ISON and May's Collabor88!

There are sill a few more days left of May's Collabor88, so please make sure you stop by and check-out all the amazing 50's vintage/rockabilly styles! One of my favorite ensembles from this round, is also from one of my all time favorite designers - Harry Hyx of ISON! He created this fabulous Crop Panel Tee and High Waist Pleat Skirt. Both of these flirty streamlined pieces, can be worn separately or together (like I did below), and come in nice array of prints and colors.

I could not resist wearing these super sexy Sophia Heels, which are also a May Collabor88 exclusive this month. They were created by the talented Betty Doyle of Ingenue. Like most of her recent shoe releases, there are made to be worn with Slink's mesh feet!

Since I was going with a vintage nautical themed look, I had to pair this outfit with Gyorgyna Larnia's, of LaGyo, Mary Necklace (with swallows and anchors), Mary Earrings (anchors) and Mary Bow Bandanna! Gyo's whole Mary Collection is to die for, so make sure you run and grab the whole collection before May's Collabor88 ends!

Gala Phoenix of CURIO has been releasing a ton of skin lately! For May's Collabor88, she released two sunning new skins lines. For this post, I am wearing her new Cherry skin. It comes in a ton of gorgeous skin tones and 4 yummy make-ups! It fits perfectly with May's retro theme!

I'm trying really hard to catch-up with all the AMAZING Collabor88 exclusives for April. I would love to blog every single thing that can be found there this month, but I don't think that will happen. LOL! But I will try. I am also trying to squeeze in other fabulous exclusives for the other events going on this month as well, but I am cutting it really close. So, let me see if I can make this post quick.

The super talented Azure Electricteeth of Tee*fy, created this seriously gorgeous Sophie Cut-Out Ruffle Top and Su Pencil Skirt. I really love Sophie's delicate spaghetti strap top that are further complemented by an asymmetrical ruffled bottom. The Su Pencil Skirt is beautifully fitted with demure slit that goes up the side. Maxi Gossamer has been making shoes! She been creating wonderful and well detailed sandals that are to be worn with Slink's Avatar Enhanced Mesh Feet. These fabulous Lotus Flower Sandals come with a rigged and non-rigged mesh wear option. They are also texture change too, so the color choices are endless! They are also an April Collabor88 exclusive, so please make sure you demo them ASAP!

Jeweler extraordinaire, Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo, made this AMAZING Maylea Necklace, This stunning statement piece is the perfect necklace to dress up any outfit! Since this necklace is an April Collabor88 exclusive, it was created in several beautiful colors that can be worn with any of the Collabor88 items. This is one collection you definitely do not want to miss!

Speaking of statement pieces, AvaGardner Kungler of (Kunglers Extra), created these awesome Esplendor Earrings for this months round of L'accessoires. They come is choice of 8 color/metal combinations that are absolutely stunning! Make sure grab these ASAP.

Hair diva, Bubbles Clawtooth of Clawtooth, made this fabulous hair with a side chignon. It is called, Hang it up, and is another April Collabor88 exclusive that you must grab right away. 

aida Ewing of Glam Affair-, created a special edition of her Aria skin line for April's CCollabor88. It is available in 8 beautiful make-ups and comes in Artic and Jamaica skin tones. Run and demo it NOW!

My camera did a terrible job of picking-up this lovely Charmed Anklet in the first pic, so I took this close-up pic (see above image). The anklet was created by the talented Caelyn Hancroft of Cae. Not only is this anklet delicate and beautiful, but the charm can be changed via HUD (The Pic of the HUD, as well as all the charm options, is at the top of the above image). You have got to LOVE that! You can also change the metal to, which comes in a choice of silver or gold. Each package includes an anklet for both your right and left ankles, as well as version for heels! This is the perfect warm weather accessory. It looks great with or without shoes, so make sure you check this out!

I'm In Haven!

I had always associated Haven Designs with costumes and more fantasy related apparel (i.e. Gorean). Recently, while looking around the store, I noticed Haven had an amazing collection of casual and more formal attire. Delora Starbrook's hand drawn textures and acute eye for detail show through in her designs. Her clothes hug the curves of a woman's body in just the right places, leaving one a sexy and beautiful fit.
In the top pic, I am wearing her "Sasha Bandage Dress", which is the perfect addition to any woman's little dress wardrobe. It could be paired with a pair of sleek heels for a night on the town or with just sandles for a more casual look. In the bottom pic, I am wearing Delora's "Sunny Tank Top" and "Cece Capri Pants". The top has a vibrant color and gorgeous floral detailing and the bottoms have a rich sensual texture, which are nicely accentuated with a gold braided trim. The whole outfit has a nice exotic feel, which is a must have for steamy summer days and nights. If you haven't checked out Haven Designs, do yourself a favor and see all the treasures the await you. I paired the bottom outfit with the "Sam bare feet", which is an amazing and fairly new release from KayLeigh MacMillin. The beautifully sculpted prim feet are summer must and staple for any wardrobe. The feet with an easy to use HUD, which makes finding your skin shade very easy. She also gives you four choices for the jewelry metal. And choices for them gems. You can also opt not to wear the jewelry as well. I also forgot to mention that you have choice colors for the toenails. I am wearing the anklet w/ diamonds and one ruby in the right toe ring. the jewels are set in a warm gold. Absolutely fabulous! You will definitely be seeing more treats from *ByKay* in the very near future. Thank you KayLeigh!

