Baiastice Bikinis at Collabor88!

Summer is already in full swing and this finally my first swimsuit post! Yay! Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice, created a gorgeous line of Luli bikini's for June's Collabor88. These tini binikis come in the most fabulous colors and prints, so you will probably want to grab all of them!

There are also a ton of summer time props and decor items on the grid right now. In fact, Maylee Oh of The Secret Store , created the most adorable gacha collection for this round of The Arcade. The Collection is called, Sea Adventures. You can win anything from cute animated shell fish and seagulls to flippers and snorkels! She really though of everything one could ever want for a sea faring adventure. You will definitely want to run over to The Arcade before it ends, in order to try your luck!

Summerfest 2014 has finally opened it's doors this weekend and has so many incredible summer inspired event exclusives. I am wearing this gorgeous Summerfest Edition of Belleza's 's Ria skin, which is one my most favorite Belleza skins to date! June Colllabor88 featuring U.F.O

June's theme for Collabor88, which is To The Lighthouse, has inspired so many incredible designs for this round. The color palate of faded reds, blues, grays and lavender, remind me of past summer vacations on the the beach's of Cape Cod. The designers have created everything from relaxed cotton casuals to kitschy sailor motifs. Some of my favorite items from this round were created by the super talented Charming Meiler of  ::{u.f.o}::.She went all out and made a cool casual maxi dress, as well as this AMAZING Sailor Boyish Outfit!

Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo, created a huge Pirate and Sailor Collection for June's Collabor88 as well. So I had no problem finding the perfect Sailor Hat, which she obviously created for the sailor part of her collection. The Hat Rose is separate and can also be worn separately as a rose, like I did in previous posts. It also comes with a color change HUD that has 9 colors to choose from, making it a breeze to match with just about anything.

While I was dipping into Gyo's amazing Collabor88 collection, I found this gorgeous Shell Necklace and Earrings. In fact, there were so many wonderful accessories made for this round, that I decided to add an Anchor Necklace from (Yummy).

The fabulous one-sided braided hair is called Oceana and is yet another Collabor88 exclusive from TRUTH. I seriously love the fact that he managed to weave a scarf into the braid. The scarf's texture can also be changed via HUD. 

Please make sure you get over to Collabor88 ASAP, if you haven't already, and demo all the above items. In fact, DEMO everything that you can find there! LOL! 

Oh! I almost forgot, Snow Martiel of BenS Beauty has been releasing a ton of amazing new shoes that are made to be worn with Slinks avatar enhanced mesh feet! Her Grace Platform sandals went perfectly with this outfit! They come in a tong of beautiful colors, so make sure you grab yourself a few pairs.

Livy

There are so many gorgeous new skin releases on the grid lately. One of my favorites (well they are technically two skins) are called Liv (I posted about Liv here) and Livy, which are Arcade Gacha Event exclusives from the talented aida Ewing of Glam Affair. Both skins are absolutely stunning and very similar. Livy has a slightly pouter and glossy lip, but both are equally beautiful and hard to resist.

Both skins come in 10 gorgeous make-ups and three lovely skin tones (Arctic, Asia and India). There is even a RARE version in bare, so make sure you play to win all!

For both images, I gathered up some of my favorite accessories from various events this month. For the first image, I had this brilliant Akali Headdress, which is a FaMESHed exclusive from Amberly Boccaccio of Glam Affair. There are several different styles in beautiful summer shades. I also had this fabulous Meersand Hair from M4ri1yn Magic of  ~Tableau Vivant~ , which is a June Collabor88 exclusive. The Magdalene necklace that I am wearing in the first image was created by AvaGardner Kungler of Kunglers Extra from this round of L'accessoires. 

For the second image, I chose a stunning Rose hatpin and matching Pirate earrings from Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo for June's Collabor88 . Both items are texture change via HUD, so you can match them with just about anything! The hair is one of the latest from Truth Hawks, called Honey. The delicate Melly necklace is from Caelyn Hancroft of Cae. This necklace is also texture change via HUD and allows you to change the metal, pearls and gem stones. I think that about covers it. Back To Business!

I absolutely loved March's theme for Collabor88, which is called "Back To Business"! It is full of sleek and polished looks in tones of black, white, grey, red and blue.
It was love at first sight when I tried on this Liv Dress from by the talented Fashionboi Landar of Color.Me.H.O.F. This classic dress has a definite 'Breakfast at Tiffany's feel to it, which is a one staple that you simply MUST have in your wardrobe.

