Catching-up with Kae! Featuring October Collabor88!

It has obviously been awhile since my last post! And let me just say,  it was a little difficult getting started again. I felt like I had forgot everything! So I figured that the best way to kick things off, was to grab one my closest SL friends, who could provide me with extra encouragement and fun! The super talented Ms. Kaelyn Alecto served not only as great model, but also a cheerleader. Cheering me on, since I was lacking a little bit in confidence. She also served as a great source inspiration! 

The October Round of Collabor88 is absolutely amazing and so much fun! The theme is called, Motel Spoppy! Think of Bate's Motel, or any other classic and creepy vintage motel, in shades of navy, muted purples, green, steel blue and beige! So Kae and I did our best to show off just a few of these incredible event exclusives!

I absolutely fell in love with Maylee Oh's, of The Secret Store, Anita Empire Dress. I love the doll like style with a delicate lace trim on the sleeves and a super cute ribbon belt! Kaelyn is wearing this extremely adorable Darling Dress from Tres Blah, which is has a similar girly style to mine. 

Kae and I also wore a couple of awesome hair styles that can be found at this round of Collabor88. I am wearing Bubbles Clawtooth's brilliant Scream Queen do. I love the knife effect! Kae is wearing this seriously cute Pussycat (mask included) style from Lamb Bellic of lamb!

Shyla Diggs of -Belleza- finally released the full line of her Grace skin! Yay!  I could not help but wear this fabulous new skin for my post. Summer Exclusives from Belleza!

The super talented Shyla Diggs, of -Belleza-, has been very busy creating gorgeous event exclusives for this year's Summerfest and June cycle of The Liaison Collaborative. For both of these events, she brought back two of my all time favorite -Belleza- skins: Nina and Ria.

Nina comes 4 beautiful summer inspired make-ups and skin tones that will be available at Summerfest 2014. Unfortunate, Summerfest 2014 doesn't start until the 22nd of June, so please stay tunes for a LM. Shyla  included a special 'Sunburn' tattoo with this skin, which I absolutely adore. She also included: freckles, moles and gloss tattoos. This amazing hairstyle, which is called Boardwalk Breeze, is an Arcade exclusive from hair diva Bubbles Clawtooth of Clawtooth. 

Shyla also created an extra special version of her Ria skin line for this month's The Liaison Collaborative. She is available is 4 lovely make-up and skin tones. Make sure you demo them all!

Summer Time!

June's Collabor88 is another serious hit! All of the designers created "To The Lighthouse" themed items, in tones of steel blue, khaki, terracotta, beige and tan. All the light and sun washed shades that make you reminisce about past vacations at the ocean. I really LOVE this round! For this post, I wanted to create a laid back and casual feel with primarily Collabor88 exclusives, so here goes...

I am a huge fan of this relaxed Summer look from Sunami Beck of Emery. It is composed of beautifully made mesh separates, which include this-off shoulder Imogen Sweater that and coordinating Hailey Summer Shorts. Of course they can mixed match with other items, but I really liked both pieces together.

Isn't this hair AMAZING? It is the latest from Bubbles Clawtooth of Clawtooth for Collabor88, called Under the Sea.The style is absolutely gorgeous and it comes with star fish accessory, which is texture-change. You have got to love that, especially since you match it to whatever outfit you are wearing. You can also choose not wear it at all!
The talented aida Ewing of  -Glam Affair-, created a stunning new skin for June's Collabor88, called Summer! Summer is soooooooo lovely and comes in 8 summer inspired make-ups and a choice of 4 skin tones. As always, there are 8 different brow shades to choose from that are embedded into the skin. There is also a pack of 16 lipsticks on tattoo layers, so please make sure you demo this skin ASAP!

Snow Martiel of :..:: BenS Beauty ::., created these beautiful and bold Florina Necklace and Earrings, They come with a texture-change script that allows you choose just about any color imaginable for the stones. You can also choose from gold, black and silver metals. So make sure you check this out at her mainstore!
Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo, went all out again for June's Collabor88, by creating a ton of wonderful items!For this post I chose to wear her Whale Tail Necklace and Pirate Nose Earring! Both of these perfectly rendered items are available in gold and silver metals and are another Collabor88 MUST!

Oh! One more thing! Charming Meiler of ::{u.f.o}::  created these uber adorable Intro Run Slip On sneakers for The Mens Dept. I love the streamlined looked to these kicks, which can be worn with almost any casual attire. She made them in both a male and female versions that can be easily re-sized and edited to fit Slink and Just Design's bare flat feet (if you so choose). I chose to wear them sans mesh feet for once and they look great! So run and pick-up yourself up a pair in one of the many fabulous colors!

Can you see the cute anklet that I am wearing? It is another one of Caelyn Hancroft's amazing ankle bracelets. This is her Zodiac anklet and you can change your Zodiac sign via a HUD, as well as choosing from Gold and Silver metals! Another must have!

May Collabor88 Round-up!

This brilliant outfit is also a May Collabor88 exclusive and was created by the talented Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. The Mini Top and Fiore Skirt are sold as separates, so you can mix and match them with anything you like. Stepford Wife

I am absolutely in love with Maylee Oh's, of The Secret Store, 50's vintage inspired Betty Swing Dress. This stunning creation with it's perfectly rendered textures, is also a May Collabor88 exclusive this month. This dress, which comes in a beautiful array of patterns (floral, polka dots and stripes) and colors, can be worn and styled in so many different ways (especially since it comes with texture change HUD for the belt). So I decided to go with a more classic look that made me feel so elegant, beautiful and well...perfect...kind of like a 'Stepford' version of myself. LOL.

