A Glamorous FROST!

For this month's FROST event, Glam Affair will be participating as Tableau Vivant's guest! This team of talented designers, created  the most STUNNING winter skins and accessories for this event!

aida created special FROST edition of her Neva skin line! It is made-up of 3 beautiful icy make-ups in an ethereal pale skin tone, which is perfect for the cold winter month's ahead. Each make-up pack includes: 6 eyebrow options (embedded into the skin - 6 skin in all), 4 appliers (Lolas Tango Skin Appliers, Slink Feet Skin Applier, Slink Hands Skin Appliers, and *L.inc* Phat Azz Skin Applier) and 3 suggested brow shapes! You have got to love all these options!

Now, if that is not enough, aida and M4ri1yn created a ton of new make-up tattoos and lashes for the Seraphim Social. The make-ups are part of Glam Affair's new Shiranuri Line, which include 6 brilliant make-up tattoo masks, that can be worn with any skin creator of your choosing; not just Glam Affair skins. I am, however, wearing a pair of Glam Affair's new all mesh Shironuri Lashes, which were created for this event as well! There are 4 different dramatic lash styles to choose from, which are available in 10 stunning colors. The lashes can be modified for the perfect fit and can be bought in single packs or fatpacks!

This fabulous Snow Queen - Flowers headpiece is a Seraphim Social exclusive from M4ri1yn Magic of ~Tableau Vivant~. The headpiece is made-up of unrigged mesh, so you can modify it, and comes in 5 beautiful colors (white, pink, black, red and breeze). This headpiece is part of of their Snow Queen hair style, which is an unrigged mesh updo that I adore, but am not wearing in this post. I wanted to show my whole face, so I decided to go with slicked-back updo form from Faenzo. Please forgive me for this. However, Snow Queen is one hair style from ~Tableau Vivant~ that you so NOT want miss! I also love that you can wear the head piece with other hair styles. You can wear the Snow Queen hair alone too!

Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice, just released a couple of party dresses for the Holiday Season. I chose to wear her super elegant Gemma dress in a frosty pink, in order to complete my look. I am in awe of how this dress just hugs the body perfectly. It is a prime example of what mesh was made for! This dress also has a seriously low back, which is undoubtedly sexy and also allows me to show off Maxi Gossamer's Tiffany Back Necklace, which was a Jewelry and Accessories Expo exclusive!

Isabella

The March cycle of Collabor88 is officially open! When I think of the theme and color palate of this round, it reminds me of Spring gardens and tea parties! It is full of lovely pastels, floral and other romantic themes. One of my favorite creations from this cycle, which is also a rose inspired all mesh collection, is from Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo. I am not just saying this because I work for her. LOL! Gyo truly captured the essence and mood of this cycle with her 'Isabella' collection. 'Isabella' is made-up of stunning headpieces  beautiful necklaces, delicate earrings and rings. There is also a very special dress, which is a collaboration between LaGyo and GizzA! It is all absolutely gorgeous! Plus, for this post, I got together with the extremely talented Loulou Teichmann  She created this amazing set that we are all posing on and in front of. Three Years Down!

I would like to wish everyone a VERY happy and healthy New Year! Not only is it a new year, but I am now officially three years old in SL years. Yes, it was rez day. I really never thought I would still be here, especially blogging. When I started this blog, it was purely a justification for my new found SL shopping addiction. It is bad enough I shop too much in RL, but SL just made it that much worse! LOL! Basically, I thought I would posts a few looks every now and then for my own personal 'Look Book', but never in my wildest dreams did I think anything would come it! If I seriously thought anyone would actually read or look at my blog, I would have given it a different name. To be honest, I still do not know if anything has come of it or if anyone really reads it. LOL! Well, that is not entirely true. I have met so many amazing people via my career as an SL blogger. I would have never met my closest SL friends, if it were not for this blog. Anyway, I am not sure where I am going with all of this, but I just want to thank all of my closest friends (you know who you are) for putting up with me for all this time. I would not still be here, if it were not for all of you. Now, I will shut-up, so you can check-out my look for the New Year!

It All Fades to Gray

I have a bunch of fabulous new releases to show you. One of them was supposed to be over a week ago, since it was a 'limited couture' exclusive, but it never published on my blog (I stupidly put in the wrong date).  I am so sorry if it is gone and I can't believe I made such a terrible error. Anyway, I have a bunch of new creations from the fabulous aida Ewing of -Glam Affair- and ~Tableau Vivant~. The first is  a 'Wear Gray For Day' event exclusive and the other is the first in series of 'themed props' and skins.
The 'Wear Gray' exclusive, is a stunning desaturated (i.e. gray) skin tone that comes with a bunch of brilliantly colored eye tattoos. Plus, the proceeds go to great cause to help raise funds towards various Brain Cancer Research foundations. The next beautiful skin is part of the previously stated 'theme' collaboration by -Glam Affair- and ~Tableau Vivant~, called 'Demoness of Lava'. This was for 'Limited Couture', so it may be gone. I am so sorry if it is. The captivating black skin with a flaming mesh pant layer, blends seamlessly with the lava filled set. This is truly a brilliant idea and creation. Perfect for artists and photographers. I was lucky to have my good friend and uber talented artist, LouLou Teichmann, do this photo with me.