I could not resist paring the dress with this brilliant Jackie Bow Hat, which was created London Dailey or House Of London. This peal adorned hat is also a Collabor88 exclusive this month and comes in a bunch of beautiful colors!
These 'to-die for' Coco peep-toe heels from Davidfre Resident of JUST DESIGN. You can find these in tons of yummy colors at this month's Liaison Collaborative. Please keep in mind that these shoes were created to be worn with JUST DESIGN's My Feet bare feet in Tip Toe. I really need to make this post as short as possible. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and it is killing me! LOL!
The February round of Collabor88 is literally out of this world! As I mentioned in a previous a post, all the designer's did such an amazing job with this "Supernova" theme.
One of my favorite pieces is this Mirte Structural Dress from Hervé Faenzo of Faenzo. This super sexy dress has the most incredible geometrical cutouts that are in all the right places. The slinky texture is even more fabulous and moves beautifully with your avatar. This is definitely one dress you simply must demo ASAP!

Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo collaborated with Faenzo for February's Collabor88 and created this fabulous Mirte necklace, bangle and earrings. The gorgeous bold style works perfectly with the Mirte Structural Dress or any outfit that calls for an amazing statement piece. It comes in gold, black, silver and bronze metals. There is also a matching mask and mesh back tattoo!

Another round of The Arcade just started and obviously there are a ton of 'must have' items that you will want to win! One of these items, is this gorgeous hair from Bubbles Clawtooth of Clawtooth. It is called Fancy Free and I absolutely adore it! Bubbles has been creating the most beautiful styles lately and this is yet another style that he went all out on.

Last Day for December's Arcade and Goodbye to Firestorm Beta!

I had finally got around to downloading the new Firestorm Beta earlier this month and was so excited to use it! Unfortunately, it became impossible to use. I have a great ASUS gaming laptop with an awesome NVIDIA graphic card, so I did not think I would have any problems. These are some of the issues I had experienced: very slow performance, crashing when inventory half way loaded, video card driver crashes when taking pics, etc... I am sure my performance would be much faster if shadows and the advanced lighting mode were not in use or if I did not take such large pictures, but I am usually only on to take pics! It was making blogging virtually impossible for me. I can be rather stubborn and determined, but this was making my whole SL experience NOT fun and unproductive. So this is my last post using Firestorm Beta and I am reverting back to the old Firestorm until the bugs are worked out. I hope this is not the price I will have to pay in order to use anything "Materials Ready". FYI: This is just my personal experience using the aforementioned viewer. Please do not let my experience deter you from trying it out

The main reason I was so persistent in using Firestorm Beta for the above image, is because I wanted to show off the amazing materials ready detail on this awesome Oh Deer Igloo from FrankLee Anatra of {what next}. It is just one of the many different igloos that you can win from their Arcade gacha! Each Igloo has it's own theme, which includes: a sled, sleeping bag in igloo, tree lights and a mailbox (RARES). The gorgeous hooded winter dress actually comes with the hair! This is a special Arcade exclusive from Kavar Cleanslate of Exile and is called, First Snow! Each gacha try allows you to win one of 15 hair color packs and also a HUD with 10 different colors for the dress! There is a special RARE HUD that has several dress colors in a sparkle texture too! I was being a bit boring for this post, since I loved this shade of cream sans sparkles. 

I nearly fell over when I saw this beautiful Suede Muff from Maylee Oh of The Secret Store! And Guess What? It is FREE! Well, if you can find it... It is one of the many amazing hunt items that you can find at Inspiration Point's Christmas Hunt. All of Inspiration Point's designers are taking part in this awesome hunt. This includes: The Secret Store, Tee*fy/LaViere, KIRIN and HOUSE of FOX. All you have to do, after TPing to the landing point, is touch the small hunt sign. After you touch the hunt sign, you should receive a folder with a hunt HUD and hunt map. Both the hunt HUD and map show where the hunt items are located. You can find hunt items hidden in a tiny green Christmas Tree. So Happy Hunting! This hunt ends on the 31st of December, so hurry over there, if you haven't already!

