My laptop is finally going to be fixed today! Yay! After much complaining and headaches from Dell Customer Service, we finally came to a compromise that I hope will work. Please keep your fingers crossed for me! I was hoping for a replacement with a different model that didn't have the "issues" this one had, but unless I send away for over month, there will be no chance of this happening. It wouldn't even be guarateed that they would do with do this for me. So, once again, I apologize for all my recent late reviews and my overall workflow halt. I hope all the amazing designers, who put their faith in me, can forgive me. Once this is fixed, I will be working overtime to catch-up with everything. Thank you all for understanding! It really means a lot to me......
