ISON and May's Collabor88!

There are sill a few more days left of May's Collabor88, so please make sure you stop by and check-out all the amazing 50's vintage/rockabilly styles! One of my favorite ensembles from this round, is also from one of my all time favorite designers - Harry Hyx of ISON! He created this fabulous Crop Panel Tee and High Waist Pleat Skirt. Both of these flirty streamlined pieces, can be worn separately or together (like I did below), and come in nice array of prints and colors.

I could not resist wearing these super sexy Sophia Heels, which are also a May Collabor88 exclusive this month. They were created by the talented Betty Doyle of Ingenue. Like most of her recent shoe releases, there are made to be worn with Slink's mesh feet!

Since I was going with a vintage nautical themed look, I had to pair this outfit with Gyorgyna Larnia's, of LaGyo, Mary Necklace (with swallows and anchors), Mary Earrings (anchors) and Mary Bow Bandanna! Gyo's whole Mary Collection is to die for, so make sure you run and grab the whole collection before May's Collabor88 ends!

Gala Phoenix of CURIO has been releasing a ton of skin lately! For May's Collabor88, she released two sunning new skins lines. For this post, I am wearing her new Cherry skin. It comes in a ton of gorgeous skin tones and 4 yummy make-ups! It fits perfectly with May's retro theme!

Speaking of amazing retro creations, moca Loup of tram, made this brilliant hairstyle for May's Collabor88 too! In fact, she created 4 lovely styles that you must demo ASAP!

BAIASTICE at FaMESHed

Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice is a machine! I have no idea how she can participate in so many amazing events, while still managing to create some of the best designs on the grid! For this month's FaMESHed, she created a gorgeous cropped leather jacket with a coordinating texture change (via HUD) top attached to it. The jacket can be worn sans top, in case you decide that you would like to wear a different shirt (or no top at all). Sissy also made a beautiful and flirty tulle skirt to go with the jacket. Both items come in a ton of lovely colors and can be worn together or with anything else of your choosing.

The Jewelry and Accessory Expo is here again! If you are obsessed with accessories and jewelry like I am, then you absolutely MUST stop by this event! Sissy designed this fabulous Corno clutch that I am holding in both of these pictures. It is a Jewelry and Accessory Expo exclusive and comes in suede and velvet textures.
Giz Seorn of Gizza is participating in the Jewelry and Accessory Expo too. She created this pretty Peacock Necklace for the event in ton of different metals and colors!

 I am sure you noticed the amazing thigh-high platform boots that I am wearing in the first image. They are from a fairly new store called [AMNESIA], who specialize in gorgeous mesh jewelry, shoes and clothing. This is one store you definitely need to check-out! Btw, I am really brain dead at the moment, so I apologize for my vague descriptions.
Mr. Truth Hawks is back with a ton of gorgeous new hair styles, which are just in time for the Holidays. I am in love with this soft and wavy "pulled to one side" style, called Melita.

I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now

I'm drawing a blank today and can't think of much to say, which is a rare thing. I guess this post was inspired by Autumn in NY. I was just up in Woodstock visiting friends and family and I had forgotten just how beautiful the Catskills Mountain are in the Fall. The trees have all turned color and it is really an amazing site to see.
I had this gorgeous high-neck sweater and leather pencil skirt from Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice that I had been meaning to blog. She created these beautiful Anne separates for October's FaMESHed. They come in a ton of wonderful autumn tones, so I highly suggest you run over to FaMESHed and demo them before the cycle ends in a day or two.

 N-core is also participating in the October's FaMESHed. For this round, Claire Messenger created a pair of seriously sexy MAMBO stilettos. They are to die for, so please make sure you demo these too.

I was recently sent some gorgeous mesh jewelry from new-to me designer Dieguinhooo Resident of [AMNESIA]. I was really impressed with this designer's creations, which are made up of bold and beautifully made statement pieces. For this post, I am wearing their BODYSPIT mesh necklace in gold. Two For The Road - The Last Hours of Hair Fair 2013 feat. Miamai and blush!

