PHYLOX NIGHTS

Wow! It seems like forever since my last post! Unfortunately, I have been sick and then consumed with prepping for the now open, 'The Vintage Fair'. You absolutely must check this fair out! Keira Seerose really outdid herself with this event. And the designers, OMG, retro heaven! Everything from from 1890s- 1980! Anyway, there are some other amazing things going as well. I figured this fabulous dress, which was designed by the even more fab Applonia Criss, was the perfect start off for the weekend. Not only is this piece incredibly made, but you can get it for next to nothing at 'The Fashion Garret'. But, you better hurry, since this will only be available until November 15th. Indian Summer

It is gorgeous today in NY. Sunny and hot! This is definitely a nice change from the chilliness of typical Fall weather. I felt this AMAZING new dress, from Applonia Criss of CHANTKARE, would be the perfect piece to celebrate such lovely weather in. I must admit that this is one of my new favorite dresses. Actually, it is now one of my 'all time favs'. I just love the silk-like texture and iridescent tones, which seamlessly change from eggplant to forest green and then to a rich chocolate. I can not believe it is Labor Day Weekend already! The Summer is officially over. *Cries* Although I am sad to see Summer go, I am really excited for all the awesome Fall fashion that is on it's way. I also wanted to give another showing of Truth Hawks latest hair releases. I am in LOVE with them! He seriously outdid himself with both of these styles. The textures are phenomenal and I love his intricate use of elastics and side ponytails. We have Tasmine, which is a beautiful banded side ponytail. And then we have Martina, which has a partial side-ponytail, while the rest of the hair falls loose. Truly stunning! It's been a long time since I have done a 'Look of the Day', but I really needed to do one to get back on track. Nothing was working right in SL today. First I couldn't TP anywhere and then I couldn't attach any prims. Luckily, I am far from homeless in SL or I would have been walking around with one boot on or with ugly bare avi feet. Actually, add a beat-up shopping cart and that might work. Hmm.... Okay, let's be real.... In the whole scheme of things, this is all trivial and silly stuff. However, when you have deadlines and gorgeous new stuff to blog, it can be a huge pain in the tush. So, with that said, I have been dying to blog this 'SassyDress', created by Fashionboi Landar of  HouseOfFox. What makes this dress is even more fab, is that you can pick it up for almost nothing at 'The Fashion Garret' ( around $70L, but don't quote me)! The only difficulty I had was with the styling.