Anyway, Maylee has once again won me over with yet another gorgeous creation! You absolutely MUST demo this dress ASAP at Collabor88!
May's Collabor88 also has a ton of amazing accessories to go with all the fabulous clothes. I seriously adored this Frankie Purse from Natalee Oodles of Noodles. This beautiful purse goes so well with this dress too!
I also couldn't resist these fabulous Glossed Pumps from Hervé Faenzo. Like the purse and the dress, they are rendered to perfection and are a May Collabor88 exclusive!

Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo created the most stunning jewelry for this month's Collabor88. I know it is a bit hard to see in these pics, but I am wearing her Mary Necklace (with swallows and flowers) and Mary Flower Earrings. The necklace and earrings are available in 3 different metals (gold, silver and bronze) and the flowers come with a texture-change HUD. This makes matching a cinch! April Collabor88 Featuring Tee*fy, LaGyo & Glam Affair!

I'm trying really hard to catch-up with all the AMAZING Collabor88 exclusives for April. I would love to blog every single thing that can be found there this month, but I don't think that will happen. LOL! But I will try. I am also trying to squeeze in other fabulous exclusives for the other events going on this month as well, but I am cutting it really close. So, let me see if I can make this post quick.

The super talented Azure Electricteeth of Tee*fy, created this seriously gorgeous Sophie Cut-Out Ruffle Top and Su Pencil Skirt. I really love Sophie's delicate spaghetti strap top that are further complemented by an asymmetrical ruffled bottom. The Su Pencil Skirt is beautifully fitted with demure slit that goes up the side. Maxi Gossamer has been making shoes! She been creating wonderful and well detailed sandals that are to be worn with Slink's Avatar Enhanced Mesh Feet. Jeweler extraordinaire, Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo, made this AMAZING Maylea Necklace, This stunning statement piece is the perfect necklace to dress up any outfit! Speaking of statement pieces, AvaGardner Kungler of (Kunglers Extra), created these awesome Esplendor Earrings for this months round of L'accessoires. They come is choice of 8 color/metal combinations that are absolutely stunning! Make sure grab these ASAP.

Hair diva, Bubbles Clawtooth of Clawtooth, made this fabulous hair with a side chignon. It is called, Hang it up, and is another April Collabor88 exclusive that you must grab right away. 

aida Ewing of Glam Affair-, created a special edition of her Aria skin line for April's CCollabor88. It is available in 8 beautiful make-ups and comes in Artic and Jamaica skin tones. Run and demo it NOW!

My camera did a terrible job of picking-up this lovely Charmed Anklet in the first pic, so I took this close-up pic (see above image). The anklet was created by the talented Caelyn Hancroft of Cae. Not only is this anklet delicate and beautiful, but the charm can be changed via HUD (The Pic of the HUD, as well as all the charm options, is at the top of the above image). You have got to LOVE that! You can also change the metal to, which comes in a choice of silver or gold. Each package includes an anklet for both your right and left ankles, as well as version for heels! This is the perfect warm weather accessory. It looks great with or without shoes, so make sure you check this out!

Loss! I will be away until Thrusday

My Grandmother just passed away and it was totally unexpected. I have spent the last few days in tears, while trying to get everything together before I fly out. I was hoping do a full a post. but I am on way out the door and will have limited internet access at my Grandmothers. I probably wouldn't even have time to post anyway. Anyway, I hope everyone will understand. I will be back Thursday and am looking forward to blogging, since it is great distraction. It has been one terrible thing after another lately. Moon Pigeon

This post is running late, which I apologize for. I wanted to post a close-up shot, but it looked terrible. So I just have these two shots for this post, since I wanted to get it up before the February cycle of Collabor88 ends.
This unbelievable outfit is from the uber talented is from Harry Hyx of ISON. I adore the minimal and sleek lines of both the jacket and bottoms.

This nicely stuctured Nova Tribe Jacket top is accented with a flared bottom. When you turn around, there is sexy open back. I wish I could think of the words to describe this exactly, but my brain is not functioning properly as of late (LOL). I blame it on my Smart Phone, which actually makes me too lazy to think. The Nova Zipper Pants are made of a sumptuous leather texture with zippers going all the way down the sides.

The brilliant candy colored hair, which is called Lady Stardust, is from one of my favorite virtual hair stylist, Bubbles Clawtooth. I love the generous waves and sexy side-swept do. Please note that I did photoshop the hair a bit in these pics, since the poses chopped off parts of it. 

The stunning skin is from the talented Shyla Diggs of -Belleza-. It is one of three Mimi skin exclusives for the Whore Couture Fair. Mimi is definitely one of my favorite -Belleza- skins to date, so I was super excited to see that Shyla released more make-ups for this event. Please make sure go an demo it ASAP!

I really need to make this post as short as possible. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and it is killing me! LOL!
The February round of Collabor88 is literally out of this world! As I mentioned in a previous a post, all the designer's did such an amazing job with this "Supernova" theme.
One of my favorite pieces is this Mirte Structural Dress from Hervé Faenzo of Faenzo. This super sexy dress has the most incredible geometrical cutouts that are in all the right places. The slinky texture is even more fabulous and moves beautifully with your avatar. This is definitely one dress you simply must demo ASAP!

Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo collaborated with Faenzo for February's Collabor88 and created this fabulous Mirte necklace, bangle and earrings. The gorgeous bold style works perfectly with the Mirte Structural Dress or any outfit that calls for an amazing statement piece. It comes in gold, black, silver and bronze metals. There is also a matching mask and mesh back tattoo!

Another round of The Arcade just started and obviously there are a ton of 'must have' items that you will want to win! One of these items, is this gorgeous hair from Bubbles Clawtooth of Clawtooth. It is called Fancy Free and I absolutely adore it! Bubbles has been creating the most beautiful styles lately and this is yet another style that he went all out on.