I am down to last few hours of Hair Fair 2013. There are just too many amazing creations to be shown and I can not help myself. I apologize for anything that was sent to me that I did get a chance blog. It was not because they were not gorgeous, it was just matter of the amount of time I had. I will surely use your creations in upcoming posts! I really want to go into detail about Monica Outlander's (of Miamai) incredible "updo"s that are perfect addition to any couture wardrobe, but you will have to see for yourself. There are flowers in the hair that are changeable by HUD and are also re-sizable. So, they will match just about anything in your wardrobe!

Carina Larsen of Amacci Hair and Gia Pawpad of "LoQ Hair". I am really impressed by what both designers are doing with mesh. It has brought their creations to a whole other level. DjAngeI Fallen of Mr and Miss C. Hair is probably one of the very few hair designers, who still does not use all mesh. Now you may think this is odd, but there are still many people who like prim hair. Especially, since it is easy to modify and has a nice natural flow. Sure, I have developed a preference for mesh hair, but DjAngel's hair is too lovely pass-up. I am using the ad I created for Miss C. Hair for this post, so I hope that is not cheating. This post is basically a continuation of my previous post, IKON Destiny Eyes. I think the title pretty much explains the main focus of the post - IKON's amazing Destiny eyes! For this entry, I wanted to focus on the fashion, which is not apparent in the previous one.
Giz Seorn of GizzA, just recently released this gorgeous mesh 'Jumper'. This creation is beautifully made, as all of Giz's creations are, and has a natural flow to it. I adore the chic, but relaxed feel to this jumper.The perfectly rendered texture adds to it's sense of movement. The 'Jumper' comes in a ton of colors. One especially nice feature of this creation, is that each jumper has a choice of two color options via HUD. I am wearing the brown 'Jumper', but the other HUD option is an Aqua tone. In my previous post, IKON Destiny Eyes, I spoke about all the gorgeous jewelry I was wearing. In these images, you can see some of the additional items I spoke about. I mentioned that AvaGardner Kungler (of Kunglers) recently released a gorgeous new collection, called "Primavera". It is composed of brilliant necklaces and rings that have a very organic feel to them. Think of over-sized and bejeweled wild flowers and fruit flies. I know these may sound like strange elements for a jewelry collection, but they are extremely stunning! For this post, I wearing Ava's 'Khloris' necklace and ring set in golden .

I wanted to add some other jewels, so I chose creations from Caelan Hancroft's (of Cae) divine new mesh collection called "Kasbah"! I love the exotic feel of this lovely collection. Since I was already wearing Ava's (of Kunglers) exquisite 'Khloris' necklace and ring, I chose to wear Cae's 'Kasbah' earrings, ring and bracelet for a sense of completion.Yes! I love accessories! Especially jewelry! Just so you know, the 'Kasbah' set is texture change (via script), which is always a bonus! The 'Kasbah' set is a FaMESHed exclusive this month, so make sure you TP over there and check it out! The new round of The Arcade Gacha Event has started and is well underway! Even though this is not an Arcade inspired post - Trust me, I have plenty of Arcade inspired blog entries and images on their way- I figured I would mention the wonderful creations I'm wearing from this incredible event anyway! I am wearing a 'Triple Pyramid Studs Leather Cuff' in nude that is from Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. I am in love with these cuffs! They are edgy and classic at the same time. I am also wearing (Well, more like holding) another creation from Giz Seorn of Gizza. It is her 'Summer Bag' in daisy. Both of these accessories are most definitely worth trying your luck on. Tee*fy for Collabor88 and {what next} for Pose Fair 2013!

