BAIASTICE at FaMESHed

Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice is a machine! I have no idea how she can participate in so many amazing events, while still managing to create some of the best designs on the grid! For this month's FaMESHed, she created a gorgeous cropped leather jacket with a coordinating texture change (via HUD) top attached to it. The jacket can be worn sans top, in case you decide that you would like to wear a different shirt (or no top at all). Sissy also made a beautiful and flirty tulle skirt to go with the jacket. Both items come in a ton of lovely colors and can be worn together or with anything else of your choosing.

The Jewelry and Accessory Expo is here again! If you are obsessed with accessories and jewelry like I am, then you absolutely MUST stop by this event! Sissy designed this fabulous Corno clutch that I am holding in both of these pictures. It is a Jewelry and Accessory Expo exclusive and comes in suede and velvet textures.
Giz Seorn of Gizza is participating in the Jewelry and Accessory Expo too. She created this pretty Peacock Necklace for the event in ton of different metals and colors!

 I am sure you noticed the amazing thigh-high platform boots that I am wearing in the first image. They are from a fairly new store called [AMNESIA], who specialize in gorgeous mesh jewelry, shoes and clothing. This is one store you definitely need to check-out! Btw, I am really brain dead at the moment, so I apologize for my vague descriptions.
Mr. Truth Hawks is back with a ton of gorgeous new hair styles, which are just in time for the Holidays. I am in love with this soft and wavy "pulled to one side" style, called Melita.

LAST DAY for SHOETOPIA 2013 and {{BSD Design studio}}!

I apologize, Blogspot crashed on me and I lost ton posts, so I am reloading....

My hands are about to give out, so I hope I can make this post quick! BabyChampagne Sass of {{BSD Design studio}}, makes some of the most beautiful and fashion forward accessories on the grid. She created the most fabulously original shoes for SHOETOPIA 2013. She is one talented and busy woman!

The first pair from {{BSD Design studio}} are these gorgeous Supermodel Heels:

I know the shoes look a little off. I was having major viewer issues and the stunning mesh detail was not rezzing for me. I had my LOD maxed too! I wanted to show more versions of the shoes as well. After several relogs, I just gave up. I hope it was just due to the holiday weekend or I will have a serious problem (i.e, my video card). I hope BabyChampagne Sass accepts my sincere apologies. Anyway, these shoes are really pure love with their design. They come in a ton of gorgeous colors (dual tone and solids). As far as skin matching goes, they do not have skin matching database. However, the presets on the HUD will fit just about any skin. It is really incredible. I managed to match these shoes to several different skins in a matter of seconds!

The next pair from {{BSD Design studio}}, are the Surreal Shoes: 

These Surreal Shoes have such brilliant design. I love the antler trim. If you are looking for a statement shoe, {{BSD Design studio}} is the best place to look. BabyChampagne has definitely won me over!

N-core and Last Day for Shoetopia

I apologize, Blogspot crashed on me and I lost ton posts, so I am reloading....

Wow! Claire Messenger of N-core went all out for SHOETOPIA 2013. She created three fabulous new mesh shoes. It is almost impossible to pick a favorite! Anyway, I will try to keep this a brief as possible, since I had to rewrite this post again. Blogspot crashed on me and did not savie this post. If you happen to be reading this post after SHOETOPIA has ended, the shoes will be available in N-core Mainstore.

The first set of shoes that I am gong to show you, are N-core's new DESIRE heels:

These sexy strappy and studded heels are STUNNING! If you are familiar with N-core's shoes, then you know that you can change the color of the different parts of the shoe via their HUD - Shoe (16 color choices if you buy the fatpack), Soul (gold, black, bronze & red), Inner (gold, silver & black), Logo (gold, black, silver & red) and Metals (gold & silver). 

N-core also uses a 'Click and Match' skin matching system via HUD. By clicking the HUD, you access a huge a database with the skin tones from most of the skin designers on the grid. You just click the button with your favorite skin's tone and voila! Your feet match your skin! Due to different lighting, you may have to slightly tweak the color, which takes a second. This goes for all skin matching systems.

The second pair of shoes from N-core, are their GLANCE booties:

I think the GLANCE boots are my favorite out of the three! I love the yummy colors and textures. Claire makes some of of the most beautiful shoes on the grid. GLANCE comes in 15 colors and 5 dual tones (which are my personal fav). The parts are also fully customization via HUD - Shoe (20 color choices if you buy the fatpack), Soul (gold, black, bronze & red), Logo (gold, black, silver & red) and Metals (gold & silver) - and use the 'Click and Match' skin matching system. 

