Livy

There are so many gorgeous new skin releases on the grid lately. One of my favorites (well they are technically two skins) are called Liv (I posted about Liv here) and Livy, which are Arcade Gacha Event exclusives from the talented aida Ewing of Glam Affair. Both skins are absolutely stunning and very similar. Livy has a slightly pouter and glossy lip, but both are equally beautiful and hard to resist.

Both skins come in 10 gorgeous make-ups and three lovely skin tones (Arctic, Asia and India). There is even a RARE version in bare, so make sure you play to win all!

For both images, I gathered up some of my favorite accessories from various events this month. For the first image, I had this brilliant Akali Headdress, which is a FaMESHed exclusive from Amberly Boccaccio of Glam Affair. There are several different styles in beautiful summer shades. I also had this fabulous Meersand Hair from M4ri1yn Magic of  ~Tableau Vivant~ , which is a June Collabor88 exclusive. The Magdalene necklace that I am wearing in the first image was created by AvaGardner Kungler of Kunglers Extra from this round of L'accessoires. 

For the second image, I chose a stunning Rose hatpin and matching Pirate earrings from Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo for June's Collabor88 . Both items are texture change via HUD, so you can match them with just about anything! The hair is one of the latest from Truth Hawks, called Honey. The delicate Melly necklace is from Caelyn Hancroft of Cae. This necklace is also texture change via HUD and allows you to change the metal, pearls and gem stones. I think that about covers it. Summer Time!

June's Collabor88 is another serious hit! All of the designers created "To The Lighthouse" themed items, in tones of steel blue, khaki, terracotta, beige and tan. All the light and sun washed shades that make you reminisce about past vacations at the ocean. I really LOVE this round! For this post, I wanted to create a laid back and casual feel with primarily Collabor88 exclusives, so here goes...

I am a huge fan of this relaxed Summer look from Sunami Beck of Emery. It is composed of beautifully made mesh separates, which include this-off shoulder Imogen Sweater that and coordinating Hailey Summer Shorts. Of course they can mixed match with other items, but I really liked both pieces together.

Isn't this hair AMAZING? It is the latest from Bubbles Clawtooth of Clawtooth for Collabor88, called Under the Sea.The style is absolutely gorgeous and it comes with star fish accessory, which is texture-change. You have got to love that, especially since you match it to whatever outfit you are wearing. You can also choose not wear it at all!
The talented aida Ewing of  -Glam Affair-, created a stunning new skin for June's Collabor88, called Summer! Summer is soooooooo lovely and comes in 8 summer inspired make-ups and a choice of 4 skin tones. As always, there are 8 different brow shades to choose from that are embedded into the skin. There is also a pack of 16 lipsticks on tattoo layers, so please make sure you demo this skin ASAP!

Snow Martiel of :..:: BenS Beauty ::., created these beautiful and bold Florina Necklace and Earrings, They come with a texture-change script that allows you choose just about any color imaginable for the stones. You can also choose from gold, black and silver metals. So make sure you check this out at her mainstore!
Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo, went all out again for June's Collabor88, by creating a ton of wonderful items!For this post I chose to wear her Whale Tail Necklace and Pirate Nose Earring! Both of these perfectly rendered items are available in gold and silver metals and are another Collabor88 MUST!

Oh! One more thing! Charming Meiler of ::{u.f.o}::  created these uber adorable Intro Run Slip On sneakers for The Mens Dept. I love the streamlined looked to these kicks, which can be worn with almost any casual attire. She made them in both a male and female versions that can be easily re-sized and edited to fit Slink and Just Design's bare flat feet (if you so choose). I chose to wear them sans mesh feet for once and they look great! So run and pick-up yourself up a pair in one of the many fabulous colors!

Can you see the cute anklet that I am wearing? It is another one of Caelyn Hancroft's amazing ankle bracelets. This is her Zodiac anklet and you can change your Zodiac sign via a HUD, as well as choosing from Gold and Silver metals! Another must have!

Swan Lake

Unless you have been hiding under a virtual rock, then you already know that The Arcade Gacha Event is here again and well underway! As always, all of the designers who are participating in this awesome event have managed to come up with the most brilliant creations (more like, "brilliant ways to entice us part with tons of lindens"s..lol)! The seriously talented Charming Meiler of ::{u.f.o}:: has created one of my favorite gacha collections to date for this round, which is called Swan Lake, Act 1.

