Back To Business!

I absolutely loved March's theme for Collabor88, which is called "Back To Business"! It is full of sleek and polished looks in tones of black, white, grey, red and blue.
It was love at first sight when I tried on this Liv Dress from by the talented Fashionboi Landar of Color.Me.H.O.F. This classic dress has a definite 'Breakfast at Tiffany's feel to it, which is a one staple that you simply MUST have in your wardrobe.

I could not resist paring the dress with this brilliant Jackie Bow Hat, which was created London Dailey or House Of London. This peal adorned hat is also a Collabor88 exclusive this month and comes in a bunch of beautiful colors!
These 'to-die for' Coco peep-toe heels from Davidfre Resident of JUST DESIGN. You can find these in tons of yummy colors at this month's Liaison Collaborative. Please keep in mind that these shoes were created to be worn with JUST DESIGN's My Feet bare feet in Tip Toe. Just Me is owned by Typha Bailey and its a store that I only discovered recently whilst on a hunt and I sure am pleased I did. Typha has put alot of effort into making her creations look very realistic with added Shadow layer options with most of her pieces to give them that 'alive' look. For those of you that are like me and am awful at re-sizing items Typha has made life simpler by adding a script to do the hard work for us Yay !!. I also really liked the attention to detail both with the textures used which are of a very high quality and the exceptionally good prim work made Just Me clothing a pleasure to wear.

London Calling

I have been going through a retro 60's phase as of late. So on one of many trips to "Pink Outfitters", I found this great tube dress. The cinched waist paired with the leggings gives the outfit a more modern feel. I have always loved London Dailey's uses of textures and classic designs. This is yet another amazing piece that is now added to my ever expanding collection.

Now nothing says "early sixties"like the "beehive hairstyle" does. This is exactly what "Tina", Truth Hawks's latest release, reminds me of. Even though I had previously blogged this hairstyle, I felt it deserved another mention. I love how Truth's signature hair texture is so so soft and fluid and not stiff and static, like I find with so many hairstyles in SL.

CAN'T GET ENOUGH PLASTIK

Now I know the sale at The Plastik has been over since the weekend, but I have been having problems with my laptop. So please accept my sincere apologies for my untimely behavior or you can take it up with my laptop ::giggles:: Anyway, I definitely went a bit crazy at the 50L black sale at The Plastik, especially since my favorite shade is black and The Plastik is one of my favorite stores. I couldn't resist this little black dress number with finely hand drawn textures on the ruffles. Aikea Rieko has an amazing eye for detail. The black neck collar that I am wearing is also another Plastik creation. Even thought the sale may be over, I highly suggest to TP on down there and take a look at her high quality pieces and also the new skin line, which is to die for! Btw, don't forget to join their group and pick up one of their amazing group gifts.

I went up to the The Dressing Room to check out their new stock of designer goods. I found some fabulous accessories, amongst other things, which complimented this dress nicely.