Last Day For November's Collabor88

It is the last day for the November cycle of Collabor88! This was an AMAZING cycle with tons of brilliant event exclusives. I figured (as always) that I would show a few more MUST have items before the cycle comes to close. I just want to make sure that everyone grabbed these items or will get a chance to pick them up today...

Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice went all out for this cycle for Collabor88! The minimalist and sleek Lako Jacket, Metro Cropped Pants and Kiki Hair, which I wearing in the following 2 images, were all created by her! Sissy even managed to render some super stylish oxford shoes for this round as well (these will be shown in an upcoming post).

This outfit alone is amazing! And this hair? OMG! I am in love with this chic short cut. Sissy's talents are unlimited! You definitely will want to snatch these pieces up at Collabor88 before it ends!

Maxi Gossamer created this steampunk inspired necklace,aka the Clockwork Steampunk Heart, for November's Collabor88. Maxi has such a great eye for detail and has created some of the best jewelry and accessories on the grid to date. The necklace is available in silver or gold and also in comes in a long and short length. 

The stunning skin I am wearing is the latest from Shyla Diggs of -Belleza-! She created this beautiful new skin, which is called Tara, for The Arcade. All of the make-ups are really lovely, so make sure you try your luck!

Maylee Oh of The Secret Store created this fabulous Short Sleeve Sweater for November's Collabor88. Maylee can never do any wrong. She always creates the most perfect pieces! This sweater comes in a wide variety of cozy neutral tones that will mix with just about anything in your wardrobe.These TO DIE FOR boots (aka Fowler Laced- Up Boots) that I wearing in the above image are another November Collabor88 exclusive! They were made by the super talented suetabulous Yootz of Beetlebones and are just too gorgeous words! 

The incredible black leather blag and necklace were created by the always brilliant Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo. These are both part of her uber trendy Mariel Collection for The Arcade. Please make sure you try your luck, because each piece of the collection is definite win! 

Speaking of The Arcade, my gorgeous hair and skin are also from the latest round! The hair is called, Temptation and was created by Bubbles Clawtooth of Clawtooth. The skin is called, Blair and was made by by Nina Helix of Birdy Skins. 

Ahh! I almost forgot! My favorite eye guy, Ikon Innovia of IKON, finally released his first mesh eyes for this month's FaMESHed! These long awaited mesh eyes are absolutely gorgeous! To be honest, I actually have never tried mesh eyes before. I have always adored Ikon's eyes and just did not see the need for them. I also had yet to come across a pair eyes (mesh or no mesh) that could even compare to the quality of IKON eyes. So, suffice it to say, I decided to wait until he created a pair. It was definitely worth the wait! These Spectral Eyes are STUNNING! They come in every color imaginable and only cost 150L per pair. Each pair includes: 4 different eye sizes (can be worn without the mesh attachments too), a eye fitting guide, mesh eye attachments and a HUD. The HUD allows for a perfect fit in a matter of seconds. You can easily change the overall size of the eye or just the iris and pupil, you can rotate the eye's texture, add glow and add brightness, I really love the precise fit and control that the HUD gives you. They make Ikon's eyes that much more amazing! You really must try these  ASAP!

Event Madness!

So many events, so little time! It is almost impossible to keep track of all these exciting events, especially this Holiday Season. The ever popular Arcade Event is back for their December round! There are so many incredible gacha exclusives. So prepare to go broke and grab a ton gorgeous creations in the process.
-Glam Affair- and LaGyo are both participating in the December round of The Arcade. The following image is just an idea of how fabulous their exclusives are!

Unfortunately, I became a bit crop crazy and chopped off most of the dresses that I am wearing in both images. The first dress (top image) is a gorgeous Sexy LilDress from the talented Kallisto Destiny of DRIFT. This sparkly little number is a TDR Fusion exclusive and a MUST for the Holiday season!

The second dress (bottom image) is a super chic Blouse Dress from RoMy Dash of  Marshmallows! This comfortable, but still sexy dress, can be worn alone or with pants, leggings and tights. This is also a TDR Fusion exclusive, so make you grab it!

The skin in the above image is special limited edition of PXL's long awaited and upcoming new skin line, called MIA! This stunning exclusive skin was created for MIAMAI's Black Label Series of Fashion Events! It is available in 3 gorgeous make-ups and in a choice of 3 skin tones (PALE, NATURAL and SUNKISSED). This is definitely my favorite PXL skin to date and I am really excited about this release (not to mention the upcoming full release).
