Blah! My head still feel like dead weight and I am so achy. But, I have had these pics posted to flicker for days now and know there are people who need the style info. I am sorry for my lack of posts of lately, but I have been so freaking ill with the flu. It has really been kicking my butt! I have been meaning to blog these fabulous 'Aphrodite' boots from Ten Dexler of Purrfect 10, for some time now,but never had the right outfit to wear with them. This is mainly due to the fact that the outfit would really need to be able to showcase them. Luckily, Michell Tomsen of STICKY FINGERS, created this uber sexy 'My Black Leo Gather' dress. I then added a few choice accessories from Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo. Plus, this amazing new hairstyle from Kavar Cleanslate of Exile, named 'Meg'. I haven't been sleeping well lately, so I am seriously burnt out and really can not think too clearly at the moment. So this blurb will need to be brief, because I am just not making sense. We have some fabulous new releases! Gia Pawpad, of "LoQ Hair", created a gorgeous new long hair 'do' (aka 'Martini'), which is topped off with an uber chic 'faux' fur hat (It could be real fur, but I am pretending it is faux fur. So I can feel better about wearing it. Plus, I don't want peeps throwing virtual red paint on it, while protesting the of wearing virtual fur that may have been made out of furries or nekos :( ). I am such a MESH!

Well, now that I am all moved into my new laptop, I have been playing around with all the new mesh viewers. Well, I think the word "play", usually indicates that I have been having fun. Unfortunately, it has been a seriously frustrating experience, especially since I had been soooooo spoiled my the awesome graphics of Kirstens Viewer. However, it doesn't support all the amazing new mesh creations on the grid. I tried to hold off blogging mesh as long as I possibly could, but it here to stay!!! Back wearing Black

It seems like forever since I have done an actual post. I have spent the last few day setting up my new laptop!!!! Yay! So far so good. I can run and jump, while wearing mesh and having shadows enabled, like I were on a low setting on my previous laptop. My only disappointment is with the graphics of the mesh viewers. I had been so in love with Kirsterns Viewer that it was really difficult to find a viewer that could compare. So, I had a lot of playing around to do with settings and such on about 5 different viewers. Only to find that, unless I am photographing mesh, I am going to try and use Kirtsens as long as I possibly can. I know Rome was not built in a day, even in SL( I know... lame joke), and the mesh viewers will be amazing in a few months. SL moves fast like that. Anyway, I figured I would test my new system's skills at the stunning New York City SIM. Well, it really should be freezing here in NY, but it is rather mild in comparison to Winters past. Don't get me wrong, I am NOT complaining, but something is definitely amiss. So, for my first post of the New Year... Oh! Happy New Years everyone!!! I wish you all a very happy and healthy 2012! I should have an 'official' New Years post up later today ^^ Anyway, I figured I would feature some cozy looks from a couple of my favorite designers. I have a 'HERRINGBONE MAXI SKIRT' & 'ANNIE SWEATER', from Applonia Criss of CHANTKARE. This outfit is gorgeous!!! You have an oversized and super comfy wool sweater that is mixed with an beautifully tailored maxi skirt. Winter wear at it's most fabulous.
I also have an amazing and recently released 'Sangos Winter Cardigan', which was created by the uber talented Maya Levane of Tokidoki. This fleece lined wool cadi is the perfect winter staple and you can wear it with or without sleeves too. It comes in 6 beautiful colors as well. Maya also released the cutest new handbag that is also known as the 'Damsel Basket'. I just adore this wicker textured bag that comes in 3 different colors.

Location: These pics were taken at the fabulous 'New York City' SIM. This relatively new build is absolutely stunning! The textures and details are unbelievable. It is definitely one of the best new builds I have seen. Now, unlike a lot of NYC inspired SIMs, it doesn't try to completely replicate it. As a native New Yorker, this always has been a pet peeve of mine, since it is impossible to replicate this city. Especially on such a small scale. This SIM encompasses the true essence of Manhattan. There are areas that remind of the village and others of the upper east side. In any case, this is a must see! Plus, there are a ton of amazing stores as well. It's finally Winter, which means it is freezing and also that all the resort collections are now out! It just makes me want to go to the Bahamas again! I just got back too. Suriko Leimes has become one of my favorite blogger buddies to do dual posts with. And, since we were both involved with the 'With Love, Again' hunt, it was natural that we both show off some of our favorite looks together. Unfortunately, this can be quite difficult, since we love a lot of the same designers.Regardless, we still have own sense of style and I feel we did a pretty fabulous job. Our looks are almost entirely made-up of items available from the hunt (with the exception of hair and some accessories). Ugghhhh! I was spoiled by 5 gorgeous days in the Bahamas, but now I am back in NY and it is FREEZING!!! I am still a bit overwhelmed by all the amazing new stuff that came out while I was away. It is really insane how fast SL changes! So, now that I am back up and blogging, I figured I would start off by blogging all of the creations that I was hoping to get to before I left.
