ISON for June C88

I have couple more quickie post for June's Collabor88 before it comes to end. There were so many amazing creations, as always. Harry Hyx of ISON, always creates the most incredible designs, especially for each cycle of Collabor88. June was no exception, I am absolutely in LOVE with this gorgeous relaxed Ruffle Bottom Button Up shirt!

This fabulous Button Up shirt can be worn so many ways! It can be worn by itself, while lounging around the house or pool, or with soft cotton pants for a chic casual weekend look. Regardless of how you choose to wear it, it is wardrobe MUST HAVE! So are Harry's Avery Strap Boots,which are sexy studded and ankle high. I love the soft suede texture that is perfectly complimented by large metal buckles! So make sure you run over to June's  Collabor88 before it ends! 

 I finally started catching-up a bit with stuff and was able to finally blog a few amazing new items from the fairly new brand, Plethora. Plethora brings to the grid some of he most original, quirky and brilliant items that you can find! From creations that you have been dying to see inworld to stuff you never even thought you would need (but now must have), Plethora has it! They are participating in Rhapsody right now and created these awesome CD Player Headphones, which I am wearing on my head. They weren't actually designed to be worn on my head, but the items were so easy to modify that I could make it work! I also have this beautifully rendered CD Player, which is also from Plethora, that lets you eject, play, stop, etc... by simply pushing the button. You know, just like how a real CD player would work! LOL! Sometimes I wonder if I make sense. You can also link the headphones that I am wearing on my head into the CD player that is shown on the sofa. There are also speakers you can buy, which allow the same linking and unlinking of parts. Pretty neat, huh! Just a suggestion, make sure you make a copy before modifying any items. Both items come in a ton of fabulous colors and make the perfect accessories, home decor pieces or photo props. So, please make sure you check them out at Rhapsody ASAP!

Cabin Fever

I apologize if this post is late. I have been away dealing with some RL stuff again and I really miss having time for my blog. Anyway, for the last round of The Garden, Isla Gealach of Cheeky Pea created this amazing "Yukon Kitchen" set. I adore the retro feel to this charming cabin kitchen. The Kitchen is composed of 5 animated pieces (the kitchen, island and stools) that come with PG or Adult animations.It also comes with some super charming pumpkin and squash shaped tea light holders. I also added some other items from {what next} and [CIRCA] to mix. The cabin is from the talented Corey Edo of Trompe Loeil.

Pretty Things

Ahh! Everything has been so crazy me this last month and half. I am sooooo behind! I am freaking!!! I know... Take DEEP BREATHS! For this post, I have a lot of gorgeous new releases. A stunning new skin from Shyla Diggs (of Belleza), called "Leila". You can tell she put a lot of hard work into this gorgeous creation, which is also an Arcade gacha exclusive! There are a total of 15 skins (3 RARES), which come in different make-ups and different tones, that you can win. Trust me, you will want all of them. Be sure to stay tuned for more posts featuring this fabulous skin.

This lovely 'Eri' dress that I am wearing is from Nevery Lorakeet of  *LpD*. I love he wispy flirty feel to this dress. It makes me feel that Summer is not yet over. 

I know you can't really see the details of my accessories. I may have to go back and fix this. Well, in the meantime, I am wearing these amazing new "IBIZA" wedges from Claire Messenger of N-core  Each part are of  the shoe can be customized via HUD. You have a different texture options for the wedge, sole, bow, logo, side, etc... Plus, they are also seriously cute!N-core  has released several new styles that I have you show you, so stay tuned!

The is wonderful "Embroidery Clutch" is from Larcoco Mathy of C'est la vie. I absolutely love the ornate details on this clutch. It is a L’accessoires  exclusive this month, so make sure you run and grab it before it is gone! It comes in 4 yummy exclusive colors and in limited quantities. 

Gyorgyna Larnia (of LaGyo) created a brilliant 'Baroque'collection for this round of The Arcade! In the above pictures, I am wearing her "Baroque Collier & Earrings" in gold. However, you will have to try your luck in order to grab this particular set. There are many different pieces you can win - Necklaces, earrings, clutches and even brows! I've been in a blonde mood lately. I love this recent release Truth Hawks, called "Lyma". I have to say that Truth's blonde's textures are perfect! I always have a hard time finding the right shade of blonde, as well as one that looks natural. All of Truth's blonde tones are perfect! So are his other tones too! 

OMG! I am in LOVE with this new "Port Isaac Pier Set" by Isla Gealach of Cheeky Pea! It feels so beautiful and serene. I love clean lines and light white washed colors. This set is a FaMESHed exclusive and you can choose from a PG or an ADULT set.

Last Day For July Collabor88!

When I think of the typical cottage in SL, I envision a small and cozy one bedroom home. So, when I went to go rez this 'lakeside cottage' from Barnesworth Anubis, I did not expect much different. To my surprise, this gorgeous 'lakeside cottage' is anything but small and cozy. It is HUGE! It is has 3 roomy bedrooms, cathedral ceilings, a stunning living room and tons of windows that bathe the home in light! I actually ran out of prims, before I could fully decorate this home. But then again, my homestead never has enough prims. This 'lakeside cottage' is a July Collabor88 exclusive, so you will want to run an grab it before it is gone at 11:59 pm today!