I don't know about you, but when I was little I wanted to be a ballerina when I grew-up. I loved everything that had to do with ballet, from toe shoes to tutus. This is what Charming managed to re-create for me with her beautifully crafted mesh collection. It is not only made-up of beautiful tutus and ballet shoes (with a texture change HUD), but also wonderful home decor pieces and accessories. Elegant mannequins, retro princess phones and ballet shoe wall ornaments, which all come in a vast array of in pretty pastel colors. 

This is one gacha collection that you will definitely want to try your luck with!

Speaking of amazing Arcade collections, aida Ewing of Glam Affair created two new skins for this round of The Arcade. The skins are called Liv and Livvy and are both absolutely stunning! May Collabor88 Round-up!

ISON and May's Collabor88!

There are sill a few more days left of May's Collabor88, so please make sure you stop by and check-out all the amazing 50's vintage/rockabilly styles! One of my favorite ensembles from this round, is also from one of my all time favorite designers - Harry Hyx of ISON! He created this fabulous Crop Panel Tee and High Waist Pleat Skirt. Both of these flirty streamlined pieces, can be worn separately or together (like I did below), and come in nice array of prints and colors.

I could not resist wearing these super sexy Sophia Heels, which are also a May Collabor88 exclusive this month. They were created by the talented Betty Doyle of Ingenue. Like most of her recent shoe releases, there are made to be worn with Slink's mesh feet!

Since I was going with a vintage nautical themed look, I had to pair this outfit with Gyorgyna Larnia's, of LaGyo, Mary Necklace (with swallows and anchors), Mary Earrings (anchors) and Mary Bow Bandanna! Gyo's whole Mary Collection is to die for, so make sure you run and grab the whole collection before May's Collabor88 ends!

Gala Phoenix of CURIO has been releasing a ton of skin lately! For May's Collabor88, she released two sunning new skins lines. For this post, I am wearing her new Cherry skin. It comes in a ton of gorgeous skin tones and 4 yummy make-ups! It fits perfectly with May's retro theme!

PENUMBRA FASHION WEEK feat PRISM!

.PENUMBRA. SPRING/SUMMER FASHION WEEK 2014 has officially begun! If you do not already know this, .PENUMBRA. SPRING/SUMMER FASHION WEEK 2014, a very much anticipated one week event, takes the pioneer to display and express varied new styles in Second Life. The fashion fiesta, first and unique of its kind, is a contemporary platform envisioned and designed to unite established designers with designers who aspire being “BRANDS” of tomorrow.
.PENUMBRA. SPRING/SUMMER FASHION WEEK 2014, is envisioned to lead and promote designer’s aspirations and motivations to a Global Audience Arena is Second Life!
One of the first designers who really caught my eye, is Journey McLaglen of Prism!

I really love how Journey mixes her textures, as well as her use of sexy feminine lines. I think her Marilyn Sweater, which has a Missoni like print, mixed with her Herringbone Bamboo Marilyn Skirt, a prime example of her talent. Journey will definitely be one designer to watch and I highly suggest demoing all her work at the Penumba Retail Area.

I accessoried the outfit with both old and new items that I adore. I really felt the gorgeous green stones in this (Kunglers Extra) Vivienne Necklace really popped against the muted colors of my ensemble. I also chose these fabulous (Kunglers) Bracelets, which are a TDR Fusion exclusive right now!
I was looking for the perfect clutch to go with my outfit, so I went an old favorite from the super talented Jin Elfan of Leverocci, Unfortunately, the Leverocci inworld store is not closed. However, you can still her purchase her products on the marketplace for a very nice discount!
Sigifaust of ieQUED released a quick preview of her AMAZING new ChaCha Sandals in orange for Fifty Linden Friday. Please stay tuned for the full release!

Baiastice for FaMESHed!

I am really tired today, so I am going to try and make this post brief...
Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice, always manages to impress to me with her wonderful designs. She created this AMAZING belted Sophia Jumpsuit for May's FaMESHed. The jumpsuit comes in ton of brilliant Spring/Summer colors and with a color change HUD for the belt, which makes for perfect styling.
Make sure you demo this ASAP!

