I've got a brand new pair of roller skates....

Hmm! Where to start?! I hurt my eye! Owww! I have not been able to see much the whole weekend and I am in quite a bit of pain. But, there were so many important things to blog that I tried to tough out one post.
First of all, the March round of The Arcade has officially started! One of my most favorite items to be found there are Maylee Oh's, of  The Secret Store, 'Vintage Roller Skates'. They are beautifully made and too cute for words! I think I need a pair in each color. If I am having shoe crisis, I can always look good in roller skates. Problem solved! Truth Hawks is also participating in the current round of Arcade and made this gorgeous 'Video Games' hair. It is a lovely wavy style that comes with a beautiful (and optional) floral headband. I tinted mine to fit my outfit.
Speaking of awesome events, I am wearing this fabulous Collabor88 exclusive from Azure Electricteeth of -Tee*fy and -LaViere-. It is the 'Polly Tucked Blouse' and 'Stella Highwaisted Short Skirt'. I always love Azure's amazing mesh creations. They are not only beautiful, but flirty in a very innocent way.
And, last but definitely not least... It is the first of the month and it is time for Belleza's Best Buys. For this round, Tricky Boucher introduced a lovely new skin, called 'Amy'. Amy comes in 3 gorgeous make-ups and each can be bought for the super reasonable price of just 400L. Each skin comes with several brow options, cleavage options and extra lip tattoos. However, you have only until the end of the weekend to grab 'Amy' for Best Buys!You can see more of Amy at the Whore Couture Festival too! Hmm... I wonder if a new skin line is in the works?

Bowlicious!

I am seriously IN LOVE with Maylee Oh's, of The Secret Store  sweet and feminine designs. Her textures are amazing and she always creates the most beautiful things. Her 'Bowlicious Dress' is primary example of her work. I love this baby-doll style dress that is adorned with a huge bow. Not to mention that is comes in a ton of yummy colors and is also a FaMESHed exclusive. So, I strongly urge you to get over there and try on a demo!
Inex Hax, of Peqe is BACK! Her mesh is AMAZING too! I have always loved Inex's uber chic creations. So I am thrilled making tons of new stuff. One of my favorite new releases of hers, has to be her 'Wooly Cardigan', which I am wearing in the picture below. It is the perfect mesh piece for layering and the textures are done so well.
Speaking of amazing mesh creations, Isla Gealach of :Cheeky Pea:, made this beautiful 'Anti-Valentine Fly To the Sky Bench'. So, I am trying like mad to catch-up. LOL. I mean, what is new? As usual, for this cycle of FaMESHed there are soooooo many amazing creations to be found. I am wearing this uber cute striped dress from NyuNyu Kimono of Nyu. I love the chic simple lines that are decorated with horizontal stripes. NyuNyu's mesh and textures are always so lovely.

HANDverk also released these super sleek Shell Chairs. I think they definitely go with this mod theme that I am trying to achieve. I really adore HANDverk's originality and not to mention their extraordinary talent for creating mesh designs. So, please make sure you stop by the current cycle of FaMESHed and pick-up some awesome creations. 

Oh! I almost forgot to add that Izzie Button has just released another gorgeous new skin, called "Harlow" (hmmm...I wonder who that is named after?). As usual, Izzie's skin is flawless and beautiful. You get so many tattoo options with each base skin tone, which include: make-up layers, cleavage layers, freckle options and gloves for her prim nails. All I see turns to brown, as the sun burns the ground

