I guess this is pretty much a 'Look of The Day' type post. It is mix of amazing new releases and some fabulous not-so-new releases. The main inspiration for this post, is this gorgeous 'Formal Blazer' from the uber talented Jin Elfan of Belgravia/Leverocci. It is a fairly recent release and also an updated version of her former 'Sleek Blazer', which is sadly no longer available for sale. As always, Jin's textures are perfectly rendered and portray a huge amount of realism. The 'Formal Blazer' is an inventory MUST have! Speaking of Belgravia MUST haves, I am also wearing Jin's sublime 'Patent 120' pumps, which I have already written about in previous posts. Not only are these shoes beautiful, but they are made to be worn with Siddean Munro's (of Slink) rigged mesh feet in 'medium' height. It goes without saying that these are two more items that your SL wardrobe can NOT be with out!

One of my favorite things about classic blazers, is that they can be worn in so many ways. They can be worn with more classic and formal attire, or you can play them down with jeans and shorts. I obviously chose the latter. I have a tendency to show more formal looks, so I wanted wear something more casual. I decided to pair the blazer with these charming belted denim 'Scallop Shorts' from Toast Bard of (fashionably dead). I had been meaning to blog these amazing shorts for so time now. Toast is another one of SL's texturing geniuses, who makes the most stunningly hip clothes. The shorts were a Collabor88 exclusive a couple of months ago, but I am almost positive they are available her in mainstore by now. Please do yourself a favor and check-out all of her delightful creations.

I needed a top to complete my ensemble. As most of you know, I have a rather large inventory...to say the least! Sooo, I dove in frantically and tried on as many different styles as I could think of. I finally decided I wanted a bustier-like top. I had found this fantastic 'Dash Cropped Chain Bustier' from the talented Dakota Buck of Whippet & Buck. I had no idea I had even had these amazing bustiers in my inventory. Suffice it say, I could not resist putting them! Dakota Buck and Twiggy Whippet are two extremely brilliant creators and have played a huge part in SL fashion. I had not heard much news from them, as far as new releases go. So, I had to check to see if they were still selling their content. I am almost positive they are and sincerely hope they release some new items too!

It is time again for another round of the 'Whore Couture Fair'. For this month, Shyla Diggs of -Belleza-, created a lovely and exclusive edition of 'Mya' for this event. She is available in all skin tones and just so pretty to look at. Please make sure you grab a demo!

I also chose to wear this alluring hair style from Tabata Jewell of Vanity Hair, called 'Vendetta'. I simply adore the coy and sexy side-part that partially covers one eye. It added just the right amount of innocent sensuality to my look.

Oh! I almost forgot the namesake of my whole post! Adorkable Peapod of Adorkable Poses, made these beautiful and clever poses for The Arcade. They are are called 'Gacha Blooms' and feature one of my all time favorite flowers as a prop - lavenders. Pretty Things

I am going to try to make this post brief. I have more awesome recent releases to show you  for the Summer season. I am wearing this gorgeous new mesh 'Structured Blazer' from the Maylee Oh of  The Secret Store. This jacket is perfectly designed with two cuff options. You can wear it with the cuff of the jacket sleeve showing or without. It is also also lined with a lovely floral print. The jacket is a FaMESHed exclusive this month and comes in a ton of yummy colors. You simply MUST try on a demo now!

I paired this jacket with two more or my favorite recent creations. Harry Hyx of ISON, just released this sleek and sexy mesh 'Slit Pencil Skirt'. I felt that the clean lines of this skirt mixed very nicely with the structured feel of this jacket. The skirt is available in a ton of colors, both bright and neutral, and is a also another MUST have for your wardrobe. 

I needed the perfect top to go with these impressive pieces, so I chose this fabulous mesh 'Kasia Studded Top', created by Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. I felt it followed suit with my theme of streamlined and modern designs. The 'Kasia Top' is available in two textures - studded and pinstriped. Fear of Falling

I am really tired today, so I will try to make this post as short as possible. Although that rarely happens. I am trying really hard to catch-up, or at least try to regain my place in the blogosphere. If you follow my blog my at all, it is apparent my posts dropped dramatically. Unfortunately, I have been  suffering from a illness that took a bit of a turn for the worst. Obviously, RL comes first and SL is just an afterthought. But, as blogger who has had wonderful designers that put their faith in me, I can't help but feel responsibility to them. Anyway, I don't want to get to deep into this topic. I just want to talk about clothes!

I have been posting a ton of FaMESHed exclusives lately, because it is the 1 year anniversary! One of my favorite creations that you will find at this event, is the 'Karen' dress and scarf from Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. The 'Karen Dress' is simply to die for! I love the delicate lines, which are cinched with a bold leather belt. The contrast of textures really make this mesh dress stand out. There is also the 'Karen Scarf' that can be worn with the dress or anything else in your wardrobe. It is the perfect Spring accessory. The dress and scarf come in a ton of lovely colors and patterns. Jin Elfan of Belgravia/Leverocci, just released these stunning new 'Paradise Sandals'. They are meant to be worn with the Slink mesh med height feet, which I love. It also gave me an excuse to flaunt all the new avatar enhancement appliers that were created for these mesh appendages. Unfortunately, the Belgravia/Leverocci mainstore is closed for right now. But you can purchase the sandals, or any of Jin's other amazing items, on Marketplace. Just so you know, the Slink feet are sold separately and at the Slink mainstore.

I chose to pair the 'Karen' dress with Harry Hyx's ( ISON) new mesh 'Bubble Bomber'. I adore the rich leather texture of this brilliant new jacket. This fabulous piece will bring you all the way into Fall. Not to mention, it layers very well with most mesh items. This is yet another creation you must demo right away!

aida Ewing of -Glam Affair-, released more of the 'Margot' skin line as a May Collabor88 exclusive! She is available in two skin tones - India and Europa. Now, I know this isn't my usual style, but for some reason, I can never pass-up MarilynMonore's awesome designs and styling. I don't know about you, but I am going to freak-out if I see one more female avi sporting another uber slutty 'Mrs. Claus' outfit! New Designs from 'IZZIE'S' & E! Eclectic Apparel

This post was a bit overdue. Unfortunately, between SL issues and the fact that my NEW laptop's heat synch and graphic card are borked, my work flow has been slowed down quite a bit. Hopefully, I will be sent a replacement laptop soon. Anyway, I have some fabulous new designs to show you. First, we have the 'Plain Jeans' from Izzie Button, which come in 6 mouth watering colors. In the picture below, I am showing 4, which left out the 'snow' and 'dark blue' colored jeans. The jeans just wouldn't rez for me towards the end of the shoot, since my laptop became super hot. Woot! Anyalia Pearl came out with even more fabulous lingerie, which is rightly named 'Fairly Innocent'. This time she creates a lovely satin with a sensual lace trim. There is also the option of wearing an ultra sexy waist cincher. Anyalia's detailing on the cincher is extraordinary! The perfectly rendered laces and and bows are simply divine. The lingerie set comes in 6 yummy colors that mimic summer wildflowers. This is a definite must for every woman's lingerie inventory. Plus, the price is very reasonable as well.