I am in so love with March's theme and color palette for Collabor88  I simply adore the soft pastels and romantic styles. I can't think of a better way to start the Spring season off! Sadly, there are only of few days left for this cycle of Collabor88, so you better hurry-up and get up over there! You will definitely NOT be disappointed.
For this post, my look is made-up mostly of March Collabor88 exclusives. I chose Azure Electricteeth's, of Tee*fy and LaViere, lovely mesh 'Elyse Wrapped Tucked Tank' and 'Estelle Fluffy Skirt'. They come in a ton of gorgeous colors that can mixed and matched and perfectly! I also chose this elegant 'Bow Scarf', created by Polyester Partridge of (Yummy)  to accessories this ensemble. And, of course, I could not resist adding these adorable 'Saddle Shoes' from Julliette Westerburg of Tres Blah. Like all of the other creations mentioned, they come in a ton of yummy colors and even with a seriously cute sock option too. All items mentioned are mesh as well.
Speaking of fabulous new releases, Winter Thorn and FrankLee Anatra of {what next} created one of my most favorite pose props for Pose Fair 2013 - The 'Bramley Bicycle'. They created two different bicycle pose props and each come in a male and female version. This bicycle comes equipped with a ton of  fabulous poses for both singles and couples. And, if that is not enough, the bike also has a texture change script to match any outfit or scene! In my opinion,{what next} brings some of the most incredible home decor and pose props to grid. So, you absolutely must check-out their 'Pose Fair' exclusives ASAP!
Although it is not a 'Pose Fair' exclusive, I had meaning to show this whimsical 'Adventure Playground Swingset', which is from {what next} as well. It is available for sale in several different texture options and has a multitude of charming single and couple animations. All I see turns to brown, as the sun burns the ground

Giz Seorn, of GizzA,  has been releasing so many wonderful creations lately! Well, let's be honest, she always is! In fact, it is almost impossible for me to keep up with all her amazing collections. The quality of her designs are undeniably top notch. The combination of extremely realistic mesh rendering with awesome textures, make her clothes irresistible. One gorgeous example of her latest work, is the 'Hankie Dress'. The mesh is weighted perfectly and it flows flawlessly with my avatar. Not to mention the texture is absolute STUNNING! I really love the exotic feel of the oriental print.
Since I had this wonderful eastern print with a very sensual design, I decided to go for a more exotic look than I normally do (one of the things I adore most about SL, is the ability to change my whole look and ethnicity with a click of a button). I chose the India skin tone, from Glam Affair's Amberly skin line. I also decided to wear this fabulous straight hair style, called Reema, from Alice Project. Alice Demonia's all mesh hair is quickly becoming one of my all time favorite brands. I highly recommend checking her store out. It is under construction, but her best styles are there. To complete my look, I chose a new jewelry set and Collabor88 exclusive, called Khaleesi's Temptation, from Maxi Gossamer. This set also has an Eastern feel to it, so I felt it worked very nicely with the whole outfit. Plus, it is texture change too, so you can style it with just about any color you choose to wear.
OMG! I almost forgot! I am wearing the new DIVA stilettos from N-core!  These uber sexy new heels are all mesh and have this amazing new skin matching system (via HUD). Basically, you click on the HUD and a website opens up. On the website, you have several skin designers to choose from. You just click on the brand of skin of you are wearing and then the skin line. From there click on your skin tone and your feet are instantly matched to rest of your avatar. This is perfect for people like me, who HATE fussing around trying to get an exact match for their sculpted mesh/prim feet. I can not wait until more skin designers are added to the list.  I know uploading hundreds of skin designers, skin lines and skin tones, will be a HUGE project in itself. So I am sure it will be an ongoing process. However, I do hope PXL Skins will be added to the list soon (*hint hint*), since it is one of my favorite skin lines. Other than that, the rest of my favorite skins are there. Not to mention, the HUD is very easy to use even without the instant skin matching. I had no problem matching my PXL skins and it was very quick too. I can not tell you just how excited I am about N-core's new mesh creations and can not wait too see what they will come out with for future releases.
