~plank couture~ at Culture Shock

Aeon Perian, as you may know by now, has made quite a name for himself in regards to classic and avant garde women's couture. His designs are always unique, while still highlighting the female form and sensuality. One of my favorite Culture Shock exclusives, is Aeon's 'Widowa Arachniae Dress'. It is wild, dark and beautiful. The skirt also comes in an animated version. I love when designers use ideas such at this, since it is not normally somthing one could pull off in RL. Isn's this what SL is all aabout? A definite must for fashinistas and fashion photgraphers. And, since Culture Shock is sadly coming to a close on the 26th, you simply must hurry-up and check it out. And even if you have been there already, I highly suggest you take another look around and grab any exclusives you may have missed. So, here are your limos:

Wisteria

I am not feeling so well, so I will make this post quick. I have a lot of fabulous new things to show you. Most of them being 'Culture Shock 2012' previews, which will be available at the venue on the 4th. Until then, I will have to keep the url a secret. I also have fabulous corset, from the uber talented Aeon Perian of ~plank couture~, called the "Plurielle Corset". The gorgeous 'Wisteria' headpiece is a Culture Shock exclusive from LaGyo. Gyorgyna Larnia really outdid herself with all her amazing creations for this event. She also created this stunning 'Paisley' necklace and earrings. Not only is this set gorgeous, but it is texture change too! My hair is another Culture Shock preview from Kavar Cleanslate of  ::Exile::, called " ". I am in so in love with this style right now. Oh, and last but not least, Jin Elfan of Leverocci, just released so new and totally amazing mesh creations, including the 'Mary Jane Pumps' I am wearing. These pumps come in 20 YUMMY colors and are definite inventory MUST have!
One more thing! Skin diva, aida Ewing of -Glam Affair-, finally released 'Giselle'! 'Giselle' is absolutely gorgeous! Stay tuned for a full review, but in the mean time you can get an idea of just how beautiful she is in the below pics....

La Legere

 Aeon Perian, even though I only become acquainted with his designs fairly recently, is one of favorite SL designers. His imagination has no limits! He can go from avant garde to subdued 'city chic', while still maintaining his amazing sense of style and eye for detail. Aeon's use of patterns and textures has truly impressed me. He can make two opposing forces, look like they were made for one another. This aspect of his work, is very apparent in his latest mesh dress, called 'La Legere'. This dress is STUNNING and a definite Spring MUST have! I highly suggest you go down and see all the brilliant patterns and colors in comes in for yourself. However, it is rigged mesh, so make sure you try a demo first. Just in case you do not know, rigged mesh can not be modified. However, I have not really had an issue with mesh not fitting, since it always comes in a few different sizes. Here is your limo to ~plank couture~:

I also must mention that Lara Hurley just released another fabulous new skin, called 'Kae'. Like all her skins, 'Kae' is comes in soft make-ups and luminous skin tones. Plus, Lara gives you a ton of extra lip and eye make-ups for unlimited looks. I have yet to wear a skin from Lara that doesn't make my avatar look more than amazing. Plus, they fit just about any shape. I find this especially true with 'Kae'. So, tp your butt on over to Lara Hurley Skins and try on a demo now! Here is your limo:

Just in case you do not already know, there are only a couple for days left until the 'Back to Black' event ends (around 4pm SLT on the 29th). So, until then, you will see a ton of posts from me. For this post, I have another stunning'~plank couture' creation, called the 'Mmle Plume - Ophelia Swan Dress'. Aeon Perian's designs are so creative and beautiful. They are such a sight to see! If you are bored of the typical gown, Aeon's creations are just what the Doctor ordered. I am also wearing a gorgeous full back tattoo from [sYs]. I am not normally into tatts, but this was just too irresistible to ignore and was the perfect adornment for a backless dress. My hair is from [Shag] but you will be seeing more of that in my next post. I mean you can't really see here, but trust me, Sebastien Aries has not lost his touch for elegant and sexy styles. Back to Black in 'Lady Flutter'

I am sure most of you remember the  amazing 'Black and Blue' event, which was brought to you by the fabulous Keira Seerose and her super talented CHIC management team. Well, it is back, but in black! 'Back in Black's' proceeds, from the designer exclusives, go to a charity that funds services for the mentally ill. I am sure everyone have been touched by someone, or even personally, who suffered from depression,  an eating disorder or addiction (these are just a few examples out of the wide spectrum of metal illnesses that exist). So, this is cause that is very close to my heart. I figured I would kick-off my event posts with a very uplifting and unique ensemble, which was created by the very talented Aeon Perian of ~Plank Couture~. So here are your limos, becuase you absolutely must check this incredible event out!