There are so many wonderful new accessories on the grid, whether it is a store release or an event exclusive. I adore these new Lacey Platform heels from Dave Freeman of Just Design. They comes in a vast array of single of colors, which also come with a HUD that changes the texture of the sole and chain (gold, silver and black). If you buy the fatpack (with all colors), then you can change the color of each part of the shoe (sole, shoe, straps and chain), giving you unlimited wear options! Please keep in mind, that these shoes require JD - MyFeet Tip Toe, which you can buy at the Just Design Mainstore or on the Markeplace. 

I highly recommend picking up Just Design's MyFeet in Flat and Tip Toe. Not only are they beautiful bare feet with a perfect skin matching system (via database with almost every skin tone on the grid), but they are made to be worn with most of Just Design's latest shoe releases. Other shoe creators are also making shoes to fit his feet, just like the Slink bare feet!

SigiFaust Resident of ieQUED, created these awesome new Ace Shades. Not only are they perfectly rendered, but they come with endless options! A HUD let's you customize the temple, the frames and the accent piece in a choice of 16 colors. The lenses have 5 textures to choose from via the HUD and you can tint to them to any shade desired! Definitely make sure you grab these right away!

May's L'accessoires is still going strong! There are so many wonderful pieces of jewelry that you can find here this round. I absolutely LOVE this Irie Necklace from the talented riri Bazar of h.m.a.e.m..
I am also very fond of this lovely Swirly Dress Ring from Tiffy Vella of Eclectica. The ring has a texture change script too! Please make sure check out all the wonderful creations at this round of L'accessoires!
I know this gorgeous Nostalgia bracelet is not a L'accessoires exclusive, but I could not resist mentioning it again. It was made by talented Caelyn Hancroft of Cae and is part of her larger Nostalgia Collection, which also includes a necklace, earrings and rings. Each part is texture change via HUD. Do yourself a favor and check out all of Cae's amazing creations!

Oh more thing, this Toni Straw Tote, which is from Indyra Seigo of {Indyra}, is another summer staple. It comes with 3 bag holds (elbow, hand and arm) and has a texture change script that gives you several color options!

Stepford Wife

I am absolutely in love with Maylee Oh's, of The Secret Store, 50's vintage inspired Betty Swing Dress. This stunning creation with it's perfectly rendered textures, is also a May Collabor88 exclusive this month. This dress, which comes in a beautiful array of patterns (floral, polka dots and stripes) and colors, can be worn and styled in so many different ways (especially since it comes with texture change HUD for the belt). So I decided to go with a more classic look that made me feel so elegant, beautiful and well...perfect...kind of like a 'Stepford' version of myself. LOL.

Anyway, Maylee has once again won me over with yet another gorgeous creation! You absolutely MUST demo this dress ASAP at Collabor88!
May's Collabor88 also has a ton of amazing accessories to go with all the fabulous clothes. I seriously adored this Frankie Purse from Natalee Oodles of Noodles. This beautiful purse goes so well with this dress too!

Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo created the most stunning jewelry for this month's Collabor88. I know it is a bit hard to see in these pics, but I am wearing her Mary Necklace (with swallows and flowers) and Mary Flower Earrings. The super talented Mimikri Kit has been on fire lately, creating and releasing some of her best designs to date! She just recently released this beautiful camisole dress, called PIA. I adore the simplicity and relaxed flirty feel to this dress. It can be worn so many ways, but I decided to keep things simple and wear it as is. May Collabor88 Perfect Pin-ups

May Collabor88 is here and well underway! Once again, the Collabor88 creators managed to wow me with their amazing themed creations. Just when I think they can not top the previous rounds, they prove me wrong! LOL! The theme for May is called, Milkshakes and Turntables, which is definitely one of my favorite themes to date! What exactly is Milkshakes and Turntables? It's a perfect mix of late 50's to early 60's tailored styles and kitsch with a rockabilly edge. The color palette includes shades of pink, aqua, mint, red and black.

Azure Electricteeth of Tee*fy created the following look, which sums up Collabor88's May theme perfectly! I am totally in love with her Unbuttoned Knotted Shirt, as well as these High-Waisted Skinny Jeans. As always, Azure's creations are textured and rendered to perfection, making this ensemble even more irresistible! By the way, the Unbuttoned Knotted Shirt comes with a HUD, so you can change the color/pattern of the inside top. You can also chose to wear the shirt without the inside top.
These seriously sexy Moxi Heels from Darling Monday of fri.day are to DIE FOR! I love the glamorous pin-up girl feel of these peep-toe heels, which were made to be worn with Slink's AvEnhance Feet (High). You will definitely want to grab these shoes in every color available!
