Letting Go....

Now, I know Suri (aka Suriko Leimes of The Bunneh Files) had told you a little story about what happened to us, while club hopping the other night. But, she LIES!!!! She would like you to think that we were escaping a *cough cough* fire at some club. However, the truth is that Suri has BIG mouth! She pissed off a 'Cher-esque' looking drag queen (down in the meat packing district), by saying that she didn't look like Cher at all! She also told one of 'Cher's' friends that her 'Choos' were fake! So we were chased by a mob of angry drag queens for at least 20 blocks. We made a clean get away by jumping over couple of roof tops and then about 10 stories to ground, only to be saved by Suri's super platformed boots from the 'Show Your Strength' ensemble from SAKIDE (avail @ Back to Black). They really made for a good cushion. Suri may have a bad mouth, but she still saved the day and my boots. Just a quick LOTD with a seriously late Fashionably Late exclusive from Anessa Stine of DCNY. This post was supposed to go up much sooner, but I just finally had a chance to blog it. However, I am sure this stunning 'Wool Mini Dress' can be found in the mainstore sometime soon. I also could not help but pair this dress with these gorgeous 'Moscow Boots' from loan Jogiches of  *Crazy*. I am sure you have probably attempted to check-out the 'Vintage Fair' by now. Even though there is lag, all the fabulous creations more than make-up for it. One of my favorite creations, which you simply can NOT pass up at this fair, is the 'Florance Dress' from Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. This ensemble takes me back to era somwhere from 1920-1930. The details are extraordinary and the dress is just too beautiful words. Sissy is truly an artist. So, since I am bit under-the-weather, I will let the pics do the talking.