Giz Seorn, of GizzA,  has been releasing so many wonderful creations lately! Well, let's be honest, she always is! In fact, it is almost impossible for me to keep up with all her amazing collections. The quality of her designs are undeniably top notch. The combination of extremely realistic mesh rendering with awesome textures, make her clothes irresistible. One gorgeous example of her latest work, is the 'Hankie Dress'. The mesh is weighted perfectly and it flows flawlessly with my avatar. Not to mention the texture is absolute STUNNING! I really love the exotic feel of the oriental print.
Since I had this wonderful eastern print with a very sensual design, I decided to go for a more exotic look than I normally do (one of the things I adore most about SL, is the ability to change my whole look and ethnicity with a click of a button). I chose the India skin tone, from Glam Affair's Amberly skin line. I also decided to wear this fabulous straight hair style, called Reema, from Alice Project. Alice Demonia's all mesh hair is quickly becoming one of my all time favorite brands. I highly recommend checking her store out. It is under construction, but her best styles are there. To complete my look, I chose a new jewelry set and Collabor88 exclusive, called Khaleesi's Temptation, from Maxi Gossamer. This set also has an Eastern feel to it, so I felt it worked very nicely with the whole outfit. Plus, it is texture change too, so you can style it with just about any color you choose to wear.
OMG! I almost forgot! I am wearing the new DIVA stilettos from N-core!  These uber sexy new heels are all mesh and have this amazing new skin matching system (via HUD). Basically, you click on the HUD and a website opens up. On the website, you have several skin designers to choose from. You just click on the brand of skin of you are wearing and then the skin line. From there click on your skin tone and your feet are instantly matched to rest of your avatar. This is perfect for people like me, who HATE fussing around trying to get an exact match for their sculpted mesh/prim feet. I can not wait until more skin designers are added to the list.  I know uploading hundreds of skin designers, skin lines and skin tones, will be a HUGE project in itself. So I am sure it will be an ongoing process. However, I do hope PXL Skins will be added to the list soon (*hint hint*), since it is one of my favorite skin lines. Other than that, the rest of my favorite skins are there. Not to mention, the HUD is very easy to use even without the instant skin matching. I had no problem matching my PXL skins and it was very quick too. I can not tell you just how excited I am about N-core's new mesh creations and can not wait too see what they will come out with for future releases.

Three Years Down!

I would like to wish everyone a VERY happy and healthy New Year! Not only is it a new year, but I am now officially three years old in SL years. Yes, it was rez day. I really never thought I would still be here, especially blogging. When I started this blog, it was purely a justification for my new found SL shopping addiction. It is bad enough I shop too much in RL, but SL just made it that much worse! LOL! Basically, I thought I would posts a few looks every now and then for my own personal 'Look Book', but never in my wildest dreams did I think anything would come it! If I seriously thought anyone would actually read or look at my blog, I would have given it a different name. To be honest, I still do not know if anything has come of it or if anyone really reads it. LOL! Well, that is not entirely true. I have met so many amazing people via my career as an SL blogger. I would have never met my closest SL friends, if it were not for this blog. Anyway, I am not sure where I am going with all of this, but I just want to thank all of my closest friends (you know who you are) for putting up with me for all this time. Snow Princess

The very talented, Nevery Lorakeet of *Les Petite Details*, created this AMAZING gown for her Kv Fashion Agency Mall location. This '*Snow* Dress Exclusive' can only be found at the aforementioned location, so it is not available in any of her other stores. I think it is DEFINITELY worth the trip. I love the wintry feel to this gown. The bodice is a simple tank-like top, which is nicely contrasted by a full diaphanous skirt. It is really hard not to feel like a princess wearing this gown. I was actually going to wear a tiara, but I fell in LOVE with this new 'Baboushka' fur hat from Maxi Gossamer. I love the whimsical feel it adds to my ensemble. This hat is also a Collabor88  exclusive this month. Speaking of Collabor88 exclusives, I chose this lovely skin from Izzie Button. It is a special 'Frostbite' edition of her Geanna skin line and it is absolutely breathtaking. I also really love this new 'Loire' hair from M4ri1yn Magic of ~Tableau Vivant~ . M4ri1yn is quickly making his mark as one of SL's newest hair designers. He has only released a few new styles to date, but they are all amazing and I can't wait to see what he comes out with next! 'Loire' is another a Collabor88 exclusive as well. So much Collabor88 goodness this month! And with that all said, I still have the flu and can not write anymore. With Love...

The With Love Hunt has finally started and is going strong! I can't believe this is my 3rd Season participating in this hunt! To be honest, I never thought my blog would last this long! LOL! A blog that is 2.7 years old, is ancient by SL standards. As usual, Keira Seerose and her amazing team over at CHIC Management, has managed to get the best designers (both old and new) to participate in this event. Each hunt item is 10L, but you are getting an item that is valued at 300L or more. In my opnion, her hunts have had some of the best quality items thus far. So, this is definitely one hunt you do NOT want to miss!
For this post, I am featuring a gorgeous [PXL] skin exclusive, called 'GAIA Vintage Love'. GAIA is one of my favorite skin lines to date, so I was super excited that this brilliant version was a part of the hunt. I am also wearing a seriously beautiful necklace from Maxi Gossamer, which is a hunt item as well.This 'Paris Black Diamond - Choker' in gold is so stunning and made perfectly. The choker in gold alone, would make for a fabulous hunt item. But the whole gift includes this necklace in several different lengths and is made in both gold and silver! You have got to LOVE that!
Unfortunately,the dress I am wearing is not a hunt prize. But it is another awesome collaboration between Maylee Oh (The Secret Store ) and NyuNyu Kimono (Nyu). I just adore the mix between NyuNyu's amazing mesh work and Maylee's girly details and textures. The dress is called, Camille, and comes in a ton of gorgeous colors. I really hope they decide to do more joint creations in the near future.