Last and certainly not least, are the VERTIGO heels:

VERTIGO is the perfect name for these super high platform stilettos! Talk about towering heights! How can you not love them? That Old Black Magic Called Love

A new round of Collabor88 has arrived for October! Just when you think it can't any better than the last cycle, it does! For October the theme is "Black Magic". Think sleek structured lines, soft leathers and lace details. All in tones of black, brown, purple, teal and tan. It is impossible to pick a favorite item this round, so I chose to wear the first thing I saw in my messy inventory, which was this gorgeous 'Dakota Corset Gown' from the uber talented Azure Electricteeth of Tee*fy. What makes this gown particularity special, is that is comes with 4 wear options! You can wear it as gown, like I am wearing in the below pics. It also can be worn as chic mini dress - strapless or with a sheer overlay. You can also just wear the bottom part of the gown as skirt. This dress can be worn so many different ways, it is just up to you how you choose to style it.

Claire Messenger of N-core has been releasing so many beautiful new shoes lately. Her latest release is called "SHAE". I love how this fabulous heel is made up of thick sexy leather straps that are adorned with a shiny buckle. This is a definite wardrobe must!

I was having a really hard time deciding on accessories. So I decided to show you two different looks. In the above pics, I could not resist wearing this brilliant mask 'Up-To-No-Good Mask' from Polyester Partridge of (Yummy). It is also a Collabor88 exclusive this month.

In the below pic, I decides to go with this seriously lovely "Vlora" headpiece, which was created by Chirzaka Vlodovic of *LODE* Headwear. This floral headpiece is to die for and comes in a ton of colors too. You can pick it up at L'accessoires. 

I also went with two different skins. The first skin, which I am wearing in the above two pics, is Glam Affair's 'Lucy' in a snow skin tone. However, I messed-up. I thought it was still available at TDR Fusion, but it is no longer there. I am so sorry about this. On a brighter note, aida Ewing of Glam Affair released 4 more make-ups of her latest 'Neva' skin line for Collabor88. It is available in Artic and Jamaica skin tones. 

Truth Hawks just recently released a couple gorgeous new updos. I am in LOVE with this braided updo, which is called "Vida", that has perfectly whispy tendrils framing my avatar's face. 

Maxi Gossamer outdid herself again with this 'Shadow Cross' necklace. This too is a Collabor88 exclusive this month!

All About ISON!

This post took me days to finish, because I just could not seem to take a good picture.There was always something wrong. Things such as: wrong angles, wrong light, wrong pose, etc... What made this whole situation particularly frustrating, is the fact that my clothes and hair were perfect! I had on ISON hair, an ISON dress and ISON shoes! You would think that by wearing such beautiful creations, my images would come with ease. So, the first picture that you will see, is heavily edited in Photoshop. However, I did not modify or alter my clothes and shoes.

For this post, I chose to wear Harry Hyx's (ISON) gorgeous Collabor88 exclusives. He created this lovely mesh 'ruffle dress' and these amazing 'leather strap sandals'. The sandals were developed to be worn with the Slink mesh feet (flat). I love the fact that so many designers are doing this with their shoes, especially since I was never a fan of my ugly avatar feet. Plus, now that there are appliers for the the Slink mesh feet, I don't have to spend hours trying to match my feet to my skin. 

When I thought about accessorizing my outfit, I did not have to go any further than Collabor88. There are so many incredible items to be found this month! I chose this brilliant mesh clutch 'Owl Clutch' from Marie Lauridsen (of Milk Motion), a delicate 'Sketchy Flower Necklace' from Natalee Oodles (of Noodles) and pretty little 'Midsummer Blossom' earrings from Polyester Partridge (of Yummy . Oh, and of course, a beautiful statement ring and bracelet from Gyorgyna Larnia's (of LaGyo) 'Axila Collection'! 

The stunning skin I am wearing is also from this month's Collabor88. I absolutely LOVE aida Ewing's (Glam Affair) new 'LuLu' skin line. The lips are simply delicious! aida created a collection of 5 skins in various tones and wonderful make-ups.

Harry Hyx (ISON) not only makes fabulous clothes, but he makes fabulous hair too! He created three AMAZING new hair styles for Hair Fair 2013. The hair textures are outstanding and come in HUD driven tone packs. The HUD not only includes solid colors, but fades and ombre options too! I am in love with every style he has made and I definitely look forward to seeing more hair from him in the future.

A Mid-Summer Night's Theme

OMG! As I previously mentioned, I am in LOVE with Collabor88's heme this month - 'A Mid-Summer Night's Dream'. All the designers really went above and beyond with all their Collabor88 exclusives. This is sort of a two part post. I got together with an old friend and blogger, Kaelyn Alecto, to show off a couple of these gorgeous designs. { what next) for RFL Home & Garden Expo!

I know this set looks familiar if you read my previous post, 'Poppies'. As promised, I created a post to focus on the set, which is part of an incredible event and cause - The 6th Annual SL Home and Garden Expo! Not all items in the post are part of the event, just the Garden Cafe Tables from Winter Thorn and FrankLee Anatra of {what next}. However, I suggest checking out all the other beautiful elements as well.

The The 'Garden Cafe Table & Chairs' are exquisitely rendered and definitely Summer home must have! There are 7 sets of Garden Cafe Tables to choose from at the Expo. The blue and green versions are 100% donation items that go to Relay For Life!

