skirt just hugs the curves of a woman's body in all the right places, while still managing to maintain her sense of high style. There are many "high waisted" numbers in stores at the moment, but none that contain such intricate detailing and choice of yummy rich textures. This is definitely a wardrobe "must"! Truth Hawks manages to turn it out again! This week he released 4 incredibly charming new styles. I don't know if it's just me who notices this, but it seems that Truth's signature hair texture is changing once again. The strands have an edgier "razor-like" cut, but still manage to maintain the flow and waves that Truth is so noted for. It was really hard to pick a favorite "do" this week, I'm loving them all! I mean, who can't resist the short angled cut and side swept bangs of "Kalista"? This particular style has a feature that I just adore. I am sure you are well aware by now that each new style is coming in a "streaked" version as well as a solid. "Kalista" comes with 2 streaking options! For each set of streaks, you get 19 colors/textures to choose from! So, for a girl who is highlight obsessed in RL, this is a SL dream come true.

In the second set of pictures, I am featuring "Layla". "Layla"has got me on my knees, thanking Truth for creating these uber cool "pig tails" that also have the side swept bangs. This design has a "streaked" version as well. "Layla" just has the one set of streaks, but still comes with the 19 color/texture change option.

In the third set of pictures, I am wearing "Rylan" and "Rylan 2". These two styles are almost identical. They both have fabulous long and layered hair, which is teased ultra high. But "Rylan" has the "side swept" bangs and "Rylan 2" has her hair pulled completely back. They are equally YUMMY and they also come equipped with the same new streaking option that I mentioned with "Layla". So, what are you waiting for? Danielle Astonia is the owner and creator of 'La Forgia Jewels' and wow what a talent she has in bringing some of the most amazing creations to Second Life. I am always amazed how people can create such small works of art and have the up most respect for designers of high quality jewelry as I know how much effort goes into each piece created and La Forgia designs are simply outstanding.
Lila and I were lucky enough to receive some of Danielle's creations (thank you Danielle!!) and we were both stunned by the superior quality of her work. I loved the delicate roses on the Thalia set and was taken a back by the prim work as each rose and petal is individually made. Giselle is a slightly bolder design but again with the use of stunning prim work and beautiful textures to each stone and gem make this yet another exquisite piece. The Heartbeat and Maka sets are more casual yet are still made to the highest of standard that you will find in each and every piece from La Forgia.
Each set also comes with a resize script to make fitting nice and easy and a vast aray of colour options not only with the gem colours but the metals and leathers giving them so much versatility they really are a perfect addition to anyones inventory.