There is more -Glam Affair- goodness to report! Well, some is new and some is not-so-new. I guess I will start with the 'not-so-new', since there are only a few more days to grab it. For this current cycle of FaMESHed, Amberly Boccaccio created this gorgeous mini dress, called 'Jamie'. It is available in a ton of yummy colors and also comes in a plain or print version. For this post, I chose to wear the 'Jamie' patterned dress in black. aida Ewing also just released some special edition 'Roza' and 'Ginny' skins. It is called 'Roza and Ginny (The Dark Side)'. These are basically desaturated versions of each skin, ranging from light to dark. They are also adorned with stunning fantasy make-ups. Just in time for Halloween too! I strongly urge you to try on some on demos, since they all are lovely. You will get an idea of what they look like from the below pictures. I decided to wear one of the 'Roza' versions, since I am really in love with this skin right now.
Oh! One more thing! I am sure many of you know by now that I LOVE headpieces and hats! Well, Brutus Martinek (of PIDIDDLE) just released this seriously beautiful new 'Ceramic Flower Headpiece' for the My Attic event. It comes in a lot of brilliant colors and is a MUST have for anyone who adores headpieces like I do! Not to mention, there are a ton of other fabulous creations to be found at this event as well. You Can Leave Your Hat On....

I apologize in advance for the tardiness of this post. I had thought I had hit publish, but I guess I never did. I honestly do not know what had happened. Well, anyway, designer Kimmera Madison of Tres Beau kindly sent me this gorgeous mesh 'Opera Hat'. This was the fabulous hunt prize created by Kimmera for the 'A Night at The Opera Hunt' , which is sadly now over. I am so sorry I was not able to post this sooner, but as most of you know, I have been out due to health problems. You never know, if you really would like a copy of this hat, I am sure Kimmera would be willing to sell you one. It's at least worth a shot to ask ^^ Since I adore hats, I could not help but still post this one. I kind of got a bit carried away with the whole theme of the post sans hat. I felt a bit like a pin-up girl in Exile's recently released 'Turn The Page' hair style that was obviously inspired by the notorious Betty Page. BELGRAVIA!

If you LOVE Leverocci then you will definitely LOVE their new luxury brand, Belgravia. Leverocci's gorgeous all mesh and high quality designs are seriously amazing. However, if you are looking for something a little less casual and bit more upscale (it is hard to get more upscale than Leverocci) then Belgravia is just what you need. They just released a new collection for Fall and Winter, which consists of sumptuous furs, classic trench coats, super high leather boots and uber sexy corsets. And, to make this new label even more irresistible, their is a new skin line coming out as well!
For this post, I decided to show-off their latest 'Kensington Trench Coat' and 'Electra Boots'. Not only are both these creations absolutely stunning, but are definite MUST HAVES that every SL fashionista should treat themselves to! Baiastice 'Aicha'

Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice just released some gorgeous and super sexy dresses for Summer! For this post, I am wearing her 'Aicha' dress. This stunning mesh mini-dress with a plunging neckline, is a definite must for your Summer wardrobe.
Speaking of MUSTS! Izzie Button released an seriously beautiful skin exclusive, called 'Gala', for the 'ONE VOICE' fundraiser. Izzie has come quite a long way with her skins and they just keep getting better with each new release. One of the features that I love most about her skins, is that she gives you several base skins with brow and cleavage options. Then she gives you a ton of eye and lip tattoos, so you can fully customize your look to your liking!
By the way, Truth Hawks has been making tons of fabulous hair lately. I also appreciate that Truth has not gone totally mesh yet. Each release includes both mesh and non-mesh hair. As much as I love mesh, there are just certain textures that are difficult render in this medium. 'Ashlee' is a good example this. I really adore this style, especially since Truth went back to his "roots" and brought back his "streaked" option, which I have not seen in awhile. So, not only do you have a root options with this style, but a streaked option too. I know it is a lot of work, but I hope he does more of this in the future!
