Although The Weather Outside Is Frightful....

I really should be singing 'White Chirstmas', because for the first time in 'I-don't- know-how-many-years', it snowed for Christmas. I have been seeing tons of amazing Holiday exclusives that have been released by my favorite designers. So, it was ridiculously hard to choose what to wear for my Holiday post. Maylee Oh, of The Secret Store, won me over with her super cute and beautiful Holiday exclusive items, which are available for around 45L. I mean, how can you NOT love this uber adorable 'Oh Deer' sweater?! The dear wearing vintage glasses is just too good to pass up! This 'crepe skater skirt' is so lovely, feminine and can definitely be worn all year round. And, of course, I LOVE these cherry polka dot 'Cristmas Tights'. To complete this Holiday look, I chose one of my favorite new hair styles from ::Exile::, called 'Raspberry Beret'. However, despite this style's namesake, the beret can be changed to almost any color via texture-change script.
So, with that all said, I wish you all a very HAPPY and HEALTHY HOLIDAY SEASON!

Last Few Hours of CINEMA!

Happy Halloween everyone! I proud to report that I survived 'Frankenstorm Sandy' and am back in NY. I had wanted to post this a couple days ago, but due to the storm I lost power and cable. Not necessarily all at the same time. Anyway, I had to post this awesome ensemble from PIDIDDLE, which is a CINEMA exclusive and also perfect for a Halloween post. It is called 'Undead Perfection Esemble. The whole set is composed of a 'Death Mask', plastic surgery marks, a bodysuit and nails. This is basically what happens to a person when they die during a boob job and come back to life as a zombie. You got to love the idea! Well, I am not sure if that was the inspiration behind this creation, but this is my interpretation. So, let me stop my babbling, so you get to CINEMA NOW!

Jamie and Roza

There is more -Glam Affair- goodness to report! Well, some is new and some is not-so-new. I guess I will start with the 'not-so-new', since there are only a few more days to grab it. For this current cycle of FaMESHed, Amberly Boccaccio created this gorgeous mini dress, called 'Jamie'. It is available in a ton of yummy colors and also comes in a plain or print version. For this post, I chose to wear the 'Jamie' patterned dress in black. aida Ewing also just released some special edition 'Roza' and 'Ginny' skins. It is called 'Roza and Ginny (The Dark Side)'. These are basically desaturated versions of each skin, ranging from light to dark. They are also adorned with stunning fantasy make-ups. Just in time for Halloween too! I strongly urge you to try on some on demos, since they all are lovely. You will get an idea of what they look like from the below pictures. I decided to wear one of the 'Roza' versions, since I am really in love with this skin right now.
Oh! One more thing! I am sure many of you know by now that I LOVE headpieces and hats! Well, Brutus Martinek (of PIDIDDLE) just released this seriously beautiful new 'Ceramic Flower Headpiece' for the My Attic event. It comes in a lot of brilliant colors and is a MUST have for anyone who adores headpieces like I do! Not to mention, there are a ton of other fabulous creations to be found at this event as well. New ROZA Basic from Glam Affair!

aida Ewing has been teasing us for awhile now with her exclusive 'Roza' skins. However, there has never been a full basic skin release of this gorgeous face. Well, finally, aida released a 'Roza Basic' skin series with a bare skin and 4 make-ups. Major Graphic Card Problems and End of Summer Post

I know you MUST be sick of my laptop rants, but my graphic card did a final crash. Hence the lack of posts. I did find out that there was a driver update that I did not see on the website. Even though I can now log back into SL, I am still having issues. So, please ignore the crappy graphics and please bear with me. I think my laptop days in SL are coming to end. I will have to get a desktop, becuase SL just eats laptops and all their hardware.
So, LOTS of newness from  -Glam Affair- ad ::Exile::. I also missed the posting this uber cute 'Ribbon Kini' from PIDIDDLE, which was an Attic exclsuive, on time. Stupidly, I mixed the days up with another event. So, I am praying it will be available in the store or at least on Market Place.
aida Ewing's lastest skin 'Lilith' has to be my fav to date! Her features are so delicate and beautiful. And I LOVE that she has new skins tones that we saw with Cassiopea. aida works hard to constantly improve and update her skins. This is why she is one of my most favorite skins designers.

Suri and I Go Vintage in Baiastice!

Vintage Fair is back again! This is one of my favorite events, so I am really excited to be involved again. Keira Seerose, along with her fabulous CHIC ManagementTeam, really did an awesome job. The venue spans across three SIMs, which are filled of some of the best creators on the grid. The super talented Cory Edo (of Trompe Loeil ), created the build, which you have to see even if you are not buying anything. But, trust me, you will not be able to resist spending a few lindens. I also wanted to give a special thanks to the Vintage Fair sponsors, who helped make this event possible. For my first post, I wanted to feature one of my all time favorite designers, who is truly a classic - Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. Her creations are always beautiful and so well crafted. I truly fell in love with her all mesh Vintage Fair exclusives that consist of gorgeous halter tops with a flared trim and a matching pencil skirts. Both pieces are made of silk-like texture and are so slinky and glamorous. LOVE!
Since I really wanted to create a great first post for Vintage Fair 2012, I grabbed my good friend and blogging buddy, Suriko Leimes of The Bunneh Files. Ekilem Melodie has just released a few new lines of absolutely stunning skins, so stayed tuned for the reviews. The first one I have to show is called 'Ales'. Her skin tone is a bit more tan than most -MonS- skin lines, which I love! Plus, it's perfect for the warmer weather and the wardrobe that go with it. 'Ales' eyes are also a bit rounder than previous versions and with gorgeous 'cat eye' lined eyes The shadow is soft luminous and the lips are delicate, pouty and absolutely kissable. Her body is nicely rendered and well defined. What is not to love? I definitely fell in love 'Ales' right away. In the following pics, you will see why. I just want to apologize to the designers who I blog for, since I have had a lot RL issues to attend to lately. Not to mention,  some problems with my new replacement laptop. I just wanted to give a quick mention to the skin I am wearing, since I am doing a full review on it. This is the latest skin from Ekilem Melodie of MONS and her name is 'Bella'. 'Bella' is definitely one of my new favs and is absolutely stunning. She is a bit different than the previous MONS skins and I like the change, but I will talk more about that later.