 As always, Winter Thorn and FrankLee Anatra make the most lovely creations. They have an amazing eye for detail (ie,the Garden Cafe Lemonade Table in the below),which makes them some of my most beloved home decor creators on the grid. I must be the slowest freaking blogger on EARTH! This is an ordinary post. In other words, it is not something that tests the limits of my capabilities.Well, except for the SL glitches. So, why did this post take me 3 days to finish? It makes no sense! Yes, I fuss with styling and trying to see what elements work and don't work. Then I try to find poses that compliment the outfit and scene without being too boring. However, unless I want to spend more time editing, I choose not to use poses that tend to be more interesting. Of course the next step is finding the right angle and making sure every prim (well mesh creation) is in its proper place. Windlight is always an important step too, since it sets the mood and highlights the image. And last but not least, the editing process... I don't know why I am telling you all this. I guess I feel inferior and frustrated, since I see other bloggers complete this whole process quickly, efficiently and much prettier than I do. LOL! So, suffice it to say, I am tired today. I'll stop yapping and talk clothes.

This month's FaMESHed is sadly coming to an end. So please hurry-up and grab anything you may have missed. Jin Elfan of Belgravia, just released these perfectly sleek 'Patent 120'heels'. They are configured to be worn with your Slink medium high mesh feet, which is another reason why I love them. The combination is perfect, especially with Slink's new 'avatar enhancement' system. The heels come in vast array of alluring colors. They also come in a spiked version too! Unfortunately, the Belgravia/Leverocci main store is not up at the moment, but you can grab them on Marketplace - the link is below. 

Speaking of Slink's new 'avatar enhancement' system, Izzie Button just released 'Sock Appliers' to go with it! They come in a lots of colors, neutrals (basics) and colors, and are applied via HUD. They are meant to be worn with Izzie's 'sheer tights'. As you can see, the look is phenomenal. I do hope Izzie releases more of these tights and socks (hint hint).

Glam Affair's long awaited 'Cleo' skin line is FINALLY here! Yay! Cleo is absolutely STUNNING! Plus, she comes with a zillion wear options! She comes in 12 beautiful make-ups and a 'clean' skin. She also comes in 6 gorgeous skin tones. Each make-up comes with a choice of 6 brow colors (black, dark brown, light brown, dark blonde, light blonde and red), which are embedded into the the skin. Gia Pawpad, of "LoQ Hair" has been releasing the most fabulous new mesh hairstyles lately! I am in love with this new style called, "Beer". I also love the fact that she names all her hairstyles after drinks! Beer is so nicely rendered with yummy textures. I adore the side part and swept bang. The relaxed waves make this one smart style. This is another creation that you have to demo. Be sure to check out Gia's other new styles too!

Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo, recently created this exclusive and divine 'Poppy headpiece' for the FINESMITH SUMMER BOUTIQUE! It is available with red, yellow or blue poppies and just 200L per hat. I don't  think I want to to ever to take it off. LOL!

Tee*fy for Collabor88 and {what next} for Pose Fair 2013!

I am in so love with March's theme and color palette for Collabor88  I simply adore the soft pastels and romantic styles. I can't think of a better way to start the Spring season off! Sadly, there are only of few days left for this cycle of Collabor88, so you better hurry-up and get up over there! You will definitely NOT be disappointed.
For this post, my look is made-up mostly of March Collabor88 exclusives. I chose Azure Electricteeth's, of Tee*fy and LaViere, lovely mesh 'Elyse Wrapped Tucked Tank' and 'Estelle Fluffy Skirt'. They come in a ton of gorgeous colors that can mixed and matched and perfectly! I also chose this elegant 'Bow Scarf', created by Polyester Partridge of (Yummy)  to accessories this ensemble. And, of course, I could not resist adding these adorable 'Saddle Shoes' from Julliette Westerburg of Tres Blah. Like all of the other creations mentioned, they come in a ton of yummy colors and even with a seriously cute sock option too. All items mentioned are mesh as well.
Speaking of fabulous new releases, Winter Thorn and FrankLee Anatra of {what next} created one of my most favorite pose props for Pose Fair 2013 - The 'Bramley Bicycle'. They created two different bicycle pose props and each come in a male and female version. This bicycle comes equipped with a ton of  fabulous poses for both singles and couples. And, if that is not enough, the bike also has a texture change script to match any outfit or scene! In my opinion,{what next} brings some of the most incredible home decor and pose props to grid. So, you absolutely must check-out their 'Pose Fair' exclusives ASAP!
Although it is not a 'Pose Fair' exclusive, I had meaning to show this whimsical 'Adventure Playground Swingset', which is from {what next} as well. It is available for sale in several different texture options and has a multitude of charming single and couple animations. Just So You Know...

I wanted to a apologize to all the designer I blog for and for to my readers(if I have any..lol) for my lack of posts. I have been fairly ill the last couple of months and if that is not bad enough, my laptop has been overheating as soon as I start SL. I cleaned the dust out of my laptop again, so I hope this helps. I am also working my way back to being healthy. So, in the meantime, ai am doing my best to post as much as I humanly can.