So Many Styles To Choose

One of my favorite things about summer style is the summer dress. They are so light and flowing, making me feel very feminine and pretty. When looking for the perfect summer dress, one of the first shops that comes to my mind is "So Many Styles". And Irie Campese has definitely created so many styles to choose from. I decided on this cute neutral floral prairie dress, which comes with a choice of two different lengths - Short and Long. I am obviously wearing the short version, which can be worn alone or paired with leggings or jeans. The summer has just begun, so be prepared to see a lot more dresses from "So Many Styles". Actually, I recommend just hopping on down there to see for yourself.

I don't know about you, but I am ecstatic that it is finally Friday and that the weekend is finally here. One of my favorite things about Friday are the great sales awaiting me here in SL. So after logging on and checking my NCs, I quickly slipped into something more comfortable - a favored "boardwalk tee" from "Action"and beloved jean mini from "Maitreya". I grabbed my beloved "Fifty Linden Friday" (aka FLF) list and headed on down to the first stop on my list, which was !lamb. To my great surprise, one of their hair styles that I have been eying - "Sour", was the FLF special. Suffice to say, I quickly grabbed both colors that they were advertising - "butter" and butterfinger". I quickly slipped on the hair in "butterfinger" and happily skipped out in my new free clogs from SAIKIN. I also could not resist wearing the very blogged about and very chunky jewelery put out by *LP* vs .::GARAGE::.. I definitely overdid the chunky accessories look in these pics, but it's Friday and I am feeling good.

Love Those Summer Dresses (REPOST FROM Friday, May 27th, 2010

Summer is finally here and so are all the yummy summer dresses. I always feel so pretty in these light flowing numbers. The one I am wearing I picked-up at my new favorite store, Action Surf Sk8te. I love how the well designed skirt prim follows my every move flawlessly. I paired this dress with a gorgeous new pair of shoes from KayLeigh McMillan. She is yet a another designer who has taken on the challenge of working with sculpted prim feet and shoes. These sexy strappy stilettos come with many different color and texture options. Every part of the shoe has several highly detailed choices to pick from, which will leave you wearing a heel with your own unique twist. I also must mention that the HUD was very easy use and I had a very easy time matching my skin tone. If you haven't been to *ByKay* yet, or at least in awhile, I suggest you get down there soon to see her latest collection. Oh! CAN'T GET ENOUGH PLASTIK

Now I know the sale at The Plastik has been over since the weekend, but I have been having problems with my laptop. So please accept my sincere apologies for my untimely behavior or you can take it up with my laptop ::giggles:: Anyway, I definitely went a bit crazy at the 50L black sale at The Plastik, especially since my favorite shade is black and The Plastik is one of my favorite stores. I couldn't resist this little black dress number with finely hand drawn textures on the ruffles. Aikea Rieko has an amazing eye for detail. The black neck collar that I am wearing is also another Plastik creation. Even thought the sale may be over, I highly suggest to TP on down there and take a look at her high quality pieces and also the new skin line, which is to die for! Btw, don't forget to join their group and pick up one of their amazing group gifts.

I went up to the The Dressing Room to check out their new stock of designer goods. I found some fabulous accessories, amongst other things, which complimented this dress nicely. Yes, this is yet another delayed post, but I couldn't help mentioning Pink Outfitters. You also may know this as the House of London. This is a hip new store, well new to me, where one can find high quality clothes at a very reasonable price. They also had a major first floor sale over the weekend, where everything was reduced to 50L! I definitely stocked up with many great finds and this dress is one of them. At the main store, you will a bit of everything. There is separate shop for women's clothing, men's clothing, skins, and some delicious accessories. Looking For Some Action

Yay! The weekend and summer are finally here! The weather was gorgeous and I was feeling a bit frisky. I had decided I was definitely in need of some "action". So, that's exactly where I went and spent a bunch of those Lindens, which are always burning a hole in my wallet. I could have easily bought one of everything here at "Action Surf Sk8te", but I settled on one of their well textured, detailed and obviously sexy "Board Walk Tees". Well , to be perfectly honest, I actually bought all them, but don't say anything. The tee comes in a bunch of nicely muted colors and neutrals that one can easily match with almost anything. I also could not resist their ultra cute "Denim Mini", which comes in many different colors and textures. So if you are in need of some thing cool, as well as hot, I suggest you TP your cute pixilated butt down here quick!