I chose to decorate the living room with a beautiful 'deconstructed living room' set from Cheeky Pea. I also used recent releases from {what next} as well. These are obviously two of my favorite home decor designers in SL. 

I also had some items left over from 'The Home Show' (which is sadly now over) created by !! Follow US !! and ~BAZAR~, which I had not gotten a chance to blog yet....

I wanted to save the best for last.... The bedroom! All of the furniture and decorations are from warehousefifteendesigns Resident of Apple Fall and are July Collabor88 exclusives! The details are so lovely and charming. I am in seriously in LOVE with this whole set!

Hotter Than July

During all the Hair Fair insanity, I forgot about my all time favorite hair guy, Mr. Truth Hawks. He released so many amazing new styles during this period. So, I am wearing two different 'dos' in this post. In the first picture, I am wearing his latest releases, 'Amaya'. For the second image, I am wearing fairly recent release, called "Jill" (comes complete with texture change hat). I needed the perfect outfit for 'Jill' and finally found it!

I have some more fabulous releases to talk about. Morphine Janick of [monso], created these AWESOME mesh studded denim cut-off shorts (they come in both female and male versions). They are rightly called, "My Studded Shorts" and thye come in 3 different shades - vintage denim, light denim and dark denim. They also come with a HUD that changes the color the studs - gold, silver, black or no studs. These shorts are definite MUST have! 

Jin Elfan of Leverocci has been releasing so many brilliant mesh creations lately. One of my new favorites, are her studded 'Suede Curved Wedges'. They are available with studs or just a sleek suede version sans studs. The shoes are to DIE for! So check them out NOW!

The Home Show, is sadly coming to an end on August 1st. I am also super behind on all my Home Show posts too. I have had a lot of RL stuff to deal with, as well as issue with textures rezzing and mesh/prims disappearing on me lately. For this post, I have on display  'Neo-Urban Suspended Seating', which was so beautifully created by Zinnia Karu of Zinnias. It makes for a lovely quirky seat that is suspended on a tree or even somewhere in your home. It is adorned with brilliantly textured pillows and even a western style lasso. If you have not been to The Home Show yet, you are definitely missing out! So get your butt over there ASAP!!!

The Home Show Featuring Pixel Mode

Tya Fallingbridge is so talented! From shoes to home decor, she creates it all! She also makes such items, which are perfect mesh renderings, with an extraordinary eye for detail and texture. One such creation, is her Home Show exclusive, 'The Lake House'.

 This cozy little home is simple yet luxurious. The house is semi-furnished too! It comes with a yummy over-sized white linen bed, which has tons of amazing animations (you can choose from Adult or PG versions of the house) as well as props.

It also has large walk-in shower with a stone floor and more animations (single and couple). Oh! And there is also a stunning ceiling fan over the bed.

Now, if you like lots of light, this is definitely the perfect home for you, since it is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and sky lights.

{ what next) for RFL Home & Garden Expo!

I know this set looks familiar if you read my previous post, 'Poppies'. As promised, I created a post to focus on the set, which is part of an incredible event and cause - The 6th Annual SL Home and Garden Expo! Waiting for Spring

Just a side note, I stupidly just realized I forgot to hit publish on this post. I am so sorry for this.
Anyway, I have been dreaming of Spring. I am even sick of winter in SL! Thankfully the seasons can be change anytime you want in SL. Especially with all the great new creations from various home decor designers. Winter Thorn who is definitely one of my favorite home decor designers, of {what next}, just recently released these great 'Natural Fabric Lanterns'. they come in 4 different designs and be hung from the ceiling or carefully place on the floor. These are the perferct way to brighten up the indoor or outdoor of any SL home.{what next} also has these fabulous 'Cornwall Daisies Planters' that come in bunch of bright stripped pots. Nothing spells Spring like Daisies do! For te next couple of weeks, I will be transforming my SIM to Spring, so stay tuned for pics. Here is your LM:

Home For The Holidays

I have not done a 'SL Home' post in a long time. But, since I have been having so much fun decorating for the Holidays (with my SL partner in crime, LouLou Teichmann) and thinking of expanding my blog with more 'home decor' posts, I figured this was great opportunity to start. Mariah Urriah, of kudzu homes, has a bunch of charming and highly detailed classic prefab builds to offer. She has a nice range of huge family homes all the way down to cozy cottages for couples. They are all built to scale and seriously beautiful. Just so you know, most of her homes are partial mesh or full mesh builds, so you will need mesh enabled viewer to see them correctly. For this post, I chose to showcase the 'Savanah Family Home'. This gorgeous and traditional country home, comes with three bedrooms, one bathroom and even a sunroom! This build comes to a total of 216 prims, which is very nice for all the amazing details it has to offer. The windows and doors are mesh and the rest of the home is a standard sculpted prim build. And, let me just say, I LOVE molding on the doors and windows. It is accents like this, that really make a great home. Mariah's textures are absolutely stunning too. I also noticed that her homes are truly to built scale. I have found in many SL homes, you need to be giant to live in them. The doors themselves are three times my size! I found with this home, everything has a very realistic size and feel to it. Needless to say, I am very impressed with Mariah's talent. I am a bit brain dead at the moment and do not want to keep repeating myself, so please check-out the picures. Do keep in mind that all the winter, bedroom and garden decor are NOT included with home.
